This location is our favorite one though the Loveland Ohio location is great too! The employees really dont get any better at any other coffee shop. They are ALWAYS super attentive and start conversations. My coffee was delicious and had an adorable smiley face in a firework today!

High price point. First visit no employees told me I was in the wrong area to order. Additionally, theres no sense of urgency to fulfill orders.

Every order is made fresh, and they even have a drive thru! Quick access to 71 as well.

Exceptional Customer Service!! Let me tell you about this staff at the Red Bank BIGGBY! I have yet to have anything but an amazing experience here... they are friendly, willing to go above and beyond, accommodating, and an overall dream! On our visit yesterday a trainee made our mocktails but forgot the strawberry syrup.. I called just wanting to be sure that they haven’t changed anything as the drink had no color. I spoke with the manager Robert (who is still in high school y’all 🤯) and when I tell you he handled the concern with professionalism, empathy, and an eagerness to remedy the error that blew me away. I visited today to find he not only left my wife and I free drink coupons but a hand written note to boot! Thank you Robert, you are a super star!!!Lastly.. Okay I went here yesterday for the first time ever-- both of the workers I spoke with were super friendly, patient with me being indecisive, and had tons of suggestions for things to try. you could just tell they have fun at work and have fun making good coffee for people. anyway! I got an iced butter bear latte or something and it was so good. I drank it in an embarrassingly fast amount of time. anyway Im gonna come back every day!!!!!

I am never disappointed with Biggbys.24oz Dirty Hippie, which they call a Nitro Chai. Chai, espresso and Lavender. Yummm yummm yummm, try it!Very clean and friendly. Super quick service.

If youre in a rush, not the best place to stop by. However, if you have time it is worth the wait for the service and drinks/food.

In addition to great regular coffee, today I tried a coconut blackberry iced drink. It was delicious. Always a great coffee stop!

Being from out of state, I lived on Biggby Coffee in college and had really missed it when I moved to Ohio. I was so excited to see this location open and their coffee is just as good as I remember! Even though its a bit of a drive from my home, I come here frequently and love the exceptional customerservice they provide. Their management is top notch as well. I had an issue with my credit card on a recent visit and their owner went above and beyond to make it right. If youre looking for great coffee or a delicious breakfast on the go, check them out- you wont be disappointed.

The employees here were soooo nice! I asked them to make me something warm, sweet, and delicious because of the weather. They made me something that was AMAZING and they were all super nice people. I work at the Jackson Hewitt in the plaza, and I will definitely be back!!!!

The coffee here is delicious! They have so many different flavors to choose from, and so many options to customize them to your taste. They have delicious bagels, I tried the everything bagel, and the jalapeno cheddar bagel, both super delicious and filling! My kids love the donut holes, which come prepackaged in a large plastic cup with a lid that helps with keeping it all in one place. Love this place, and plan to become a regular!

I love the coffee & staff. They are always so sweet, and can help you find a drink you like. Location gets pretty busy sometimes but that’s because the service is worth it! They even have treats for your pup, and 2 types of hot chocolate. I love this place.

I have visited Biggby Coffee twice. Both times I ordered a Chai Latte. On the first visit, it tasted like hot, slightly sweetened milk. On my second visit, I mentioned my first visit experience, and the young lady at the counter said that they would add extra chai. My first sip tasted again like slightly sweetened milk - I was, of course, disappointed... but I became even moreso when I got 3/4 of the way through the drink and discovered that all of the chai flavoring had settled at the bottom, creating a layer of liquid that was overpoweringly and sickeningly sweet. Biggby had two chances - I shall not return.

Hmmm ive been trying very hard to become a regular at this coffee shop. I may as well roll the dice when it comes to getting my order made properly. Like most, im particular about how I like my coffee but the more variation I give them, the greater the chance that my order will not be made properly.I can come in to the store 5 days in a row and order a hot beverage, but have to ask for the hot sleeve every single time.The last time I came to place an order, they just threw my sandwich on the counter without saying whose or what it was, while they simultaneously made my latte incorrect. I paid for the order already, but was frustrated enough to just leave.

Always fast and get my order correct. Also, to my surprise they have oat and other nondairy milks! I would definitely recommend!

Theres lots of great things to say about Biggby Coffee on Red Bank! If you like drink variety, and care a lot about the quality of customer service you receive, this Biggby is my #1 pick in Cincinnati. (Fun fact: This Biggby and the one in Green Township have the same owners, so youll often see the same friendly baristas at both!) My home Biggby is in Hebron, but this has also been my go-to location to grab coffee, sit with my laptop, and do work on Saturday and Sunday mornings! Definitely recommend!

Nice place to sit and work or stare into space (only wish for: a few more comfy chairs scattered). Easy to plug in and work. Good coffee and tea too. Great, friendly staff. Easy to get in and out, plus a drive thru.

Caramel Marvel, Butter Bear, and Red Bull creme slush were PHENOMENAL!! If this place were in my hometown, it would be a daily ritual. Check them out.

Great coffee! I grabbed an iced coffee for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up & it was just what I needed. Theres plenty of seating inside & they have a drive-thru, which is fantastic for this area. I love the reusable cups and tea selection as well. Cant wait to go back!

Carmel apple cider was awesome. Carmel Marvel (I think) was also good. Super friendly staff. Cool atmosphere board games and charging stations.

Love this place! I am so glad they finally brought Biggby to Cincinnati! I’m always looking for new coffee shops and this place has a quiet but fun vibe, tons of indoor seating, and an awesome coffee selection. Owner is super friendly as well! Definitely recommend.

Great little coffee place the coffee cake muffin was amazing, was my first time in this establishment and I was greeted with a smile and the menu explained. I had an iced caramel coffee and the coffee cake muffin and it was perfect and the price wasnt bad either.

The product is great the coffee and frozen drinks are superior to many other coffee shops. I just felt that the staff was very rude and had little to no customer service training at all. We usually oder from door dash but decided to actually venture out during this pandemic as a family outing. Not only were we suprised by the staffs domineer but it really made me rethink my loyalty to this coffe shop. We live about 20 minutes away in a good neighborhood who has 2 local coffee shops. I just felt that my expectations were highly let down after driving 20 minutes instead of just a few blocks away. If the staff would be as high quality as the product this place would definitely be awesome, but for now its lacking the customer attention needed to create a loyal clientele

The masks given to the RBRd employees are adorable!

This is a great place to study or work. They have a few milk alternatives and good tasting coffee. It was not what I first expected!

You cant deny the attentiveness to detail. This Coffee shop really delivers a great product. Even at 6:30am, I stopped by on my way to work. And I recommend this local establishment to all Coffee drinkers who can appreciate a good cup first thing in the morning. So Hyde Park, Oakley, and Madisonville take my advice and stop by Biggby Coffee when you drive down Red bank Expressway.

This place is not afraid to experiment with flavors and serve sweet drinks. Probably not the place for someone looking for classic and refined espresso drinks though.Good seating options with a couple study nooks.

A great cafe. I went when they were showcasing kids artwork so it was filled with kids but I had my school-age daughter and there were plenty of games to play. I had a medium roast coffee which was fresh at like 4 in the afternoon. My daughter had a hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin and she said they were tasty. My daughter enjoyed the time we spent there abs Im emphasizing her enjoyment because this is not up her alley but it being kid friendly adds a very small but important touch. We played Jenga and Uno and was able to talk trash with some serious talk in between. The staff was welcoming, patient, helpful and spirit lifting with their smiles. I will be back again soon.

Always clean and well staffed. The coffee is excellent and they have the best iced tea in town.

I went specifically to get a bagel sandwich, but they said that they werent serving sandwiches anymore since they were closing soon. The full menu should be served until they are actually closed. Or they should specify that some menu items are not available after a certain time.

We love Biggby coffee! We had it for the first time in Michigan. We were thrilled to find a Biggby in Cincinnati. My wife loves the Caramel Marvel and I live their Butter Bear! We also had a cinnamon roll and it was really good as well. I hope we get to come back really soon!

The staff is suspiciously nice which typically indicates a serial-killer. However, their coffee and lattes are to die for so they get 5 stars from me!I recommend trying the Moon Boot Latte and the bagle sammys are killer!
