Lowes was a nightmare and I gave up and cancelled my order. Life Rocks came to the rescue. The price was below Lowes and for just a few dollars more I added a waterfall effect at the end of my countertop. That small addition ( Karen talked me into it ) took my kitchen from really nice to absolutely awesome. Oh.... it was installed in two weeks. Lowes had me scheduled for two months.

I live in Indiana, LifeRocks was referred to me by someone. I called and spoke to Kirby mid July...decided to drive an hour to see what they had and choose a countertop that would go with my existing counters. I was looking for a piece for my kitchen island... when I got there I talked to Rob and picked out a piece and a backup in case there wasnt enough on the first piece to fit. Rob took my information and said he would give it to Kirby and they would give me am estimate in a few days or so. Two weeks later I was in the area and stopped in, hadnt heard anything from then at that point. Spoke with Rob again he said he would work it up later that day or the next day. As of today I still havent heard from them numerous calls, messages and nothing...very disappointed in this company.

Kirby and his team have been the light in a dark, dark tunnel. We are building a house which is now going on 3 years in the making and has been a terrible experience. Working with Kirby and his team has been one of the only pleasurable parts of building this house. Not only do they do great work, but they are organized and actually show up when they say they will. Kirby, Cody and all the guys at Life Rocks are superb! From our initial contact to the final granite slab being installed, I felt like I was their #1 customer. Things came up on my end that delayed the installation. Kirby arrived with the granite and the first thing he did was check that the cabinets were level. With his due diligence the granite was installed properly on a good foundation the next day. I know time is money in this business, but he was calm, took great care and was very professional. Then, my plumber could not be there to put the faucet in place so the guys did that for me too! The granite seams are flawless (there are only 3). Patterns in the granite were matched expertly! My new kitchen required 3 slabs of granite and is absolutely beautiful! I could not be happier with this experience. Thanks again guys!!

Overall we had a solid experience with these guys...Beautiful counter tops at very reasonable prices, and installed just the way we wanted them. Also, the whole crew is super friendly and easy to work with and talk to - I really trusted them to help us out and make everything perfect for us.My only legitimate feedback is that early on in the process the guys were hard to get a hold of, and I had to call multiple times to get them to respond and come out to the house for a quote. Not a big deal, but if I were in more of a hurry to make my changes happen it might have been more of an issue.

I can’t say enough great things about Kirby and Life Rocks! From the quote to installation, everything went smoothly, and the end result is gorgeous! Kirby gave us a very aggressive timeline for installation, and he installed our countertops even earlier than promised. Excellent customer service! Its nice to see a business stand behind their products and offer fast and honest customer service. I ordered a sink from Life Rocks, not a huge purchase compared to new counter-tops... but these guys treated me like their best customer. And, when the sink came in damaged (something totally beyond their control), they went out of their way to get me a fast replacement. I would definitely do business with them again.

The staff here at Life Rocks went above and beyond my expectations with the entire process from planning to installation. They helped me find the color I wanted within my price range. What made them stand out far beyond any other company was the time frame from picking out the type of countertop you want to the time of installation. Life Rocks is a small, newer company than some of the others in the Cinci area, but I chose them to remove existing granite countertops and fabricate and install quartzite countertops and sink after getting estimates from a few companies and visiting each of them. I dropped in to the Life Rocks shop one day and just got a good feeling about them so hired them for the job.My countertops are beautiful as is the sink, and Kirby and Eric did an outstanding job on the fabrication and install. Since the material was quartzite, Kirby offered me the opportunity to come down to the shop so we could lay out the template on the slab.The entire process from initial contact until install was a month, though it probably would have been faster had it not taken me quite a while to decide on the slab.They didnt get started early in the mornings but that worked great for me, and communication was good.They are very meticulous and really care about their work. For example, there was a piece of backsplash that was just a little off which made them unhappy so a new one was cut and brought back the next day. The second one looked fine to me, but Kirby still wasnt happy but he was able to flip it, polish the side that was supposed to be down and then it looked perfect. Thats when I realized that Kirby sees the material differently from some because he is truly an artist.Both guys are very friendly, easy to get along with, and I definitely would hire them again.
