Accurate website description of fill dirt. Will purchase from now on from Lester.(Bushelman supply company) is a rip off. ($230.00) Purchased 8 ton of βfill dirtβ with 200lb concert corner, asphalt chunks, 20lb chunks of clay rock balls. Never Again.
I ordered 12 yards of topsoil to be delivered. On delivery day, my order was 45 mins late and only half came. When I called to inquire where my order was I was simply told he was on his way and BTW youre only getting half, great. Topsoil was of excellent quality. For the 2nd half of my order, he was on time. While backing into the same location as before, the driver accidentally clipped my gate with his truck. I called their office to see when they would be coming to fix my gate and the lady said shed send someone the next morning at 9am. This guy was 30 mins late. He sort of fixed my gate. It now doesnt stay open on its own. No follow up from the company to ensure i was satisfied. Im not satisfied. They only got the 3 stars because the product i ordered was great. Bottom line for me, I will not be a repeat customer.
I called to get some materials to finish a 350 sq ft flagstone patio. I gave the sales rep on the phone a rough square footage measurement of the area and thickness and he was then able to accurately translate into a perfect amount of soil and crushed limestone to finish the project, but to top it off it was here super quick and the driver was extremely professional and helpful. I donβt leave reviews unless something is super bad or super great and this experience was 10/10. Highly recommend.
We were very pleased with the service and pricing provided by Lester Supply for our bulk gravel order. They politely answered all my questions over the phone prior to scheduling and arrived promptly the following day for delivery. The driver made every effort to unload the gravel to avoid damaging the driveway. We will use this company again for future projects.
Excellent service experience all around. From Kyle on the phone to Felix the dump truck driver. I never had to leave the house. I shopped on their website. Made a couple of phone calls. Right on schedule. 9 yards of #57 Limestone and 2 yards of Cincinnati Creek Gravel arrived on my steep hill driveway without problems. My gravel driveway looks great! Thank you Lester Supply LLC.
