We were extremely pleased with our whole Modern Office Experience. Nick Young contacted us to review our options as our old contract was expiring. He helped us find the right copier to meet our needs and save us a lot of money. We are a non-profit so this matters! Delivery, set-up and training were also awesome, as are the interactions to order supplies or get assistance from the IT department.

MOM has been serving The Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Alzheimers Association for over 15 years. And, I look forward to another 15 years. I am very happy with the equipment we purchased from them. Their service staff are top notch and prompt. MOM stood with us with special contracting when our offices closed for Covid-19.

Always a great help in fixing our printer problems in a timely manner. Technicians are knowledgeable and give great pointers and advice for keeping our equipment up and running.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation of Modern Office Methods, and specifically Kiley Herrmann for her efforts over the years to the Goshen Local School District. She has always done quality work for our District and her customer service is second to none. While I am sure we are a smaller account for MOM, she makes me feel as important as any business in the area. We have had a great working relationship for many years, and I consider them as a member of our community for all they do for the students in the District.Kiley and the MOM team do the extra things that make a big difference for our District. This year, for example, we had to lease a modular to add additional classroom space for one of our elementary buildings. I called her to add a new printer for this space. She quickly set up a time to meet and get his ordered, but went above the request to review the printers throughout the District to see if we had any other needs. She then made sure the printer was installed and connected to the network for our teachers and staff in the building in a timely manner. Working with MOM has been a total disaster. I cannot wait for the lease on this terrible copier to expire so that I can replace it. I have been in my position for two months and began complaining the week I started. The sales team has not resolved my problems. It would be nice if I felt like someone cared. They dont.

MOM was able to resolve all my printing issues and get my office up to date with the latest technology. I love my new Ricoh copiers!!
