Short version: If you are in the market for engagement or wedding rings and you dont check out Whitehouse Brothers as a option, you are doing yourself and your significant other a disservice and missing out in terms of selection, cost, and customer service.Long version: my girlfriend (soon-to-be fiancee) knew she wanted an art deco style engagement ring. We walked into a well-known local jeweler and spoke to someone about the aesthetic she was seeking - they immediately brought out a tray of Whitehouse Brothers rings and we were both impressed by the detailing and period authenticity. After a short discussion, it became clear that the local jeweler was unsure if the specific ring style my girlfriend liked could accommodate the diamond she wanted (oval vs. the traditional brilliant cut) and suggested we could, perhaps, contact the manufacturer or, alternatively, go with a high-priced in-house custom design service. We went the first route, and were delighted to discover not only did Whitehouse Brothers have a wonderful website, but their customer service was exceptional. We reached out to ask if the ring could be custom made to fit an oval diamond - unhesitatingly, Whitehouse replied that they could absolutely do so. From there, we used their excellent home try-on program to narrow down three finalists to a winning ring. I was also thrilled that Whitehouse offered diamonds as well (at better prices than major online retailers like Brilliant Earth!) such that I didnt have to worry about obtaining the diamond elsewhere and shipping it to them. To help us pick the diamond remotely, Whitehouse provided spreadsheets of selections as well as dozens of photos and video of potential diamonds alone, paired with the ring, on a finger, and more. We were led through the entire process by their wonderful, highly responsive customer service, who were never fatigued by our lengthy email chains! The ring is on its way, and I cant imagine being more pleased with the process that led to a purchase that will last a lifetime. Thank you Whitehouse Brothers!

I saw a Whitehouse Brothers ring in a local shop and hoped to eventually own one. Fast forward three years...I checked out the website which had a much wider selection than my local store. I picked three for the try-at-home box and they were shipped to me in no time. Scott reached out to me via email about the box and asked if I had any questions. I had picked my favorite and called him the next day to discuss. I purchased this ring as a right-hand ring and wanted a stone that was not a diamond. We discussed stones and options. I did some googling and sent Scott some examples of what I was thinking. He ordered a couple of stones to be shipped to his shop and then made videos (yes, videos!) to show what the stones would look like in the ring I chose. Stone #2 was the winner. They sent a list of the styles that would be best for the size and shape of the diamond and helped me select a beautiful setting. They made it easy to send the diamond to them and they set it for us. Exquisite rings and impeccable customer service!! When I lost my wedding set purchased from Whitehouse Brothers in 1994, I was heartbroken. From my first contact with Scott, he recognized the exact set I had, yet there had been some minor changes to that model. I really wanted my exact setting. I’d been wearing it for 25 years! He assured me he could deliver exactly what I wanted and that he’d have it to me in time for my 25th anniversary (so naturally I had it made in platinum with some added diamonds). At the last minute I added a request to remake my husband’s ring he’d purchased from a local artist, originally in copper and silver. Over 25 years it had taken a beating. This ring was hand crafted using white gold and rose gold. I was concerned the rose may be too pink. Scott sent photos to assure me with each concern I had. (Yes, I was a high maintenance customer on this project.). He was so patient and never tried to rush me or pressure me in any way.
