Ive been to their store and bought a lot of pretty cool/funny shirts and had some made, thats been a couple years ago. I needed something made for xmas but based on what I could find for sale on their website I didnt even waste my time trying to get anything made. I couldnt even find any of their funny shirts anymore....

Very friendly greeting when I first arrived. Toni behind the desk area was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back to order from them soon for all my sports, and other needs.

I got hired there a month ago for $12 an hour. Pay was direct deposit. After not having access to my check stubs for 3 weeks and my checks seeming off, after much badgering I finally got to see that they were only paying me $8.10 an hour. I was told twice that this would be fixed by my next check. It wasnt, so I refused to come in until it was rectified. I was basically told goodbye. They still owe me $600 and clearly have no intentions to pay.Real dishonest people.

Great place! They also rent out for 🎂 birthday parties, which everyone enjoyed. The staff is wonderful and the place is clean. This is inside the mall so you can be out of the weather. Need to get ur team practice in or just looking for some fun? I would give this midsize sports facility a try.

This is one of the worst places I have ever gone to for spirit wear. Three different employees were so unprofessional, rude and one of the most unorganized places. Did not know prices of items and I believe they made up prices as they go. I ordered over $200 worth of spirit wear there and I regret ever going there and ordered a customized hat that was supposedly being sent out of state and every time I called I received a new made up story then never received the hat I ordered. They called and said they didnt have it and we could just come pick up one that was already made so previously they lied. 2.5 months later go to store to pick out a hat and the guy was rude to me and would not even look up my order and said he couldnt. I ended up choosing an ugly poor quality hat just to get something for the money I paid because he said they would not even give me my money back even though they did not make the hat I wanted and lied to me for 2.5 months. I would not recommend coming to this store, horrible quality and service. I will never go back to this store.

Hours on website are not correct. We went in on a Friday around 7pm and they were closed. Turns out they close at 6pm Monday-Friday. Then when we went back on Monday to reorder jerseys(they told us back in the spring that they kept everything on file for reorders), they told us that the people that worked there in the spring had left the company so they no longer had our team jersey styles on file. So then we had to have coach take pictures of Jersey and email it to Blackout. Now its a waiting game to see when we can get our jerseys for Fall Ball season. Fall ball season is only 6 weeks long so hopefully they dont take forever.

I was In shock when I requested to speak with the manager jason madden and discovered it was kyle gass in disguise. I made an order for two sweatshirts with my sons Jersey number on it and It was backwards. They told me the error was on me because I only emailed the number and didnt go behind the counter and hold their hands like Patrick Swayze in ghost

When it rains there is always in door baseball ⚾. Also next door they sell baseball ⚾ merchandise top quality.

I ordered a tshirt with my sons football Jersey number on it and I recieved the wrong number and when I asked to speak to the manager I was star struck at the discovery that jason madden is in fact Kyle gass

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> Places an order for 150 hats. 7 days no call no info. When I call to see where my order is, She blames it on Richardson hats. GO ELSEWHERE.
