Pretty good for a quick stop for ice cream. Took my kids here cause they were complaining. Problem solved! Everyone was quiet afterwards. Quality not the best. But very convenient.

Overall customer service is good but tonight I saw an employee grabbing donuts with her bare hands. At first I thought maybe she was removing the old ones but NO! They were the ones being put out for the next day because soon theyre closing 🤦🏾 gross...

Some of the grumpiest people behind a counter that I’ve run into in a long time. But.....Best ice cream. Love this place SO MUCH. I was happy to have their Peppermint Chocolate Chip in milk shake form. I did my usual extra special touches and ask that it be made with chocolate milk instead of plain and that they please add chocolate syrup. That’s right, I had a Chocolate Peppermint Shake and it was perfect. The seasonal flavors were on sale - $2.99 for a large. I shared it with my son and we both had full bellies at the end of it. Perfect!I’ll always make a stop at any other their locations for my ice cream fix !

Only one guy here is customer service oriented. The rest are rude; always on their cell phones and don’t even do their jobs. Every single last one of the coffee dispensers were empty today... besides the decaf. And when I told them, all they said was “K” . Lol. Wow.

Wanted to get ice cream for the girls after going to Daniel Drake Park and did not have a good experience at this UDF. Although Ice Cream was what I expected, the store was very dirty, there was only one employee running the store, there was no hand sanitizer available, ended up paying almost $15 for 3 cones.Next time will drive to Graeter’s and have ice cream there.

The manager tried to publicly embaress me when I had money and buy gas my wife asked me to hold stuff for her j didnt have enough room in my hands to grab what she had so I put a single thing in my pocket, she instantly started making me look broke and disrespected me in front of everyone in the store I was going buy it all even the one thing hanging out of my pocket then she told me to never come back wouldnt let me buy my things was rude to me the whole time though, terrible service I would suggest never going there unless your buyingngas with a card and not entering the store

Terrible. No public restroom or even one for customers. The pumps are crazy slow. Avoid.

FYI- Just to let you know if it matters to you that (although the sign says otherwise) this location serves people who are not wearing a mask. There was a person not wearing a mask in front of me in line and Jeff (the clerk) checked her out and didn’t say a word about not wearing a mask.

Wonder after so many poor reviews for so long the management hasnt done anything to resolve the issues, for instance the restroom issue. I work 1 minutes away from this place and never going back to it again, its a big loss for the business, I hope the owner does something about its service and customer satisfaction. The employee dont care as long as they are making their hourly. It seems the employees want less customers after all to make there job easier.

Gas pumps wont read credit cards. Been broke for weeks now. Terrible store, just keep driving

When you tell clerk thank you and she says in huh thats rude. I didnt piss You off the guy before Me did. He was old and white you knew you couldnt be rude to Him. But I was polite and your nasty to Me. The Brown skin young lady with no name tag on and the older tall Lady needs to retire She isnt there anyway.

Employees not wearing masks over nose and mouth

No public restrooms. Overpriced diesel fuel compared to local competition. Gatorade is on the shelf at room temperature, not in the fridge where it belongs when you need a cold drink on a hot day. I am normally a UDF fan but this one gets two stars.

As someone who was traveling and needed to use a phone to make a quick call, I was denied this when I asked the clerk if I could use the store phone to make a quick call. She said this is not allowed. I also noticed that in spite of the large store, there is no public restroom. Im sure theres a restroom for employees but customers arent allowed to use it.This store is too busy to be this inhospitable and thats what it is. Ill never go back. I think a bigger and better convenience store/gas station, like QuikTrip, should come in town and drive UDF out of business with their (QTs) hospitality -- and they would if they came in town.

Rudest two ladies working Ive ever met. its January 2nd 2018 230pm. I stopped off the highway to let my two year old use the bathroom and they refused to let her use the restroom. Not only did she per her pants but the way they said it showed how disgusting of a person they was. happy New Year

This UDF is near my office. I stop here often. The associates here always are ready with a smile. And if they think I might be interested in a special (based on my purchase- Im certain) they let me know.

Shannon who works at night was beyond rude. I went to buy gas with a 100 dollar bill asking for 40 for my tank. First she say sorry cant take 100s. I pause and look around then tell her there is no sign. So her story changes to well we can but you will have to take change. I said ok so 45 one dollar bills with three five dollars bills later I go and pump my gas. I go back in to get change from the pump and as I step up to the counter she says What. I tell her I need change well ignoring the sub human service. She opens her till funny how it had tens and twenty. What is wrong with people. Smile be friendly and grit your teeth when you dont like someone. Be Professional. I pity the fact that Shannon has not had proper training at this gas station and I shake my head at you udf unless you want your customer service to horrible I suggest you look into actually training for employees.

Its always dirty. Employees always talking about customers. Wont even refund you money when their air pump is broken.

Have never had a good experience here. Staff is rude, not helpful and always look inconvenienced by customers.

Coffee area is ALWAYS Dirty and not just a little bit. please fix it. I hate going other places when this location is right by my house.. O and parking is horrible😑

This is a top 2 DF. They often have 2 for 2 Diet Sunkists and nearly always have gallons of grade A water!

A service station like that should have a public restroom, or at least allow the public to use theirs. (I know they have to have one for employees!) My 7 year old son had to go insanely bad, was refused. He went around the corner of the building and peed on the side. He couldnt wait any longer and is WAY too old for the peeing the pants BS.

A few years ago I had car trouble and I stopped inside. Asked if I could use the restroom and the clerk said No, you certainly may not. :D No sign was posted at the time. Just cartoonishly rude like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Corporate seems to have done nothing after all these years according to the other reviews.

Customer service and communication skills are at an all time high at this location. Avoid if at all possible.
