I did a Google search for guitar sales near me and this popped up alongside some poorly rated competitors. Saw that there was a Breedlove acoustic sale going on and took the family in to have a look. The stores staff and the Breedlove rep. were all absolutely amazing and I was very glad to have walked out with an amp, an electric guitar, and a Breedlove acoustic!I highly recommend Third Rock MC, and wont ever be going back to GC...

Their prices on little things is outrageous. I payed almost $40 a few weeks ago on a simple restringing of a bass. I could have gone many other places for free or way cheaper

I had an issue with my guitar (to no fault to the team, it’s a WEIRD guitar, one of those original Les Paul ultras with the nano-mag pickup), having some weird wiring issues, and they’ve worked with me now to get it straightened out and taken care of nonstop since it started.Ryan takes great care of the instruments and he actually cares about the musicians that come in. Bought a guitar sight unseen from them (on Reverb) and unfortunately the guitar had an issue. I sent them a message and Tony was not only quick to answer, but he also gave me the best customer service so that situation was resolved with the best possible outcome.

In my 53 years of playing music I have never been more impressed by Tony Lee and the rest of the gang at Third Rock. I was most impressed by them wanting to put the right guitar in my hand. I stopped in today to buy my first guitar and I am a complete rookie. Lee and Tony were terrific. They never made me feel inferior and took a really consultative approach to help me understand what I should consider and look for and things I should stay away from. Once they gave me the basics they gave me some space to experiment with any guitar in the shop and really allowed me to narrow my choice down before I found the right one. I’d highly recommend visiting here if you are looking for expert help and a great selection.

Stopped in with my wife to get a keyboard for our son. Right when we walked in everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The store is awesome, I just wanted to sit and play the afternoon away. The acoustic guitar room is sweet! I guess the owner, Gregg, is the guy who helped us. Very knowledgable and patient with all my wifes questions. We didnt feel like we were being sold on stuff; the vibe was like hanging out with friends! Highly recommend! Dug a bit deeper and found that they put on all kinds of fun events. Ill be back for sure!

I love it soo much man; its just amazing. find it inexpensively online? they gonna match it... trust me. find something that they carry the brand of but dont have? they will *gladly* order it for you. the staff is super friendly and and and super helpful, unlike a big box retailer. if they dont know what youre asking for they will literally just start researching it for you. they ummm daney carries for real, love this place, cant say that enough!

Service! I showed up to swap my sons old trombone for a new instrument. The power was out at the store due to a fire on the street Saturday night. But the door was open and when I explained what I needed, they were happy to give me a new horn and complete the paperwork by flashlight. THIS is why you do business with local merchants. Can you imagine a big box store delivering this kind of service?

Weve purchased lots of audio equipment here for our church at Third Rock and it is always of superb quality! Our son has been taking drum lessons at Third Rock for several months and never comes away from a lesson without having learned some new technique or skill! I had a great experience with Third Rock Music. Bought an amp which had some rattle, I discovered, after getting it home. They were great in getting a new one in for an exchange and followed up with me throughout the process until said and done. Great first experience and will be back.

Not only is this store beautiful and sells some of the best musical instruments around, the workers are the nicest people you will ever meet. they are always offering to help you with any questions or problems you may be having. They even offered me tools to repair my car which broke down in their parking lot. highly recommend this music store to anyone looking to just get started playing an instrument or looking for a professional instrument. will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Great people....great service... musicians kind of place!

This is what a music store is supposed to be like. Even though this looks like a hole in the wall, theyve got literally everything you need to put on a proper live performance of nearly any genre, with a staff that really knows their stuff and is willing and fun to talk to. Great selection of nearly anything you could want at really reasonable prices that are mostly comparable to what you would pay online, but without having to wait for shipping!

These guys know their instruments. Community minded and a local business worth getting to know.

I alot of great things about this place. I came in to check them out and Im looking for good drum hardware and I was told the prices were good. I was in there for 20 minutes and looked like 3 people were wiworki but no one offered me help or even said hi. There was a guy that was helping someone with a guitar and he was the only person to said anything to me when I walked out. He told me to have a good day. I guess Ill end up going yo guitar center which I was trying to get away from.
