Crystal and her team are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a wide variety of dried herbs and oils to choose from. This was my first experience visiting the store and I enjoyed taking my time perusing the isles with no pressure. I ended up purchasing much more than I originally intended because there were so many wonderful natural health options to choose from. I am so happy I discovered this gem and will definitely be back in the future.

This place is phenomenal and is a hidden gem!!!! They literally have everything and the atmosphere is so welcoming! I literally feel like Im a part of their family when I visit. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I absolutely love the fact that they actually know and use the products they sell.. definitely a great place!!!!

I went here because its one of the only local places that sells Chakra candles and sage. I spoke with Chuma (sp?) and he and the other employees there were so helpful and informative about all of my questions and helped me figure out which sage I should buy. Great prices and I will definitely be back!! Thanks again!

The owner of the store and her employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable of their products. I didn’t really know much about the different teas she offers, she She did a great job on giving me information on the benefits of he products; I actually learned a lot. I would recommend her to anybody, you will be satisfied from the customer service to her products.

I just love, love, love this shop! I can get the best natural soaps, toothpaste, bath oils/salts/scrubs here for a fair price. I love that the owner uses a lot of local vendors and always welcomes you with warm, open arms!!! She is very knowledgeable about what she sells and also has the most beautiful stones and wrapped jewels Ive ever seen! I also use a lot of her herbal teas which have made some of my best tea party conversations! From incense to anointed/healing shea butters, shes got it in there, so go get yourself a treat!

My experience at the family ran store was wonderful. The owner knows her stuff when it comes to her items that she has in her store. I pretty much go to the store once a week. To get the different Insense, Body Butters, and most of,all the African Culture garments that is in the store. Not only do you shop, but you can read books about History. This is a wonderful store to come to for your herbal teas and oils. I love it!!

Roots Seeds and oil has a nice atmosphere when I come in. The staff greets you with a smile asking you do you need help. The staff knows alot about the product they selling. I love this place, my daughter has suffered from eczema for 10yrs we have been to 3 dermatologists who prescribed my daughter medications that didn’t help. I heard about roots seeds and oils from numerous people and thought I would check it out. The owner was very helpful and recommended her mango butter for my daughters eczema; omg it worked miracles on her skin.

I really like the store and all they had to offer but I had purchased some crystals and stones when I took them home and began to look them up for information I found out that most of the information was off and that it wasnt the right stone via the internet and pictures I think maybe it is time to really do your research on what you sale seems alittle misleading when you think you are getting what the information you have provided and it is wrong but the service was great
