LOVE White Oak Nutrition! Amazing service, the shakes and teas taste great. My daughter and I love getting our health fix!!

Looks like a nice store, but the hours listed are not correct. I drove out of my way because it says it opens early (6:30 on Thursdays). I got there at 7:15, and it was closed. Would love to try sometime.Edit: Cant figure out how to reply, so Im adding my response here. I was there in the AM, not PM. I saw the hours on Google, which say you open at 6:30 am. Thank you for the reply. A sign would have been nice, but Ill come back and try again. Enjoy the vacation!

Kim is great! She Makes you feel welcomed everytime you walk in the door. My morning stop on the way to work. Plenty of different flavored shakes for whatever you are in the mood for.

Delicious shakes yummy. Love all the flavors. Favorite salted Caramel.

While I havent been in for awhile, I love Kim and her down-to-earth attitude. She is a REAL person who doesnt do the oh-so-polite conversation that is so fake. She gives great advice and was especially helpful with a particular product when I needed help with setting down at night. I was a customer of hers when she did another business, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with what she did. These negative reviews make me sad :-( . My daughter loves her and her shop b/c of Kims products and friendliness. You could ask her any question regarding so many things, and I bet shed know the answer. Actually, I really need to get back in there 😁!

White Oak Nutrition is such a comfortable and inviting hidden gem! I really enjoy coming in. Thank you Kim for your compassion and knowledge about nutrition! I desperately needed to learn how to properly nourish my body and I appreciate you taking time to help me.

Not only are the shakes and teas INCREDIBLE, but so is the owner (Kim). When you walk through the door she knows you by name and can pick up your conversation right where you left off from your previous visit. Whatever your goal maybe (weight loss, muscle gain, hydration, etc) you are just a short evaluation away from a serious life change. I’m so thankful for the friend who pointed me to White Oak Nutrition and Herbalife! If you are in the area, be sure to stop in. You won’t be disappointed!

Do yourself a favor and DONT go here. Kim is a disgusting, vile person who wishes ill will on others. If you dont believe me, look at her responses to other negative reviews on this page. She does not deserve a single cent of your hard earned money.

Awful awful awful experience! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner at one point while in there with a friend and this woman was super rude!!! Not a professional and definitely needs some training in customer service!

I have been a customer here for a long time! The products are very tasty. I recommend this place for anyone looking for healthier options! Like it or NOT...political conversations are happening everywhere! However, I am curious...are you at all offended by the comments the current president makes about other people????

The owner is BY FAR the rudest person I’ve ever met. Poor customer service to say the least. I will not give this woman my money. She doesn’t have the brains to count out correct change when someone hands her money. I’ve been treated BEYOND disrespectfully. When I drive past I make sure her car isn’t there so I can actually sit and enjoy my shake with those two lovely ladies that work for her!! The owner body shames people and scams for money. She’s in it for the money, not to help you get healthy. I WILL NEVER purchase a shake from this lady again. And for Mikayla and Kate (the two ladies working for her) you guys rock!!!!

I cant say enough great things about White Oak nutrition and Herbalife! Ive been coming here for 8+ years and have never felt better. Kim helps set up daily plans and does everything she can to make it help you fit your lifestyle and daily needs. The shakes are delicious very filling! If the club isnt open when you need Kim is always willing to meet up with you to talk outside of the club hours one on one!

Ive personally never tasted a shake or tea from here so cannot give any information on that, but the woman who works here is so unbearably rude. Ive heard this comment from many people. For example, my friends and I went in for a shake after our workout and while we understand she was somewhat busy it took 30 minutes for one of her employees to even begin making our shakes (well she actually never even started to make it yet). We sadly had to leave @ 2 because we all had a game to be at. We were upset but understood as we all work in restaurants. We then proceeded to tell the woman we were sorry we had to leave and to just not bother to make the shakes and that we would stop by after. The woman then rolled her eyes at us and said alright whatever. In shock we all proceeded to walk out and she then said maybe next time if you want things done on time you could come back to help.. But in all respect, maybe she could of helped her employee instead of being on the phone with a friend. In conclusion, they have lost me and my friends as customers and there are many other nutrition places who have amazing shakes and much better customer service.

Shakes are good and the customers bring good conversation and the owner is VERY nice and personal.

Edit: From 5 stars to 1, sadly. I used to frequent this establishment (and give a tip with every purchase) until I repeatedly experienced poor customer service. Unfortunately the owner is rude and can be condescending if you have any differing opinion or life style from hers. Additionally, the actual product Herbal Life seems very pyramid scheme-y. I also over-heard a barista explaining they use pudding mix in the smoothies/shakes - not very nutritious. I will not be visiting this place again.

Kim is friendly and helpful. I visit her alot. She will help you with your health needs. I love the shakes.

I was looking for a dietitian a trained professional and this place was the first place that popped up it wasnt what I thought it was at all the products that they are selling may help you lose weight but itll actually hurt your health in the long run if you dont believe me look on the ingredients listed on the back Im glad I didnt wast hundreds of dollars on these product and Im every sad that Kim didnt tell me about the possible health risks

Was in for a shake. Heard the owner talking to another group of customers about how much she could not stand the new president. It was really quite amazing to her the terrible things that were said. Whichever side you are on, I would think not getting involved in politics around customers that may or may not agree with you would be a good idea. I will not return. I simply do not want to know about the owners political views. I will also let my friends know, so that they may also form their own opinions. I will not spend money and listen to those kind of conversations.
