Loved this cookie store in the Eastgate mall until Covid and the employees and owner not wearing masks and gloves and the hair wasn’t up away from the cookies I would give this place a five stars but know I give it two stars

Walked up to get a cookie and the woman making the cookies wasnt even wearing a mask. Walked by 15 minutes later and no change. Obviously didnt buy anything.

The dark haired girl never wears a mask or gloves while shes baking or decorating! She bends down into tray while decorating and touches every single one! Her hair hangs down in her face as well. The manager idoes the exact same thing. No gloves or mask. If you have to wear mask to into the mall then you definitely need one to be around food. She turns her back to put on as if that helps. I will never buy there. Shes already touched everyone for freshness.

Great cookies. Cookie cakes are their speciality. Located inside the eastgate mall main area. Nice employees.

OMG! Didn’t even realize the store attendant had no mask or gloves. Everything looked so good I was distracted. Hopefully we’ll be okay!

Stood in line to get a pretzel watching the woman handling the cookies for display no mask or gloves. I looked over to the girl decorating no mask no gloves, leaning over decorating cookies within 6 inches of cookies with hair dangling over cookies. How disgusting, lack of food safety and covid protocols and complete disregard for the customers safety. Shame they still in business.

Been past there twice and the person preparing the cookies is not wearing a mask! Won’t be buying any cookies there! WEAR A MASK!

They did a wonderful job on my fiancée cookie. Great customer service with a smile. They were able to accommodate on short notice with a fresh cookie. I’ll be coming back for many more!!

Bought a half dozen of assorted cookies for mothers day. The tasted days old, like they had been sitting on the counter for a week. You can get better tasting (and cheaper) cookies at any supermarket.

Love the cookie cakes but I got an icy there and its just chunks of ice with a little bit of cheap flavoring in it and it wasnt like they were busy I was the only person in line and it wasnt cheap so stay with the cookies

Rude employees and awful cookies. I asked for a cup of coffee. They said well we have to make some. I said ok how long will that take? Her response... “well, however long it takes to brew a pot of coffee!” I walked away. No wonder they have no buisness.

We order a cookie cake from here for every birthday or special event. We ordered a 16” this time and it was hard as a rock. We were very disappointed because it was a waste of money due to the fact that nobody ate it.

Best cookies around, ask for cream filled, diabetes on a plate

Awful Customer service. Not very accommodating. Not friendly and Charged extra for an empty cup and spoon??? Who does that..
