Igor worked with me to personalize an embroidery on a silk scarf. EE was very helpful and personal, the job was done quick and I am very happy with the results!

Igor worked with me on an embroidery design for a golf towel meant to be a present for a dear friend’s going-away present on a Tuesday and had it ready by Thursday. I was impressed with his craftsmanship and turn around time. The towel is certain to be a cherished memento for my friend. Looking forward to gifting it to her at her party!

I needed to have a beach bag monogrammed and stopped at Embroidery Express, where I met Igor. He was WONDERFUL! So friendly, helpful and took his time helping me find the best font, size and color for my bag. He completed the project within a half hour and the quality exceeded my expectations. The staff at EE was very helpful, friendly and professional! They took a last minute embroidery job (that no one else would take) and executed it on a holiday weekend! The work was fast and nice. Prices are the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely be back and i definitely recommend these guys!

I visited this shop to get a few shirts embroidered. When I got there they were friendly and told me it would be ready later the same day. I didn’t have time to pick up the shirts that day, so I went there the next morning. The quality was beyond my expectations. The worker was nice and helpful during the order processing and pick up. Definitely recommend the business and will be back for holiday presents.

I had a horrible experience with this shop. I went on a Saturday to get something embroidered. I was the only customer and was waited on by a young man. He was pleasant but did not seem trained. Several more customers came and the female employee instructed me to go to the end of the line even though I was first. She said there is only one computer and I am using it on other customers. I waited for an hour. Finally they write down my order and I pay 47.00 and them I am told to come back in 24 hours. The sign says we embroider while you wait. I came back 25 hours later to get my order and it was as I left it, untouched. I then had to wait 2 more hours to pick it up. There were 2 other customers present that were complaining about their orders. I will never come back

This is by far the best service and professionalism I have ever had.

Embroidery was a complete different size from my original lab coat - which I brought in to show. Apparently, I was told that the proper measurements were not taken. So now I have to two coats with incorrect embroidery and to fix this will be impossible. Employee was very nice and courteous. But now I have to pay even more $$$ to fix this and hence the 1-star rating.

The new owner Igor is doing a great job. The quality of the embroidery is excellent. The majority of the orders are done the same day.We are happy how our things look with his embroidery! We did the blankets, backpacks and hats, everything looks awesome!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!I went there today and was the first in line to have two items embroidered. I had a similar item embroidered with the same thing two weeks ago without a problem. This time however was different. The clerk asked when I needed them by. I told them today, that I had some errands to run in the mall and Id be back at 2PM. The clerk said no problem. I came back at 2PM and they werent ready. The clerk was working on another item so I left and came back an hour later and they still werent done. The clerk stated they did not have time to do them and asked, again, when I needed them by. When I stated today the clerk handed the items back to me and said they could not do it today. I will take my business elsewhere and Id advise the same to anyone else.

I had a terrible experience. I have been a customer for over 8 years and was always satisfied. There is a new owner that recently took over and it is very clear that he doesn’t know how to run the business. He wasted hours of my time and didn’t even complete my project. Then he blamed me for it! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted a date embroidered on a pair of Converse shoes, apparently there is a special small frame most shops don’t carry, they DO!!!!Super happy!!!They did it same day in 20 minutes!

Horrible. Employees are subpar at best. Owner is in denial. Teach your people how to do a thorough job. Ill make sure to spread the word. I should have waited for embroidery inside Kroger but alas, my fault.

The customer service was impeccable! They were very nice, reasonably priced, efficient, and completely accommadating! I was called with a rough draft of the embroidery for my approval before the work was done. Once I gave the ok that things were a go. I was called the same day that my order was finished. I was truly shocked things were done so quickly because I had taken quite a few things. I picked up my items I was extremely happy with the outcome!! Things were neatly placed and visibly noticeable and a lot bigger than I was expecting, which was a plus. Thank you so much for all of the patience shown to me. If anyone is needing something to be embroidered check out Embroidery Express in the Kenwood Mall located right before you get to Nordstroms.

I Came To Embroidery Express Yesterday Around 1:00pm To Get A Bookbag Embroidered. Well They Said It Would Take 2 Hours, I Said Ok If I Dont Come Back Today Can I Pick It Up Saturday. They Said Yes, Well 2 Hours Later I Get A Text Saying My Item Is Ready For Pickup. However I Waited Until Saturday To Come And Get It. Almost 24 Hours After I Dropped It Off And Low And Behold Im At Embroidery Express As We Speak And My Item Isnt Ready.......Poor Customer Service And Overly Priced, I Will Never Come Here Ever Again
