As a first time patron I enjoyed the store. Great selection for adults, mediocre selection for kids. It was clean. The young ladies were very hospitable and because of I end up buying more than I came in for. Ill definitely be back!

Just left Rockwood Rally House for the first-- and last-- time. Great selection of sports logo wear, but the worst customer service Ive experienced in a while. Five people working, but mostly flirting with one another. Had to ask for help getting a shirt down and again to check out. Each time, I felt like I was bothering them. Since their merchandise isnt any better priced than anywhere else, I wont bother them again.

Rally House is the best store to go to for anything related to any Ohio sports team, college or professional. They have anything you can think of and get in new, hard-to-find merchandise all the time. The employees are incredibly helpful & friendly. Rally House is a MUST for anyone visiting Cincinnati!

Manager here wouldnt return a shirt that and had a receipt. Bought 2 one for me and one for my girlfriend hers was too small. I think personally its overpriced especially not worth dealing with a manager that wouldnt honor policy when it was written on the counter in front of her!

Its over the top in the best way possible! My son absolutely HAD to have a specific Joe Burrow jersey.. thought this would be an easy task in Cincinnati... NOPE! Honestly, there was not much of to choose from in other stores. Then we arrived at Rally House and there it was....#9....😁Im sure you will find something from your favorite team.... college or pro. If not, you didnt do it right!!

Staff werent super helpful but the selection was great!

Right now I have been waiting for this store to open. Hours posted on the door and online state that their open. No trace of any employees and door is locked! Several customers have waited and left. This is really sad! 😡

Working with Rally House to get shirts was amazing. The customer service was on point and we were able to get all our shirts in a short amount of time for our event! Highly recommend!

Cheeper than what u can find at the stadium, and we were able to find what my friend wanted. I say it was a pleasant experience.

TL:DR Its just another fast food joint, unhealthy, tasty, and cheap.Overall the food was moderately good and relied on a lot of unhealthy additives, such as salt and butter, in order to make it appealing. The menu lacks diverse healthy alternatives, such as a salad or low calorie foods, and is a couple of servings away from a heart attack. However, knowing this information-the food is still good and the price is still fair. The area around is moderately clean and appears to be somewhat kept up. Employees are courteous and polite, however they appear to get annoyed if you ask for something beyond what they have given you. For example, if you didnt receive a straw or you want extra condiments-suddenly their demeanor changes into one that is not patient and is very burdened. However if you dont ask for something extra then youll never notice this and all will be well. The drive through is designed so once you are in it is hard to get out, primarily because there is not a lane designated to help you bail. With this in mind, be sure you know what you want and if you really want it before you get trapped in the line.

Love this store, but if it is a “local” place to purchase items why is there a Steelers display on the main table right inside the door, and why is their a Steelers display period?

The new location is so jam packed that its pretty difficult to get around. Good selection of gear, just wish there was more room.

Lots of stuff over priced

Very jampacked, lots of merchandise from various teams with the exception of FC Cincinnati gear, very small section compared to other teams. I had to hunt down a salesperson about additional gear and did not receive any assistance with locating merchandise at other stores or online. Overall disappointing first experience at this store.

Tried to do an even exchange without a receipt due to the purchaser being out of town. They didnt have the size I needed and would not let me exchange it for anything else without taking a 30% restocking fee even though I wanted to buy something more expensive

I will never give them my money again.I went in to make a return from an online order that I picked up on the 11/5 went in today 11/8, and they would not return 1/3 items and said I put it through the laundry said it smelled laundered and it somehow still had the tags on it. Glad Trish the manager thought I did laundry over the weekend. They lost my business and others
