The go-to shop for all my tennis needs! Speaking as a 3.5-4 skill player, but starting at 2.5, they are great for any skill level. Very friendly staff, excellent selection, and great prices all the way through. From buying my first racquet there 8 years ago, to getting an upgrade this year, they continue to be the best! Highly recommend for anyone, even out of state and looking to purchase online.

They have a good selection of tennis gear but thats where the good experience ends. I will not complain about shipping taking longer than 2 days during Covid because thats to be expected. My complaint is about their returns (labels/shipping via USPS). When you have items to return the website says to print off a label and take to USPS for drop off. However, USPS states their labels only cover a box weight to 5 lbs. On the post office clerks advice, I had to give them the box but she told me it would wait at their local USPS for pick up after notification they need to pay more postage. This is a PAIN. I contacted customer service but their office staff dont bother to read the details and come back with a completely different answer to your problem. 10 emails it took for them to understand what is happening. I just dont have that kind of time and THAT is nothing to do with Covid19. 13 days later and I have now got a UPS label from them for the next return plus my other return is still awaiting their pick up/refund process. So Im out of pocket this whole time of approx $500. Stick to Tennis Warehouse who make this whole situation seamless and easy.

We bought a pair of tennis shoes from tennis-point because the prices were better. We live in Canada and you have to pay shipping plus another fee as much as the shipping when the shoes arrive that is not previously included in the order. That way they lose the price advantage so don’t buy if it’s JUST cheaperIt was a good pair of shoes apart from that

I called to edit an order and to see if they could possibly partially ship my order. Tennis-Points customer service representative, Parish, was very accommodating and got everything sorted out in no time for me.

This on line tennis store used to be a good place to buy tennis clothes and shoes for my wife. We have spent a LOT of money at this store the past year. The pandemic really hurt their service and their 2 day shipping with a minimum $75.00 purchase turned into 4-5 days or more.We had our first return recently for an outfit that didnt fit right. It was $130.00. The package was tracked by us and received by them 7 days later. They claimed they hadnt received it and finally they acknowledged getting the item a total of 10 days later even though they signed for it many days earlier!.. Then they said it will take another 5-7 days to process the refund.I contacted customer service by email to tell them this is unacceptable service and we wont be back. They never replied. They obviously dont care. Were done with them.Other on line businesses like their are offering far better service.

Recently made an online order and wow service was so fast. Racquet ordered, strung, and shipped within 5 hours. When I called about my demo rebate the service was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Im extremely satisfied.

This is the update version of my review: The price is good (lower than the other online stores) and the tennis shoes we bought are of high quality. Buying shoes online is tricky because they dont always fit. Return process with Midwest is very easy because they sent me return labels (I can also print the label online). The only thing that needs to be improved is that it took me a while to get the full refund back for the items I returned. I contacted the customer service several times and eventually I did get my full refund.

Dont buy from here. Terrible customer support. Terrible order experience. Terrible shipping experience.I placed an order for sports court paint on Monday April 19th, 2021. I had hopes to start painting my pickleball/basketball court the following weekend but knew that might be tight - definitely by the weekend after. I received an order confirmation on the 19th. Thursday, April 22nd I had not received any info on shipping and wrote their support email asking for tracking. Nobody responded. On Monday April 26th still with no email response I called them. The support person then tells me the order got caught up in the backend and they would have to replace the order. He said I should expect it by the end of the week. Again, no shipping or tracking info came to me. So on Monday May 3rd I called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me the order was never placed again and he would have to do it over the phone and needed my credit card again. So at 2 weeks in I am starting over from scratch. 2 days later I finally get a tracking number with their shipping provider, Duie Pyle. The tracking info started May 5th and then never updated again. I tried talking to Midwest on May 19th - telling them I still hadnt received my order. They did not respond. Silence. On 5/21 it finally hit the tracking radar after 2.5 weeks in the dark. I received the order yesterday 5/25. In summary, it took 5 weeks to get my online order with Midwest Sports customer service either ghosted or even sometimes lying. I lost 5 weeks of use from my sports court due to doing business online with this company.

I ordered the new Babolat areo drive online, but never got an email receipt from the seller.They claim 2 business days days shipping but its been more than 6 business days and still no emails of my order yet. I tried to call customer service twice for a reimbursement but I was put on hold for more than 30 min twice and was never able to talk to someone.Not even sure if I will get my refund back. The seller is not responding. Theres basically no customer service there. I can tell you that I will never order again from them again.Update: The seller reimbursed me and reached out by email. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.... Overall, service is slow / but youll get your stuff at the end of the day.

Looked all over the internet (Amazon, Ebay, Nike, etc.) for some Nike Air Zoom Vapor X for my daughter and Midwest Sports was the only one to have them in the size and colorway I needed. Truthfully, I was a little skeptical ordering from them as Id never heard of them before, but I placed the order anyway. To my great surprise and relief I received the shoes two days later and my daughter was thrilled with them! I have been playing pickleball for a few months. During this time I have simply used my normal walking shoes (Hoka One One Graviota 2) to play as opposed to true court shoes. It turns out this was a miscalculation on my part, as my foot recently busted through the shoe ruining it.With that in mind I went to Midwest Sports to purchase some court shoes. They didnt disappoint! Plenty of selection and staff I felt were knowledgable. I found a pair of court shoes that I really like, and I am already playing better due to them.(covid-19 update) While Midwest Sports does have in store shopping as of July 2020, all staff and customers were wearing masks the two times I was there.Because of good product selection and good staff, I extend to Midwest Sports the celebrated 5 star review. Had a pleasant shopping experience here today. The staff (Dejuan, Chico) were very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable.

So not happy with this company in USA. I didnt get notification that my 2 items would be delayed 7-10 days as they had to be ordered from the manufacturer.... yeah whatever!! Then I get charged for the delivery in the USA when I spent over the required amount for free delivery, they then go to tell me that that is for ground delivery... what do you call a truck driving on a road? AIR?? I did get the refund but the email sounded like they were doing me a favour... no you corrected the error. Now that the 2 items have been delivered to a nominated address in USA I still have to wait for that package to come to Australia when I needed it 2 weeks ago so their delay has screwed it all up. I honestly just want to send it back and get a full refund, but that may be pushing my luck.Bit of advice before buying from this website, make sure you dont need it in a hurry, wait a week for a reply to your emails and then wait longer for anything to happen. So order 6 months ahead of when you need it.Never ever again will I buy from there... NEVER.

Shoes were not new - either tried on in store or returned (laces were untied and irregularly arranged; stuffing paper on both shoes removed). Also, there was a black scuff mark on left shoe which I had to scrub with Ajax to remove. I would not recommend trusting this store.

Midwest sports had it in stock with my grip size and it was on sale! Got a great deal $140 with strings. When I called to confirm, the CS was super helpful and offered a 1st time order discount. That was Wednesday Aug 7th! I just got it at my front door and its Aug 9th with their free 2day shipping. What great service and lightening speed shipping! And now Im ordering my Wilson rush 3.0from Midwest sports.Thanks guys for the fast, courteous service and awesome racket!

I will never spend another dollar with them again. They offer 2 days shipping. Then I called the Thor day asking for the racket, they claimed was just shipped and just behind due to the stringing. Finally arrives on Friday 5 days later and guess what? Yes, the racket was unstrung. Take your hard working money and spend it with someone who takes reponsability for their mistakes

I ordered a “new” pair of shoes from Midwest Tennis Outlet and received two differing shoes. One is brand new and the other clearly has been used or returned. There two different color shades of white! And it has skuff marks on the bottom of them. 2nd issue of mine with Midwest Sports Tennis Outlet. I won’t make the mistake of using them again!

I purchased Fila Sentinel Shoes which had 6 months warranty on it.Their listing clearly stated that it had warranty on it. The shoe also showed up on their Warranty filter.But they denied the warranty claim.They did that 2 times to me. I will never shop again.Tennis Express has a better return and warranty replacement than Midwest.Avoid shopping on midwest. Instead save money, get better customer experience at Tennis Express.

Very rude people. We have a two year old and were shopping for a new tennis racquet for our 15-year old. Well our two-year old did what most two year olds do which is play with stuff at the store. Keep in mind this is not an antique store they have demo racquets and other stuff, but nothing glass or breakable by a two year old. They have shoes clothes etc. As we are shopping for this tennis racquet the two year old was doing something that bugged the store clerk. She decided to snap at me and so I immediately stopped what I was doing and got the two year old. Eventually I put him down and then he went back and did something else that bugged this store clerk. This time she snapped at my wife. My wife doesn’t like to be snapped at so she snapped back. At which point the store clerk said to my wife you need to put your kid in the car right now. She also later on said to me as she was walking away your wife needs to do ‘her job’. We took great offense to some store clerk woman telling us to do our job in parenting. The whole situation could have been handled so much better by this woman.Eventually we decided after renting their demo racquet for a week to go ahead and purchase a racquet from them DESPITE being treated so rude. I just went back to the store a week later to return the demo racquet and buy a new one. This time a younger woman (who I am pretty sure was the daughter of the original rude clerk) was the cashier up front. Nothing was said between her or I (in fact I didn’t even recognize her) until after I purchased $147 Wilson Burn racquet (overpriced btw). She then said to me after the purchase ‘btw your wife is no longer allowed in our store’. I looked at her and then remembered who she was. I was like ‘do you know what she said to my wife’. She was like ‘yea about her parenting’. At this point I went ahead and decided to return the racquet because this store seems to pride itself on being rude to customers. If you have kids by ALL means avoid this store as the rude police will most certainly nit pick at you.

When I ordered new racquet, they said it would be 2 days free shipping.They also said I would be receiving a confirmation and tracking email, but after three days I didnt receive a single email or the racquet.I emailed them to figure it out, however they didnt reply at all. Finally I called them after 5 days and they said it was shipped as regular shipping which takes 5 or 6 days.I am really disappointed their customer service. It sucks!Do not believe their advertising! The 2 days free shipping is a lie.

2 pairs of shoes worth $200 ordered on 11/25 have not yet delivered as of 12/24.Very poor customer service for lost shipment.Notified them lost shipment on 12/1, a reply received with up to 8 business days to conclude lost package investigation on 12/5, requested status update after 8 business days on 12/17, 12/18 and 12/20 and no response, waiting over one hour for chatting on 12/23 and nobody showed up, called them on 12/24 only to find out that they havent yet verified lost shipment with UPS, which is a shipper they chose. Their response is like just waiting for customer to push them or to give up the purchase. Fact is, almost zero progress in one month and no refund or re-shipment yet, despite of several requests for status update from my side. I have made a few purchases from them and had no issue until this time. But I will never buy from them again. Just hoping to get what I ordered shortly.

Awful experience and should never have switched from tennis Warehouse to Midwest for my racquets. Ordered a set of three for tournament play, two were defective (frame with a rattle) and defect with the handle cap end, and Midwest told me to send them in and wait 8 weeks+ for a decision on a store refund or return of item! what am i meant to do for 8 weeks?! Why would i want a store credit after being treated that way?! First and last time I deal with these clowns...

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Purchased a racquet through their website and paid through Amazon as that was an option. I was thinking what a great way to partner businesses.After the purchase I realized I put the incorrect shipping address. I emailed them and quickly received a response that basically said we cant change the shipping due to paying through amazon; youll have to cancel your order and make a new one.I emailed back how silly that was and if they are going to partner with another business then they should have the flexibility to make these types of corrections. I mean what would it take to print a new label or change the current label.Just some unflexible A personality issues there - they manufacture drugs to help contol those issues.At any rate I told them to go ahead and ship it to the wrong address and then I would dispute the charges and then they wouldnt have my money or the racquet.I did compliment them on their GREAT business model and fantastic customer service.Just lost another customer - but I dont think they careOBVIOUSLY
