I drove 2.5 hours here to get a part needed for an important, time sensitive project over the weekend. Thanks to traffic, I was running a few minutes late. Despite calling in to let them know the situation and order ahead, when I got there a mere 3 minutes after the hour, doors were locked and I could not pick up my order. Some customer service! Plus their stuff is all grossly overpriced, but I was willing to pay extra to get what I needed in time. This wouldve been an automatic 5-star review if they had come though and saved the day. Now I might as well order from Amazon!
