New Customer... Very Impressed!As a first time homeowner, considering our home energy options could have been overwhelming.... But thanks to Katie Miller, my mind is at ease and my home is warm!Im moving from the city, where we have natural gas heat, to the county, where we have an oil-burning furnace. Its safe to say I knew little to nothing about what to expect when I called Lykins for an oil delivery. I called Customer Service and was connected to Katie Miller. Right off the bat Katie was very professional and kind.Katie was able to help me get my account set up for future deliveries, give me a run down of the delivery process, get my first delivery scheduled and even tell me about the oil tank we had in our basement and the amount of oil we should expect to go through during different seasons!I was very impressed with her knowledge of the whole process. When I called, I expected to get connected to a worker who would be knowledgeable about the ordering process, but not really give me information about the process and billing thereafter. Katie definitely exceeded my expectations and saved us the anxiety of entering into this new energy process blindly.Im very pleased with Lykins and customer service we have received.Thanks so much Katie!Kim G.
