Excellent experience. Exactly how LV shopping should be. Victoria was THE BEST associate Ive dealt with. Referred another buyer to her right away to get a Neverfull. I will go out of my way to come specifically to this store in the future. Thank you for all of your help.

Upon walking into LV, a customer rep was so excited to greet us, she asked us if she could help us find anything specific and we told her that we were just looking around (it was out first time in the store). As soon as she heard that... her face turned sour... yet she continued to put on a “smile” and refused to make eye contact since... as if she was looking down at us... walking into the store I see a pair of shoes that were really nice and wanted to ask if they had them in a different because I had seen them before on Instagram and they looked better than the ones they had on display... but no one came to help, two reps were standing right next to me adoring another potential customer that was trying on pairs of shoes and didn’t care to ask if I needed anything. When I approached the enterence the other customer reps were busy with customers and the ladies that were free just a few minutes prior had disappeared. At that point I got fed up and left. Horrible first time experience...

I’d highly recommend that you avoid purchasing anything from this store. HORRIFIC customer service and even when you notify them of the awful service they don’t care. One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I bought an Artsy MM at this store back in November of 2013. There were a couple of tiny quality issues that came up in the last several weeks. I took the bag back to the store to have it looked at. The store took photos and sent them off to quality. I received a call a few days later stating the store would replace my bag. It was my first Louis and I already had my eye on another so the level of customer service that I received help me to make the decision to get my next. Justin Hisle was my Client Advisor and he is an absolute delight to work with. This experience will keep me going back to Justin and Louis Vuitton.

Keith placed my order over the phone. After completing the transaction he asked if he could text a copy of my receipt instead of taking my email address, (odd) but I agreed. Payment was taken and I still don’t have a receipt for my purchase! Then he accidentally charged someone else’s $700 shoes to my card causing fraud protection to be alerted. He only admitted to it after it was brought to his attention that I knew what he did. I will never shop at this location again!

I was unable to order my handbag online, so I reached out to the advisors by phone. They directed me to this particular store since they had the handbag in stock. Two advisors were unable to reach anyone at the store, so they advised they would send an email, and they would have someone return my call. The advisors were very helpful by attempting multiple calls to this store. After waiting hours for a call back, I attempted to call and still no answer. I wasted 5 hours of my day, and received terrible customer service in return. I reached out to Neiman Marcus in Houston, TX, and the advisor answered on the first ring! I had my handbag ordered within 5 minutes. Needless to say, Im glad I didnt spend my money at this location, and someone deserving got the sale!

Poor customer service, rough to customer especially for Asian. They might think that Asian dont have enough money to buy their products. Several of my friend and I, myself, went there and we all have similar experience. Rough and disrespectful!
