Victory can always get us in quick. The guys have always been so friendly and efficient. They’re price is always fair. We use Victory for our AC and boiler system. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Derrick. Not only is he extremely professional, but super kind and definitely did what we needed him to do. He was in and out in under an hour and we had working heat! He also called the next day to make sure our heat was still working and told me to call him if for some reason it goes out again. We have them out to the house spring and fall for routine maintenance check and had them for a quick fix of our air conditioner, they are great and like our dogs too!

Let me start off this review by saying that these guys are the real deal and nothing short of amazing. I have put off repairing my older unit for years due to not knowing the cost it would be to fix it. I called Victory Air to come out and take a look, as a family member suggested them. Tommy (the owner) is such a dedicated, hard working, and trustworthy guy. He is 100% a person that will give it to you straight. No sugar coating but in the good way. He sets realistic expectations of what they are able to fix and what truly needs to be replaced. Tommy wants the best for his customers and he shows that in the professionals that he employs. Each and every tech that I met and dealt with was professional and polite. They came in did the work and kept us updated and in the loop with every test needed or diagnosis that came up. I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends that need their HVAC systems serviced or replaced. As for myself, I know who I will be sticking with from now on when my system needs to be serviced.

This is my first time ever needing an air conditioner repair. Victory Air was wonderful to work with. They were able to schedule a service call on the same day of my call to them (truly, within a matter of 2 hours). The Service Technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C and thoroughly explained the repair to me. Prices are very reasonable. I am thrilled to now know an HVAC company that is responsive, reliable, and professional if I ever need them again. I highly recommend Victory Air!

Tom and his crew are just the most professional team I have worked with. Nicest guys too. I had owned my home for 12 years before I was able to afford central air. Tom was incredibly patient and worked very hard to find the best unit I could afford but that could also provide heat and AC to my oversized 3-floor historical home in the Clifton area. Not an easy task. The crew came every day for a week and worked very hard to install this amazing equipment. The heating was incredible in the winter time. I recently used the AC for the first time last week and its unbelievable. Zero noise (I had to make sure that it was actually on) and so efficient. Im beyond happy with it. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Victory Air by Howard Heating and Air and I am so happy they did! They were able to come out the same day whereas all the other HVAC places I called had a days wait. I called Victory Air at 11am and someone was pulling into my driveway at 12:07pm. The second floor never got super cool but whatever he did it is now so much cooler than it has ever been! This winter lover is so happy with Victory Air and would definitely recommend them.**Cleaned the outside AC unit and added more freon**

We just moved into our house and our HVAC system was not working. We called everyone, however no one was able to get to us. I was referred to Victory Air and gave them a call. They were friendly, helpful, professional on the phone and were able to squeeze us in that day. Our service technician found the problem and fixed it. Here was the best part. Unlike some HVAC companies, I wont say any names but it rhythms with Gelp, the service tech didnt stick around my house for additional 30 minutes trying to sell me extended warranties, club memberships and/or up-sell me something I didnt need. Victory Air gives the HVAC industry a good name in my book. And unlike Marty Brennaman recommendation, I would trust to send Victory Air to my grandmothers house.
