Great sales personnel and great propane prices...

The staff is so friendly that its my first choice hardware store. Dont let the seemingly small footprint fool you, they have a very good inventory and offer much more than meets the eye.

Lots of friendly & helpful employees. However be careful when you get to the cash register they dont take their discounts for this or that or that and you cant help but walk out of the store feeling so youve been overcharged this is the second time there second time you felt that way will not be back

Good old fashioned hardware store. Kind of narrow, meandering aisles. Bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. They carry well-known brand names plus some that Id never heard of before. Service was nice and polite and they offered to order something I wanted but wasnt there. Much better than a big box store.

No problems with service. However, been in the store twice in the last week and NO employees are wearing required face masks to provide a safe environment for customers. Wont be back during pandemic.

If you are missing a screw, need to fix something around the house, need a hose for the yard, this place has it. Perfect place to quickly get in and out with just what you need.

Piss poor customer service. I bought a grill around thanksgiving 2019. When the delivery was supposed to happen they never called, I had to call them. Upon delivery the grill was damaged and the label on the grill said smoke and not crimson. The grill top was crimson I called weber and they said they wouldn’t warranty the grill because of the mismatch colors. I went to the store to speak to the manager( who was not there). I waited about 30 minutes for him to show up. David gave me nothing but excuses on what happened. He supposedly ordered parts to fix the problems. Here we are February 14 and nothing is fixed. He never returns phone called when he says he will. This store manager needs to go back to school on customer service.

We just moved to the area and wanted to paint our heat registers (got in over our heads!) and ace saved us! They told us they would sandblast and paint them all for us and let me tell you, the end result is incredible. Not a bad price either! Very very happy with the overall service, friendly staff, and amazing work. This Ace went above and beyond! Pictures to come!

As usual I had a great experience at Ace. I needed two special cables with loops made for me, and a special chain with hooks also made for me. I had a job to do with my come along, that required these three items. You cant get stuff like that done at Home Depot or Lowes. As usual, Mark was the go-to guy. Did an excellent job.

Way over priced 27.00 for plastic snow shovel is terrible.

Online showed items in stock but store didnt have them.

Im certain if they dont have it, you truly dont need it! Got tour (yes it is that big) and couldnt believe the things they have there! They even sell beer and wine. I could have spent a fortune on things I didnt even know I needed that I found while browsing the shelves. And the staff is friendly, helpful and best around.

Called on a sunday afternoon to ask if carried riding mower engine part. Instead of just checking if stocked, was told repair techs were not in, only 2 working today, and he (other) was with customer. She said closing at 4 (was 3:15), suggested call back monday. Felt like could have at least asked to hold until talk to someone who knows what store stocks/sells.
