Manager was sincere on first call to mention advise issue and see if can assist prior to sending tech out and charging service call. Provided picture of issues with leak at connection on slide on RV. They sent tech to may location which he lives a few miles away and stopped on way to work. Should have realized something wrong as had to tell him why he was there.Less than 10 minutes, he advised nothing he can do and collected the service charge and left. They wanted me to remove the lines and bring to them.Recently found someone that knew what they were doing, repaired the fittings on site.
Fixed what I needed, exactly the way I needed it and had it in 1/2 hrs from the time I dropped it off
4/22/19Called them this morning inquiring if they make/match (repair) broken hydraulic hoses. The woman on the phone was very polite. Stated they did, to bring our line up and the would fix it. Or make new one.We had our line to them within 45 minutes. And we spent tops, ten minutes in their store, the young man in the back measured our line, crimped new fittings on and away we went.He was fast, but accurate, making sure we left with exactly what we needed.Fast service, did not have to wait on paperwork, receptionist had the paper work all done and ready to go as we were walking out.10 stars!!! Kept down time to a minimum.
I like Pirtek. Used them many many times. Those that compare their price to doing it themselves just dont get it. They are fixing a difficult access hose/hoses on my new gen. Toro Dingo TX 1000 now. I am out working doing what I do best.....
If i could i would give them 0 stars. Payed over 1100$ for the hydraulic line repair. Hydraulic fluid still dripping from the connector. Wouldnt recommend anyone to use them
Service on demand! Great owners and customer service.
They called for a fitting.Hung up on me.Pirtek called me and hung up why would I give them any business.
