We recently purchased a new hot tub from Advanced Spas And Pools and I have nothing but good things to say about Brian and his team. The experience from purchase to installation was great! They were so helpful each step of the way. Great customer service including after installation when we had additional questions!

Purchased 2 spas from them. No problems. Looking to upgrade on a 3rd and the prices were way over the top so opted to just order a new cover gor our old spa. Paid them cash and they said probably 4 weeks d/ t Covid. No problem. 1st call to them after 6 weeks....shipping issues d/t covid. After 8 weeks called them again. Product issues d/t covid. 12 weeks called them again....he would go pick it up this week and have it for us. 16 weeks called them again.....oh we will try to put a rush on the manufacturer!!! WTH!!! At 6 weeks it just couldnt be shipped and at 16 weeks it has not even been started in production???? What line of BS is next! Never once did they call us the customer about our order! We initiated every phone call!!! Terrible customer service!! Glad we did not purchase a new spa from them and get treated this way. Will keep updating as the weeks and months roll by!!!!

We received first class service from Brian and his dad as we shopped...we knew zip about hot tubs. Wet tested other leading brands and for us found Jacuzzi to be the best by a long shot for hydrotherapy. The delivery. was a breeze. Highly recommend them.

We had a service need for our hot tub. The service staff called us and over the phone helped us diagnose the problem as a blown fuse. They sent a photo of the circuit board that was clear enough to read the rating of the fuse. I was able to pick up a fuse and make the repair. The staff followed up to make sure it worked. This was above and beyond my expectations and they were interested in saving us the money for a service call for a simple fix. This is our second spa we have purchased here and would recommend them as a great company to work with.
