The staff is so helpful. So much better than the other popular stores you are used to. This store has the quality products you want. I am so grateful I found this place. This will be the store I come back to for years.

My experience with G&G Fitness was fantastic! I purchased a Horizon T101 treadmill for my personal use and I absolutely love it! Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me choose the right fitness equipment for my health and fitness needs. Additionally, Bryan has been available after the sale and home installation for any follow up questions, including maintenance and upkeep of my treadmill, and recommending other products to add to my home gym. I will definitely be making all my future fitness equipment needs from this store! Great personable customer service!

My husband and I were able to take advantage of a great G&G sale. Ben Leek answered all of our questions, didnt pressure us in any way as we walked around, trying different machines. We are extremely pleased with the Horizon Elite. Also quite impressed with the two guys who very efficiently set up our treadmill, great job!

I was in the market for some new basement fitness equipment (mat, free weights, etc..) and had heard good things about the G&G in Montgomery. I was very surprised at the variety of equipment that they carried for all fitness levels. Bryan was fantastic and knowledgeable about the products and the fitness aspect. He was very patient with the tons of questions that I had and answered them all. This is such a great store and I will definitely be returning for my future home gym purchases.

My experience at the Fitness Store in Cincinnati on Montgomery Rd was exceptional. I have never purchased any fitness equipment, so I was a little hesitant and overwhelmed upon entering the store. Bryan Cox really helped define my search and pin down my price range to best meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, which made my experience comfortable and positive. Though I didnt purchase anything that day, I plan to return at a later time when certain finances clear. Im looking forward to purchasing my first treadmill.

Dave the General Manager was great to work with. The delivery team as well. They set up the machine and made sure it was fully operational before they left.. Would recommend G & G Fitness for future needs.

Pleasant people. Helpful with respect to choosing equipment. Explained options. Allowed and encouraged the use of the machines. Were not overwhelming or intrusive. Allowed time to use the equipment without pushing an agenda of sales.Would encourage people to look at this store for home exercise options.

I called The Fitness Store in Cincinnati to ask them some questions regarding an elliptical I was considering buying off of Craigslist. Even though I was potentially buying a machine elsewhere, the store manager Bryan Cox was extremely helpful. Bryan took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me make an informed decision. He even told me I could bring the machine to his store if it needed any repairs, and he would take care of me! So if you have any equipment needs in the future, repair or purchase, I would recommend going to The Fitness Store in Cincinnati!!!

Sale was quick and easy. We bought the treadmill desk. Talked to the person at the store regarding service for our other treadmill. Disappointed to find out from the service department that they dont service our other treadmill. Need help with getting the treadmill grounded.

Knowledgeable people, no pressure and responsive service. I asked a lot of questions, they knew ALL the answers. This is the second major purchase from them, and will continue as long as the service is this good.

Everything about G&G Fitness Equipment in Montgomery was perfect, from the sale, all the way to the set-up. You guys are the greatest and I plan to send some friends and family your way.

Lululemon athletica, Hyde Park Square needed a treadmill for a special Back to Boston, event that we were holding in our store. Gordy and The Fitness Store donated a beautiful first rate treadmill for two weeks for our guests and community runners! The treadmill was so nice that people came in just to get their work out in and experience the treadmill! Thank you for helping us out!

I recently purchased a WaterRower from David Rechtin and received outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the product and understood everything thoroughly. Cant begin to express how terrible my experience with G & G Fitness service has been. I have had 3 service visits scheduled for my 15 month old treadmill and the treadmill is still not fixed. Scott in service told me I had to call AFG and order parts myself and he scheduled an appt for a 5 hour window on a Friday. I took off work and no one showed. When I called, Scott said he didnt make the appt since he wasnt sure if I had ordered the parts! At the next appt (another day off work for a 5 hour timeframe), the technician showed but the part that was shipped was broken. Reordered part and waited 2 weeks. Called G&G and was told the part had come in a week ago! So scheduled another appt. (7 hour timeframe). Gil, the technician just called and said he wouldnt be able to make it today! Totally ridiculous. Do NOT buy from G&G
