Very nostalgic. People were friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high but the customer service makes up for that.

Pleasant experience. Fresh produce. Clean store. Wonderful surprise to find baked goods from Bill Knapps. Its a neighborhood size grocery, meaning its not like the big-box, super-sized markets that sell everything from soup to clothing. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, and decent selection for a smaller grocery store. Be careful with the produce and pay attention to expiration dates. There were moldy strawberries and some items seemed like they had been sitting for awhile.

Most poorly managed deli in the city. I’ve never seen employees move so slow. On top of that they don’t take care of customers in order of arrival even with a ticket system. I stood there for five min not one person spoke to me then two employees went on break and then guy behind me was served first. I shopped here because it’s close. I won’t be back. They need new deli management bad!!

Deeply disappointed with the changes regarding the deli hours of operation. The deli was originally open until 9 pm, then abruptly started closing at 4 pm or 5 pm due to staffing, before finally being open from 6 am to 6 pm. My last visit was before work and there was a sign stating new hours are 8 am to 6pm and I was unable to order from the deli. I was also advised that the senior discount on Tuesdays was discontinued and senior day changed from Thursdays to Wednesdays. They have some great sales, good salad bar and friendly staff. They also have a large variety of things for only $1.00.

Neighborhood grocery for quick and easy last minute shopping. The deli is always booming the fried chicken is fabulous.

Its pretty expensive but they do have some good food for your lunch at the deli.

Terrible! Went there around noon time hoping to get fried chicken from the deli for dinner tonight. Gentleman at the deli informed me there were no hot foods today. On a Friday? Why not...Welllll I dont think the ovens are working. Im done with this store!

I visit the IGA yesterday and today and they still didnt have the item that was supposed to be on sale. A lot of time wasted and a lot of energy. I really believe your store is prejudice the supervisor especially not very friendly. I really think you guys can to do better.

This is a staple to our area of dillonvale. As a walking division we need places like IGA or our elderly, handicapped and pope unable to drive. Its been nice having them with the Corona because you have a safer option to kroger or target to grocery shop as well

There arent too any IGAs around anymore. This location has weathered the storms and I love shopping here! The store is always neat and clean and the employees are awesome!

Ive been a long time shopper at iga I remember being a small girl and going with my gma using the small little carts and it was always a fun time for me. Now as an adult I go there frequently. Its close to my home and the workers are so friendly and its a great place to shop for our community.

A decent store....if youre rich.3.25 apiece for small stuffed peppers. The chicken wings arent too awfully priced.Went to the doorway Coke machine and it was empty....Cokes fault on that one. So I had to pay 2.12 for a 20 ouncer.Might as well have gone to Longhorn and wont be back.

This is a local neighborhood grocery and unfortunately I rarely shop there because they are outrageously expensive.Would I rather give them my money as opposed to a chain grocery? Sure, but they are literally 1 and 1/2 to 2 times as expensive. Ive been told that their chicken and ground beef is much better than the competition yet still....$$$.

Well the store was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Not the greatest customer service. The older cashiers are pretty nice but the younger/newer ones are not very friendly. Also, its very overpriced. Convenient if you just need to grab a couple things but I do all my major shopping at Kroger or Target where its much more affordable.

Just has to be the very last IGA in this area. Always clean and well stocked. Their Deli fried chicken easily puts the Colonel to shame. The store is small but the layout is creative. Just right for shopping when I do not want to deal with walking for miles to buy a dozen eggs.

Thats a nice variety of things close to home

The IGA has all of the necessary items but I want, dont need, but want, are the extravagant items. Like RAW Sugar. Comes in a 2lb box. Has a, to me, better taste, and I like it more than the other types of raw sugars.

A great place to shop. Great deli and salad bar and their chicken that they cook is fabulous. Wednesdays senior citizens get 10% off their total order. Great cashiers great management and they really have great customer service. It reminds me of a small town grocery store they dont have his biggest selection as their competitor, but I think theyre better than their competitor I tried to go there as often as I can.

The last neighborhood IGA in Cincinnati! Super friendly staff, excellent meat, top notch deli with incredible fried chicken, decent produce, and best if all a quick in/out. A little more expensive overall than the big stores, but they make up for it with convenience and service. A community staple.

A small store, not a huge selection of anything, but great for a quick stop on the way home. Can usually get in and out in a few minutes. Good deli and salad bar, nice selection of craft beer also.

Old school grocery feel. You can find random gems like Little Kings and other products you forgot existed.

One of the few stores that has both family packs and individual packs of quality meat. I like being able to buy a smaller quantity so storage and waste arent a problem.

I have a VERY hard time walking, even with my walker. There was a man, Edward, who was working on getting carts together in the parking lot. Since I was like a cartoon character going after the smell of their fried chicken wafting through the air, I was trying to get the energy to go into the store (I WISH they had motorized carts!) when I asked him if he could do me a huge favor.He went in and bought my chicken and delivered it to my car for me! What a sweetheart. He was so polite and understanding. Thanks for keeping this nice man employed. Too bad there arent more men like him out there. I plan on calling the owner of the store in the morning to tell him about my experience with him.** PS... IGA you need to have chicken available when people get off work. I was lucky to get it at 4:15. And no side dishes available? Is that the norm? Your chicken is awesome and I know youd sell a lot more if you had it available at dinnertime.I also could shop at your store if you had a motorized cart for those who really need it.

I used to think this place was terribly expensive, and for some things it is. But it is so quick to get in and out and they have a number of really great specials. Got a couple of nice thick NY strips there the other night that were priced well and definitely worth more than I paid. Worth the trip!

One of the best local, small groceries. Has consistently provided very good customer service, products and prices for years. Always a joy to peruse the deli/produce department which has some incredible bargains and interesting products. Great selection of organic juices and teas.

My last 3 visits, spanning 2 weeks, the freezer section was over 1/3rd empty and today had still not been restocked. Empty shelving in every section- dinners, vegetables, fruits etc. Was wondering why items I purchase on a regular basis hasnt been available.
