A very negative experience at this business. Upon entering such a small space, you would expect to be greeted and asked how you need help. Instead, I walked in and was TOTALLY ignored. There was one customer being helped and one other customer waiting to be helped, who was also ignored. I was in the store for ten minutes. The gentlemen working there walked past me twice, and never greeted me or acknowledged me. What kind of a business is this? I have no need to beg someone to take my money. If you choose to ignore your customers you wont be in business for very long! Terrible place!!

Very smart and experienced staff.

Called to see if they had something in stock. They said yes. I made a 45 minute drive to get there and they told me I would have to order it. No apology given. Poor customer service.
