I initially ignored the reviews on here and accepted a job with the company. The work itself is ok and they pay decent. I had personality clashes with the owner, but nothing major. However, they are fly by night at best. I was never given any kind of hiring paperwork. I was hired to set up the lathes to run jobs, in 3 months I ran the same 2 jobs the entire time. The former owner still works there and Scott makes it sound like he wants him to fully retire any day, but has kept dragging him in for years now. The final straw is when I gave notice to leave for another opportunity. I gave a full 2 weeks notice and was told on the spot to go home that they didnt have time to find me anything to do for that 2 weeks. When I filed for unemployment based upon that termination, the company is reporting to Ohio unemployment that I walked in and quit the day I tried to give notice. if you do decide to take a job here, make sure everything is done in writing that you can prove later. A verbal contract with them means nothing.
For the people visiting the Enterprise Machine Inc. Google page, we apologize for our page being bombarded with negative (fake) reviews recently. Sadly, a past employee of only 2 months (9/2019 thru 11/2019) and his wife have taken it upon themselves to try and discredit our shop using various accounts, as can be easily noticed by the dates of which the reviews start and the vast amount of recent negative reviews since his departure. This employee was given a terrific opportunity to excel in his trade, but chose not to and chooses to defer the blame to others and not be accountable. We wish this person the best and hopefully he can move on with his career. Please visit our website to learn more about Enterprise Machine Inc.
