They were super helpful and understanding with me. I am new to owning a hot tub and they took the time to explain to me what I needed to do after testing my water. They didnt try to get me to buy superfluous stuff, so I appreciate their honesty as well.

I dropped a pool cover for replacement in June. After many (more than 5) phone calls in September to inquire about the status order, the company was unable to provide an answer or even call back. Finally, 4 months after starting the process, they informed me that the process has not even started because they were unable to contact the manufacturer. I was never notified nor called during that entire time, nor was I able despite numerous attends to talk to the Sales Rep, who presumably could not be reached while on the field. Dont laugh, all of this is true. The only option they offer was to start the process all over again. I dont recall being left in the dark, or being mistreated by a business like this before. Unacceptable.

I had multiple questions because I was in the process of changing how I was chlorinating the pool this year. Matt spent a lot of time answering my questions, offering suggestions, and confirming some of the possibilities I was considering. The in store experience was good. David Bloom was very helpful and friendly. Barry, the deliveryman, was screwed. He was a great guy, but that was a 2 man delivery job. The sofa itself was too much for one man to carry. It felt like you were too cheap to pay for help.

Do not purchase your patio furniture from this company! They quoted us a lead time of 4 weeks and we are at 20 weeks with NO FURNITURE. They do not respond to messages looking for updates on our order. The staff we did speak to were rude and unhelpful. Finally, we had to go IN to the business to get an update because they wouldnt call us back and they said they were going to raise our price 25% from what we ordered it. Even with the supply chain issues globally, their service and our experience was terrible.

Really amazing service! Matt took time to answer all my questions both in store and over the phone. As a first time pool buyer, he explained and educated me on what I needed to know in order to make the best decision. No sales pressure whatsoever! Matt even reached out to other companies about getting a pool that their store didnt carry themselves.I cant speak highly enough about the quality of service I received and the time they devoted to getting our family the pool we wanted...even if, in the end, it was not with them. My daughter and I went to Watson in Cincinnati, Ohio to look at above ground pools. I guess we wasnt dressed up enough for that place of business. The woman at the information desk told us to go outside, someone would help us. Perry Patton, the salesman, came out and we both could tell he wasnt happy. He mustve thought we were there to spend our stimulus money that we hadnt got yet.He suggested we get one of the cheaper/less expensive pool packages. We had planned to spend between $10-$15,000.(cash). That was our feeling that he was judging us by his upfront attitude. Sorry, we will be purchasing our pool from another pool place. Any suggestions?

We bought a liner for an above ground pool in 2018. The seams ripped in 2019. We patched it 2 times and decided to replace it this year. We called several times no one returned our call. Krissy and Matt were so unprofessional I refused to talk to either of them. We had to buy our liner somewhere else because no one would return our call and now can’t get our money back from the warranty. Terrible business!

Came in for hoses and they had them in stock, but had to back the next day for another part. They didnt have what I needed, the sales guy said without any hesitation I can make something that will work and within 10mins I had a new piece ready for me!!!!Got it home and it worked perfectly!!!!AWESOME customer service

I went in to check out their patio furniture. I ended up buying all that I needed because the price was good. Before I left, they even helped me fix the water issues in my pool. They were very informative. I plan on going out of my way to shop there regularly for my pool supplies now.

People never called us back.This is not a bot review, dont let them fool you. We went in to get a quote to build a pool and they told us they would get someone to talk to in a few days. Never heard anything back. This is bad business and I will never give them a dime of my money. I talked to 3 other places and they all called back the next day to come and give me a review.

Owner and workers are fantastic and gave me plenty of help and advice. Beautiful store and displays but more importantly the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I came in right as they were going to close to grab a couple of caps and antifreeze. They helped me find everything I need and then spent the time to answer my questions and at the end they took my purchase to my car and put it in without asking. Have not seen service like this in years.

I have questions and they have answers! The pool place by my house closed a year or so ago. Someone recommended Cinti Pool and Patio and Ive been going there ever since. They are great. I had chlorine lock and they walked me thru the steps I should take and its gone!

I ordered the grill and was supposed to get a call when it came in a couple days later. I never received a call, so I called myself and left a message with a receptionist. After a few days and still not getting a call back I started to call every day or two and leaving messages on answering machine(during business hours) and still didnt get a call back. So I gave up, and moved on without a grill after wasting weeks of constant follow up.

Ordered a hot tub cover from them. Cover took 6 weeks to come in and didnt fit. Contacted the merchant to make them aware and they said not their problem. I filed a complaint with the credit card company and the owner Rob broke into the backyard and took the cover back like a thug. Police report was filed and they are being investigated. I would not recommend doing business with these crooks.

Awful customer service!!!Their pool tech showed up for a service call without the tools he needed for the repair I scheduled. He never returned and still charged me for the visit. I have called repeatedly to resolve the invoice but they do not return phone calls so I had to hound them until I finally reached Darren, the person who scheduled the visit. He said that Carol in their billing department is refusing to adjust the invoice. She was not even involved. I have left at least 4 messages for her and she will not return my calls. I asked the person who was the originator of my service call who the owner is and he refused to let me know. I googled it and found the owners name myself. I will try to contact him next.Avoid this business. The customer service is awful!!!!!

W****ns Pool and Spas salesman didnt even act like he could be bothered to answer any questions. Rob at Pool and Spa Warehouse took the time to just talk to us about what we wanted and answer all of our questions . He probably spent 30 or 40 minutes just chatting with us and actually giving us information instead of trying to upsell us. If your looking to buy a pool, go here first. Period.

Thebest thing about working with Rob, Darrin and PSW is that they are flexible and bend over backwards to fit your needs. You dont have to fit within their program. Plus if they dont have, they look for it. Rob is the McGyver of the pool industry...amazing what he is able to look at and solve.

Had our pool installed 11 seasons ago and have used Pool and Spa warehouse ever since. They have assisted me along the way with chemical questions and tricks to maintaining the pool correctly. I use them for my opening/closing of the pool every year and everything is done great. If I ever moved and installed another pool, I would certainly use Pool and Spa warehouse again to build my pool. We recently had them come out and fix the liner that came off the track. A problem occurred with getting back on the track, however problem was resolved to my satisfaction. They even went out of their way to send a note and a gift card to apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused. In my opinion thats the sign of a caring company.
