Passing through the neighborhood this morning, we spied this coffeehouse, and stopped for a quick to-go order. Three minutes inside prompted a 5 star review - they were absolutely the friendliest, most gracious people! The vibe is fresh and artsy, with lots of light and comfortable seating options for those who’ve time to stay. They deliver a solid message of community and activism, with warmth and a palpable generosity of spirit. AND - the coffee itself was great! All of this was conveyed in a few moments’ time; no easy feat. Made me wish they were in MY neighborhood!

Great little coffee shop.I had the frozen dirty chai (not pictured) and my partner got a white mocha with lavender.Atmosphere is great with lots of cute plants. Employees were super friendly.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming. The space was clean and atmosphere was calm. Iced Pumpkin spice latte was delicious! We also tried the rosemary goat cheese toast and the Mediterranean pita--a delicious light lunch. We were visiting from out of town and this was such a nice stop.

What a fantastic coffee shop! Such a cool location right on the corner and really great interior design. More importantly the coffee is really good. The food menu is a little limited but its a coffee shop not a bakery and what they do have is very tasty. Dont skip out on this

Great little place and so happy to finally have a coffee shop in the neighborhood thats not Starbucks. The food options are really good too. My favorite is the banana and coconut yogurt. Plus the staff is always friendly and the little touch of walking from behind the counter to give your drink is just the cherry on top. You cant ell they really care and about customers and the community that they are in

I love it here! Their menu has a lot of options for coffee drinkers and those who dont love it as much. Their food is really delicious and fresh. Its got a great vibe and their staff is always super nice. Definitely recommend it!

Just had delicious breakfast toast at Cream and Sugar Coffeehouse. Goat cheese, honey, and super fresh micro greens - yum!. The atmosphere is colorful and artsy and inviting and the staff are friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful, peaceful, and positive space. Saw the be a good human bean joke on the windows for well over a year and decided to stop in on a literal rainy day. It is a bright, spacious, and great space to hang with a friend. When I arrived, there was a pay it forward chain which lasted for at least another 20 customers. Food and coffee was delicious, but the experience was extraordinary

This place is to die for. The baristas were super friendly, made me an incredible dirty chai with oat milk, and the space itself is bright and cozy. Can’t wait to come back here for study days when this pandemic is over.

Cute little spot with very chill vibes. I had the Rosemary Goat Cheese toast, my wife had the Mediterranean Salad and they were both delicious. We couldn’t pass up their Watermelon Cucumber Mint refreshers and you shouldn’t either - yum! Will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time having lunch at Cream and Sugar Coffeehouse and it was well worth it. I tried the Mediterranean Salad Pita, Bread Pudding and Peach and Pear Smoothie. Everything was delicious 😋. The service was excellent and the wait wasnt long. This picture doesnt do any justice on how good everything was. Im definitely going back to there.

This place was amazing! My friend I needed somewhere to study and chat and this location was perfect for that. In the front there are tables graciously spaced across from the coffee bar. The bench seating, where the table were placed, had outlets! The coffee shop wifi was quality and easy to recall as I walked back to my table to enter it into my laptop. However I do wish that the wifi was displayed on my receipt or somewhere visible for patrons. On the contrary, I like that it requires visitors to engage with staff. There is a small gravel parking lot alongside the building, but other parking is available. This was the first coffee shop Ive visited since COVID and making a decision was difficult. The staff was friendly, conversational, and patient. Loved the vibes the artwork and my entire experience. I will be revisiting for sure and bringing others along to contribute to keeping this beautiful Black business alive. As for the photo, this is one of three variations of toast with strawberry jam various seeds and peanut butter. Im a picky eater and typically do not like most of the toppings. However, I was brave and pushed forward to try something new. Lesson learned: trust the combination. The toast was amazing and a day later Im sad I didnt buy some to go 😊

Stopped in for a coffee before work and got a light roast on a recommendation from one of the workers. I have been on the hunt for a perfect coffee place in Cincinnati... and I feel like every place falls short. This is IT, people. Next time you want Starbucks, come here instead.This place is the total package. The coffee is good. The food is bomb (the goat cheese toast is so good). The menu is simple. The aesthetic is ideal: they support local artists and have some really happy plants. There is ample street parking. There is plenty of seating but it still has that intimate vibe every good coffee shop needs. The people working there are nice and chill, its really good energy. They currently have a charity box for menstruation products. This place is so ideal. To top it off, their COVID precautions felt safe enough for dine in.All to say, I look forward to going here often.

Stopped by for the first time today and I would definitely recommend! The baristas were super friendly and really helpful. Their iced coffee was delicious. I also got two of their toasts (Honey Pepper Goat Cheese and Rosemary Goat Cheese with Cranberry Couli) which were so tasty! Everything was really flavorful. Support your local coffee shops!

This is by far the best coffee shop in Cincinnati! The staff members are so welcoming and friendly. They have created such a warm and inviting environment that every time I’ve gone in there I end up chatting and laughing with other members of the community who are in line or already sitting down eating. It’s the perfect place to study/work or relax with friends! The food is AMAZING! Especially the brunch toast! This has quickly become my new regular coffee spot and I always look forward to bringing new people with me. Thanks for all the awesome work you all do!

Great space. This little corner shop is beautiful with streaming sunlight and plenty of plants the atmosphere alone makes it worth the trek. The drinks are great too! The golden milk latte is plenty spiced and the cappuccino pleased even the toughest critic. While we didnt try the brunch toasts on this visit, the flavor combination will have us coming back to taste.

Im a Xavier fan, so I have taken the bus past this corner so many times on my way to the Cintas Center. Now I have 1 more reason to take the 4 bus to Evanston. Cream + Sugar is one of the best coffee shps in Cincinnati, from great drinks to a very creative menu to wonderful customer service. Both times here have been a delight and left me looking forward to my next time back.

Cream + Sugar is a great new(ish) spot! I got an iced lavender latte with oat milk ($5) and it was delicious! The staff are efficient and friendly. The interior is stylish with enough space to hang out for a bit - it’s very close to my work so once the pandemic is over I can see myself stopping by in the afternoons to get some work done!

This coffee shop is great! I loved the decor and the soul music they were playing. Staff is friendly & very attentive. Only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is because my latte was delivered a bit slow but my parfait was quick. They did just open a few days ago. I will be returning again!

This is such a cute new offering to the neighborhood and I was really excited to try it out. The decor is inviting and the staff is welcoming. Ive been 3 times since they opened last Saturday if thats any indication of how cool this place is. So far, Ive enjoyed everything they have to offer from the Watermelon Cucumber Mint Refresher to the Mediterranean salad. The desserts from Sweet Petit are a great bonus (particularly the brownies, yum!). Cant wait to try the Brunch toast!

I just started working in Walnut Hills and I have been to Cream & Sugar every day since. They know my order already (Large Caramel Latte.) The staff is super friendly and its great coffee. Im very lucky to find this gem of a coffee house.

The customer service was awesome. They were abiding by all safety precautions. They’re #blackowned. They’re not in a gentrified neighborhood. Go support them and enjoy their ridiculously good food!
