The entire team at Granite America was so easy and wonderful to work with throughout the process. Communication was quick and there was very little gray area or wondering where we stood in the process. Installation was fast, and our quartz countertops turned out gorgeous! Exactly what we were looking for in our remodeled kitchen. The gentleman who completed the installation even took the time to walk us through the proper care of the counters to ensure we can enjoy them as long as possible.

Kitchen remodels are never easy and that makes customers anxious. Sindhu at Granite America went above and beyond to make our kitchen remodel perfect. After visiting over 15 slab warehouses, our perfect slab was at Granite America. We needed 2.5 slabs and only one was at the Cincinnati location. Sindhu found the additional slabs at different locations, ensured they were from the same lot, and send me pictures to make sure I was satisfied. Once the slabs went to the fabricator, Sindhu made a suggestion to CHANGE the layout of the slabs so that we got crystals on the most visual part of our counter. As customers, we did not even think of that. I cant say enough about the customer service of Granite America. Look at this kitchen!

I shopped all over Cincinnati looking for a Granite slab with a unique design to it. Granite America was the only place with anything like I was looking for. Sindhu patiently walked me through the design process and laying out of the templet on the slab I selected. Due to a partial load bearing wall right where I wanted the island the counter needed a particular cut. They came out and used a laser measurement system and the final product was amazing. A week and a half later I had my counters! I get comments on how different it looks and the movement of the granite through the island.

Granite America has amazing selection of stones and they are great to work with. We selected Black Forest for our kitchen and it is amazing. We worked with Alia and she brought the stone from other location so we can look at it and decide together on best layout before cutting the stone. We checked other places and we decided on Granite America because of the selection, ability to look at so many slabs before choosing the right one and the great price. We will be back for countertops for the bathroom.

We had a great experience with Granite America in Cincinnati. We worked with both Holly and Deepa. Both have great communication and are extremely helpful. We ran into a slight issue with a remnant piece of granite we picked, but Deepa worked very quickly to find a solution and the end result could not have been better. We love our new countertop in our basement and will be going back to Granite America for any future countertop/vanity needs.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I first contacted granite America back in March 2021 and read all of the reviews and I saw on their website they can make installation fast and as you need for your timeline. Needless to say I made my initial deposit on March 31st, I was told 7-10 days for install after the countertops get measured, sounded great to me. The countertops were measured on April 8th and I was told I would get an email to confirm the measurements and move forward from them, 10 whole business days later my wife calls wondering what’s going on and only after that we finally got that email. GA didn’t even start the countertops until we had to call back, so that pushed us back a whole week on top of the 2 whole weeks we’ve already wasted. We finally get on the schedule for Thursday the 29th of April a full month later and the 29th rolls around and I take off of work just to receive another email saying they can get their truck today and can’t even guarantee we’ll be on the schedule for the 30th. We’re totally renovating our kitchen and trying to plan other contractors around this granite install which seems like is never going to happen at this point. Our whole kitchen is in pieces and we have no sink just waiting and waiting on granite America to decide they want to install our countertops. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased granite countertops for my kitchen from here. Excellenct experience. Kept informed throughout the procesi ordered the deeper sink with it the installers were fast. It took two days for the installation to be complete. The first install occurred Thursday before the holiday weekend. I emailed them to see when The would return. They worked around our schedule and came back as promised to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks for a great doing a great job. We did remove the old laminate countertops ourselves. I am not sure if they do that part and understandably so as we tore some of the paint off the walls in one area.

I really feel like we got the biggest bang for our budget. Also, we met the owner. I dont remember her name but she was really nice as well. Its just a really friendly environment where the employees and owner genuinely care about your experience there. Aliah helped us quickly find the piece we wanted for our BIG island and then she helped us find the perfect co-ordinating granite for the counter tops. They were not the same granite but WOW they look great together! She also helped us find other granites for our vanities. We are doing major remodeling on our new home (47 years old), and after dealing with the likes of Home Depot (dont *ever* use them for any major remodels) who failed us spectacularly, we were desperate to find someone to install granite on our kitchen in a timely manner. I found Granite America with an abundance of excellent reviews so I contacted them. Their promise was to have granite installed one week after measurements. We visited their storefront and found a stone we liked and scheduled measurements. The individual completing measurements was professional and patient (we had other contractors there at the same time and it was quite crowded!). Exactly 1 week later our granite was installed by a crew that were clearly experts. They were professional and efficient. The fit was perfect and it looks absolutely fantastic. The entire process of selecting, measuring and installing could not have gone better. This was the one bright spot in our whole remodel experience. Like staying in a 5 star hotel type of service, but for countertops! We scheduled an in person consultation through their website. Upon arriving we weren’t sure what to expect. We worked closest with Alia and Deepa, who asked about our dream project and what we envision for the end result. The designers were more than helpful, asking us all of the right questions so we got it exactly right. They’ll walk you around the building showing you everything they have to offer. What is different about Granite America when compared to other companies is that you pick out the EXACT slab that’s going into your space. You can even pick out how the slab is cut and where each piece goes (so if there’s a darker corner you want in your coffee corner, they can do it!!). All in all, we cannot say enough great things about Granite America!!! We had plenty of questions along the way and each time we called back, the reps were very nice and helpful. Every single person we worked with at Granite America, from the designers/sales reps, the measurer, the installers...we loved EVERY single person and formed great relationships along the way. And as the cherry on top, the price is VERY reasonable. I had a pretty good experience with Granite America. But in the end was sorry I did not go with a little more expensive option. I think the outcome would have been better. One slab of granite had to be replaced. And there were clearly different techniques used. The bottom line is they have good installers and not so good installers. So, the good installers knew how to make seams less conspicuous. While the less experienced installers did not know the same technique. There is one seam out of four that is pretty botched. Unfortunately, even though they tried to fix it, it is still more obvious than the others. When I see it I am reminded that I am disappointed I did not go with the higher priced option.

Our granite was installed this week and we love it! The slab we chose was difficult to place in our U shaped kitchen, but Sindhu has a great eye! Granite America was so easy to work with! we have a medium size kitchen in a house that’s over 100 yrs old, we also added cabinets to a wall next to fridge & the cabinets we went with needed to be ordered- delayed the project 3 weeks but Granite America was very patient and understanding. Demo & installation went well and they were even able to cut & round a backsplash edge for me & round a corner (we widened a walkway to kitchen at the last min). So they brought tools along for all those unexpected things that come up. Plumber they sent out was professional and i used him again for couple things not related to counter/faucet. Highly recommend a visit out to see their huge selection & meet their wonderful employees!!!

My granite is BEAUTIFUL !! Granite America did a great job !!! Every person from the sales room to the installation was professional and friendly. I chose the lowest priced granite, but it looks like I have the most expensive. It turned out better then I imagined. Thank you Granite America.

Using Granite America for my kitchen countertops was an A+++++ experience. From the minute we walked in the door, we worked with a very knowledgeable person who was very in tune with what we were looking for. She was very patient and helpful in showing us all kinds of granite and quartz in line with our design and budget. After we selected one, I didn’t even want to go anywhere else and look. She explained what the process would be and it went exactly as she said it would. The measuring and installation could not have gone better either. They were so careful bringing it into the house and laid it down with care. End result is that it is absolutely beautiful and everything I could ever want. I highly recommend this company and the people that work there.

I was fervently searching for the perfect countertops from one granite yard to the next and couldn’t find what I loved (let alone in my price range). Then I stumbled upon Granite America and was so pleased with their selection. I found the perfect quartzite slabs that I used for my kitchen and their remnants for 3 of our bathrooms.We are now doing a house flip and I didn’t think twice about using Granite America again. The customer service is top notch and so friendly! I highly recommend them if you want to handpick the right slab with great customer service at very competitive rates!

They did my kitchen, baths and 2 bars. Many breaks and chips occurred during installation. They said nothing. I noticed many problems after they had already been paid.

Granite America was recommended by our general contractor & we were extremely happy in working with them. The sales staff was responsive, friendly & really focused on our satisfaction. They came out and re-measured when we made some slight tweaks to the cabinet arrangement and then worked with us on some last-minute changes to the layout to ensure each piece had the right “flow”. The install team was professional, answered our questions, and addressed one minor issue (slightly chipped corner) right there onsite. Highly recommend them and will gladly use with them again.

Sindhu is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our granite even when we ran into a measuring issue- she made sure it was fixed in no time! We are so happy with our granite and will recommend Granite America to everyone we know.
