They ordered replacement trash cans for my daughters kitchen that were impossible to find locally. They had a source and they arrived within a few weeks. I had originally contacted the manufacturers rep who was less than helpful, but did tell me to contact Bugies! I was amazed with their showroom full of beautiful handles for cabinets! I had no idea there were so many cabinet handles made. Anyone who is replacing cabinet handles should go to Bugie Sales! Great customer service.

If you know exactly what you want, who you want to install it and how you want it installed this may be the place for you. If you havent worked as your own general contractor and you need help maneuvering through the slatwall process - find somewhere else. It starts poorly with the owner and only got slightly better with the sales manager. What a shame...

I never knew about this place. They have absolutely every thing you could ever want for your cabinets. Amazingly nice people and great service, too!

Nice place, fairly easy to work with but they are slow slow slow! took over six months to get our special order slat board in. When i finally send my guy down to pickup the prepaid special order slat board Im told i have to pay over $100 on the special order freight.
