We used them for a seamless shower door in our newly remodeled bathroom. They did a fabulous job. They were friendly and had a quick turnaround time. Most other companies didn’t even bothere to call me back but they were great. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I wanted to get rid of of my shower curtain and replace it with a shower door. I called suburban glass and they came out promptly to measure. I received a reasonable quote a few hours later. Within two weeks they were here for the install. Very professional, beautiful job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

One day no one answers any calls. Next day guy takes my contact info and says someone will call to schedule an appointment. No one ever return me a call in 4 days since then. If thats the way they treat their customers I would not recommend doing business with them!

Incredibly frustrating experience. Job promised complete within 3 weeks on initial call. Prompt measurement...no quote. 6 weeks later, another measurement...no quote. After at least 8 phone calls and a million excuses (the paperwork is on the truck still, we lost the paperwork, the owner is out of town, and at least 4 we will call you backs), we are finished.

They did a re-screen of our patio. Getting an estimate and scheduling was no hassle. They did a great job and the cost was affordable against some other estimates I received.

HAD BROKEN WINDOW REPLACED IN EATING AREA OF KITCHEN. WORK AND SERVICE WAS FINE, LONG WAIT FOR GLASS TO COME IN BUT WERE BASICALLY SATISFIED. NOT LONG AFTER CALLED FOR ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT OF LARGE SCREENS ON SCREENED PORCH. WAS TOLD WOULD BE OUT FOR MEASUREMENTS AND ESTIMATE NEXT DAY-- NEVER SHOWED. SEVERAL CALLS TO OFFICE GOT NO REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES LEFT. WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPIER IF FOR WHAT EVER REASON WE WERE TOLD THEY DID NOT WANT US AS A CUSTOMER??

Camargo Glass has done a lot of work for me. From screening to glass for my windows and shower, to the Bridal Store that I worked for. They are wonderful to work with and are very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Was referred to this company to replace the glass in our sliding glass patio door, however I have been calling them for a week straight and have yet to hear back. I was told by the receptionist that he would leave a message with the owner who was doing the schedule to make time to get me in. This was just to schedule time to come out and just measure the window. Have left messages with the owner as well as receptionist to have them schedule a time to come out but no one ever returns my calls. This company clearly doesn’t want to gain any more business

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS if it were possible. Probably the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We needed to find a place to replace some windows for a vacation property. I was referred by a friend who lives in the area. I called in and was hung up on by the extremely intelligent secretary. I know she is probably paid to screen calls and such, but it seems to me that when someone calls to talk to the owner of a business, it might be a good idea to give that person at least 10 seconds to explain who they are and why they are calling, before getting an attitude and hanging up on them. GREAT JOB MISSY!!!! you just lost a good customer thanks to your infinite wisdom.

They repaired an insulated window for me on schedule for a reasonable price. Quite happy with the results.

This place is expensive the same window I ordered through Suburban I found at other well known glass companies for about half the price!!!!
