Excellent Customer Service, CLEAN Rest room and Store. HELPFUL WITH A SMILE.

Excellent selection and great prices, helpful, knowledgeable, associates made for a productive furniture shopping trip. We had to drive to a different location to get the couch we wanted; so that was the one star off due to a lousy payment policy not allowing us to pay at one store for items bought from another location.

As usual, my family & I always find more than we expected when we visit Big Lots. We found some really cool Halloween decor and tasty snack items. The store is well organized and the staff is friendly.

Great Halloween items at low prices. They definitely best other retailers in prices when it comes to seasonal merchandise.

I took my big Sister there and she found a nice futon. Not the color she wanted but acceptable. I like that they moved to a bigger facility

Clean, well stocked, nice furniture outdoor patio furniture, employees wore masks, but most customers coming in did not. I was kinda shocked no employees said anything to customers coming in without masks but then again most places Ive been lately havent said anything to customers about wearing masks. Afraid to lose their business and customers.

Decided to visit to see about area rugs. The rugs where a tad expensive but it seems to be a trend when looking at area rugs. They keep a decent amount if home goods such as lawn ornaments and home fixings such as paintings, wall art, and many decorative pieces. Ending up leaving with some new pillows I was in much need of. Not very expensive at all! About 10$ for a queen sized pillow with firm feeling. Not too bad over all. A good place to fill in any empty spaces on your walls or coffee tables.

Very clean.all associates wore a mask but not the customers. Only big lots in city that had the sign out about the weekend freebie. To many selfish custmers not wearing a mask.

I guess I could give them 5🌟 I did just receive a 💳 from all places. But theyve been short on merchandise of because of the pandemic! Otherwise its a great place pick up household items snacks for the children bedding all kinds of neat things.

Clean nice people work there bought fan there got home it was broken took it back no problem they opened the other one up to make sure it was not broken

The Glenway Ave location had a good assortment of products and plenty in stock. Cashier was very helpful. Make sure u sign up for their rewards program and you will receive a gift certificate for $5 immediately. Also, u will recieve a birthday gift certificate on ur birthday. The quality of furniture seems to have improved quite a bit. By no means high end but they carry Broyhill which is a large furniture maker carried in many quality furniture stores. Broyhill is known for their couches, recliners, dining room, living room, and bedroom sets. Broyhill mainly offers upholstered and solid wood furniture. I love the inexpensive home decor art and home goods that Big Lots offers. Provides a great way to decorate your home on a budget.

Bought a recliner in March with protection coverage, turned out wasnt as good a fit as had thought, and they refunded whole amount of chair and protection plan. Very happy. I paid only delivery (and pickup for return). The delivery company is very accommodating, and polite, careful men.

Enjoyed both visits in the last 18 hours. I have not been to this location since they on the other side of the plaza. Love the new floor plan placing emphasis on furnishing. The staff was exemtrely helpful and I purchase matched exactly the online ads description. Must stop Westside retailer.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvements in the products and the new store layout. Its a huge difference and much better than the other location.

Never over buy furniture from here. Got a dresser and its supposed to hold 60 lbs. The top wont stay connected nor would the bottom. Called customer service and the only thing they said is we could return it.. even after I put it all together.. so I suppose to take it down and bring it back.Wow never again

You would think with all the new changes in the new location of the store that it would be awesome, again the staff is not friendly seems to be that they’re on their phones quite a bit some of them look like they just woke up out of bed and came to work. They do have neat merchandise that is reasonable priced but the whole atmosphere changes when you have a rude employee.

First time here. Clean and well stocked. Laid out exactly like the Hunt Rd store.

They have changed the way the store has set up since the last time I was there it seems like the employees are a little bit nice so not so rude. They still the employees dont seem as energetic or really wanting to help they Cindy just want to do what theyre supposed to do and get out. At least they have some of the products that are hard to find due to the fact that Big Lots is a kind of old store that can get the old stuff.

Beautifully remodeled for the holidays. Western Hills store is clean, neat and well stocked with Christmas items. Food aisles along the back of the store now, and everything is more organized.

I went in for the 20 percent of sale on Sunday and found some good buys plus revived good customer service. I was asked a few times if I needed any help finding anything which meant a lot because it was a newly remodeled new location store!

I had to return two items because of wrong size. They handled my return in a quick manner. She also looked up my item to see if another Big Lots had the correct size 🤗

Will never go to that store again everything in the store is greatly overpriced. It had been a while since I have been in a Big Lots such a while that the last time I was in Big Lots everything was cheaper than whos there competitors their competition. What happened Big Lots? because your merchandise is still outdated but your prices have increased

Went there to get furniture picked out what we liked which they had on display and was told they was out of it asked if they can order it was told no asked to buy the display and was told no. Guess they are not into making money they just lost 2000 dollars.

I dont think Ive ever been to a store that was this unorganized, but I found what I needed for a fair price.

Store was neat and clean. However they were out of alot of items I was looking for and should have opened another register. Husband said someone had a Bowe movement all over the bathroom.

They have some good stuff there. I think majority of it is furniture though. It may sound a bit morbid but they have things to decorate graves too, which is basically the only thing I go here for.
