Its a unusual gas station because it is well managed. There is not trash all over the lot. The employees dont have attitudes and dont let people cut in line. The store maintains their stock. The other store down the road that I was going to was out of something that I wanted half of the time. And I feel safe there as well. They deserve my business and I give them what they deserve.

Was here today… cashier checked his phone while checking me out. He slid my stuff across the counter… when I said thank you he said yup… good job Thornton’s

The pumps refuse to let you use credit unless you sign up for the rewards program and they only have one person working register all day. Do not come here for convenience or in a hurry.

Seemed fairly clean. Line was too long so I didnt buy anything but gas.

They need to repair there cold drink area, the flavor shots either dont work or are miss labeled.

Had a steak and cheese burrito which was pretty darn good .And the gals working the registers are friendly and fast.

Months after previous review, and not much has changed. No paper towels, no squeegees, but you still promise them by having them installed by fuel dispensers. Gas prices are always a few cents cheaper when at LCNB next door I usually fill up here. I just get gas and never go inside.

While I haven’t had any issues with the employees and they try to keep up with cleaning up the litter, the windshield cleaner bins have no windshield cleaner fluid in them, just garbage. Not sure where the squeegees are either...

Thornton should be ashamed of themselves with the state of the parking lot after the snow. 2 days later and its still snow covered with snow and ice. Yall make way to much money to be so lazy.

Co workers are respect and get job done

Dropped my wallet on May 1, 2019. Called and asked the cashier if someone turned it in. No one did. Asked if they would check the security footage. I have a description of my car and the pump I had used. A few minutes later the employee had informed me that I did drop it and then was able to watch a man pick it up, ask a few people and then drive off with it. Later model Jaguar, Maroon/darker red in color. Ohio tags HBJ 5207 or something close. I don’t care about the money that was in it. I just want the rest of my wallet back; call it a fee for keeping it safe for me.The staff was very polite and courteous. Thank you for your efforts!

Dortmunds is a great gas station plus its a great Pit Stop to fill you up as well they got all kinds of stuff that you can fill your tummy with and great drinks Thorntons is great gas station closest to Drake pitstop to fill you up as well they got all kinds of stuff that you can fill your tummy with and great drink just wonderful smacking candies and all kinds of goodies that you can think of it if you wanted it you can probably find it at Thorntons

It was clean and gas was cheap but the cashier, an older black woman with short brown/blonde hair cashed us out and she was SO rude. She barely said anything but every time she picked up the scanner she slammed it down and when we asked for cigarettes she huffed and puffed. Then made my boyfriend repeat himself 3 times because she wasn’t listening.

I love this hortons. I come in at least once a day. Every single employee there is awesome. VERY CLEAN STORE TOO.

Nice, clean store. The only downfall is where the line starts. Its not the store employees fault, but the customers cant figure out where to get in line. It is set up to be just 1 line, it starts by the beer coolers. Not the best place to have a line start all the way over there, and a lot of people dont pay attention

They have gotten rid of many of their Frozen drink machines. Roughly half of them. So there is not nearly the selection there used to be. The parking lot often has sketchy people in it. They need to do something about getting the transient individuals out of the parking lot.

This is an aftermarket Gas Station, they buy the previous seasons Gas. You go there every week because of the there price for a gallon of gas is the cheapest in your area.Then out of the blue normally in the afternoon, they become the most expensive gas in town.That is a scam if ever I saw one.

Kids love their Frizz Freeze cheap and a good treat during hot weather. Employees are always nice and store seems to be always clean and organized.

Being white is not the correct complextion to get food service here. Never again will my family go here. When I complained I was asked to leave by management instead of the waitress being asked to correct the issue

I worked here, it was a fun place to work, and I love the people that I met.

If they could ever fill the receipt paper this would be a good gas station. Ive been there about 6 times in the past 2 months and never get a receipt, which completely defeats the purpose of paying at the pump. If I have to walk in to get my receipt, its not convenient. Now I go elsewhere for apl of my gas and quick purchases.Update 6/15/17 Just took me 20 minutes to pump gas and pay cash. Cashiers were clueless and I even watched them short the guy in front of me $1 change, not sure if done purposely or on accident. This place is a mess.

Fast & friendly cashiers. PAY INSIDE! Dont pay-at-pump as some have credit card skimmers on them.

The staff are typically kind and always keep a conversation with you and are happy to help out in any way they can although today I met a new worker who was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job and didnt even apologize to me when she made a mistake instead she rolled her eyes and had the nastiest attitude.. thus employee is a problem and needs to be removed before they loose more customers due to her behavior. I hope to not encounter her again because I never had a problem there before. Good luck.

I was soooooo loyal to UDF but Ive been converted! BEST COFFEE, best gas prices, most snacks, convenient & well lit locations, fresh foods & pastries, hot chocolate, slushies, flavored creamers, loyalty rewards programs for stuff you actually use!!! I could go on... but you should check them out yourself instead!
