If you remember the good old days when you could walk into a hardware store meet one of the workers tell them what you needed have them smile tell you exactly where it was and had a nice conversation, that was my experience at Cramer true value.just like the days I remember going into a hardware store with my grandfather way before these big bucks companies came into town. Needed 1lb propane tanks for heat during this snowstorm. Called worried I wouldnt make it in time and they were very accommodating and said theyd wait if they needed to. Luckily made it in time but appreciate the kind help and gesture from this local store as many places closed earlily tonight. Man behind the counter said it has been local for over 100 years. Thanks a lot guys!

It is amazing how many times I was thinking of going to Lowes, and was able to go to my (small?) local hardware store and find exactly what I needed. No, let me correct that. I only get to walk in the door, and the friendly staff goes and finds exactly what I needed. Truly amazing.

This is my first time coming to the hardware store I had a great experience. This place is near my house the customer service is great. As soon as I walk to the door somebody rush to help me out. I was greeted politely and helped to get out of there quickly. I would give this place a five star but its not as big as Lowes or Home Depot so I would have to give 4 for the convenience and customer service. Anyone looking to get some small do it yourself projects should check this place out.

Called this store to ask if they had a universal toilet seat hinge kit and was told they do. Made special trip later in the day and was told the hinges they had were not universal and might not fit the seat. Wish theyd told me that earlier and saved me the drive. Normally, customer service is very good.
