We are thrilled with our new garage door openers! Can use our phones as well as remote, and outside panel. The LED lights go on automatically when we open our back door to step into garage. And I opened the door for our so while sitting on our couch using phone! So darn happy! And amazing service man helped me program everything into my phone!

Garage door spring broke and needed replaced. AE was very reasonable on price. They arrived at scheduled time, was professional and prompt on completing work. Above all the technician (Ron) took it upon himself to refasten the door switch pulling away from the wall, and we didnt realize he fixed it until after he left. Thats top quality! We will definitely be calling AE again for our garage door needs.

My sales rep was great but the real star of the show was Hugo, my installation technician. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and didnt leave until everything was perfect despite it being a Friday afternoon. I had used another garage door company for a repair a few years ago but if my local AE door service person is half as good as Hugo, Ill be throwing that old number away.

We had lightning strike near our house and needed our opener replaced as a result. AE Door was the second place we got a quote from, and it was a no-brainer to go with AE. Not only were they cheaper than other place, they were also significantly more trustworthy (other place made some recommendations there were completely unnecessary and would have cost us a lot), they did great quality work and the opener itself is awesome! I don’t usually write reviews but the service was so good I want to let others know. I had my rather old garage door serviced for a broken spring. The springs being repaired failed after only 2 years and I had the impression they were too small for the heavy door. The service tech confirmed they were the wrong springs and found other problems with the door mechanism that had not been repaired with prior service. The tech wasn’t sure which springs to use on the old door because he couldn’t just replace the existing ones. He called another tech for advice who recommended much stronger springs, which were used. Old hardware was removed and the spring location was changed. Also, the garage door opener was repaired because it was stripping from the heavy door not properly supported by the springs. The door now works better than it has in years and I am.confident the job was done right. I highly recommend AE Door& Window.

AE door came out to check my garage door that they installed over six years ago. No problem getting an appointment. The tech came out when he was supposed to and answered all our questions.The tech was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. He was able to fix the problem but cautioned it was a temporary fix and the larger issue needs to be addressed.Helpful, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the temporary fix and the way to solve the problem.

The service experience was fine. However, the fact that a backup battery had failed in less than 18 months, in fact probably never worked since it was installed, did not warrant a $187 charge. Outrageous as the appointment was set up as a warranty call.

We had our garage door installed and I guess the installer didnt put the bolts in the right place but they sent Mark Petry out to look at it and he fixed the the bolts and moved them to the correct position. Also he ordered us a new end cap because it got messed up from the rubbing. He was great, super on time, friendly and super fast. Great customer service .

We had one of the three torsion springs on our double garage door break, so we called for service. We were told that the tech would call between 8-9 am and let us know when he would be arriving. Mark did so and told us between 10 and noon. He was there about 10:10 am. I made the decision that all three springs should be replaced. Mark removed the old springs and replaced them with new ones in about an hour despite the severe lack of headroom above the door. Fortunately, he carried a specialized tool that allowed him to work in a tight area without having to disassemble the door. He was competent and worked efficiently. I was very satisfied with this service visit.

The repair gent took great care to make sure it was all looked over and in good working order before leaving site.
