The employees at Powersport are the most professional as well as friendly to deal with. Im having them check a motorcycle out for another retired disabled veteran (Army), and as soon as I mentioned miltary involvement, this place reacted with the utmost respect! I also want to say its an honor and privilege to have them as my motorcycle service department.They also sell motorcycles at very reasonable prices! Could go on and on how great this shop is. I purchased a new bike but had not really had the chance to enjoy it as it needed new tires. These guys took care of me in less than 24 hours. The owner brewed me fresh coffee while i waited for my ride. Keep up the great work because it is definitely getting you loyal customers!

What a great group. Bought a bike & helmet there, got a great deal, and it was a genuinely fun experience. In addition, the support has been amazing - anytime Ive had a question, theyre just an email or call away and their responses are always fast and friendly. Im definitely going back for my next bike.

They had my Harley for 5 months and my bike runs terrible. they changed my wheels and now my rear tire won’t hold air. They said they changed my plugs but they are the original ones. I paid them 6000.00 shame on me. Beware of this rogue bike shop. Get everything in writing or find someone who can really do the work. Amateurs at best!!!

Awesome little garage. I look my Voyager in to get some tires on it, and all of the staff, that I dealt with, were very friendly and informative. They quoted me a price on the service, along with a date of completion and they held true. I cannot complain. Will be returning.

Great place to go for sales and service. I started buying accessories here and since then theyve done everything from service, exhaust work, and tires for me. The owner here is extremely generous and actually cares about his customers and his business. Easily the best Moto shop I’ve been too. An extremely quality business and easily stands out in the environment it’s in. Very quality business run by very quality people. Highly recommend coming here over any other motorcycle shop.

My husband stopped in to make sure that his motorcycle had arrived via tow and that everything was on for getting it fixed only to find out that the bike was ready! My husband was wearing some slip on sandal but LES GAVE HIM THE SHOES OFF HIS OWN FEET to wear to ride the bike home. This almost makes me cry knowing that a stranger would be so self-less. Customer for LIFE!

My Motorcycle needed an alignment and I have had trouble finding a shop I can truly trust locally with Triumphs. Decided to stop by on a whim at The Powersports Store and talked to Les. Not only do they work on Triumphs, but Les offered to pull it out back and get it done then and there. Les chatted with me during my wait and had great expertise about getting into track days as well, and the bike is now as good as new. I will definitely be back for my future needs.

Great shop. Called in to order tires for my motorcycle, and they provided great service. They notified me when they arrived in the shop, and gave me time to get my wheels off to bring them in for mounting and balancing of the new tires.Very flexible with schedule and availability for pickup and dropoff.Will definitely do business with them again.

This review is way overdue. One year ago I called this shop for a small bottle of water-wetter. You would have thought I asked to purchase 2 bikes plus an ATV. Les made me feel like the most important customer he had that day. He continues to do that today. I highly recommend Les and his team.

I brought my 2000 Aprilia RSV in for service and a tire replacement last season. The owner informed me that my chain and sprockets were also starting to shark fin and I should look into replacing. The professional recommendations will keep me coming back. The biggest thing for me was that they have experience servicing Italian bikes. I see Ducati’s in there every time I’ve been in for the season so I trust them with mine too.

We visited The Powersports Store on Friday and was very pleased to see a huge selection of used motorcycles. From Ducati, KTM, and Aprilia, to Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles. Les is a former champion racer and has a great perspective of the industry. He has a ton of knowledge of motorcycle helmets and gear, parts and accessories, as well as great customer service. This will be my Cincinnati motorcycle shop moving forward.
