I have been here seversl times. Staff is always friendly. You want the latest street clothes, this is the place.

The price on sign said 100.00 for set . they had a table full. when they rang it up, it said 170.00 some thing. then the supv. said only the black or gray, but only one gray top was right. so why did they have a table full. while i was still there a lady took a top from another table that said 39.00 but was 69.00 when i ask why was this he said he did not know, but he said he was the manager :-( will never shop there again

Order over $400 of merchandise a little bit after the pandemic started had been trying to contact someone about returning some items this has been a few months ago. Just now speaking to someone and I cant return my items.

Some of the customer service reps are very helpful. The return policy is fraudulent and based on how the manager feels about the return. I tried returning a hat that I never wore, with receipt and within policy guidelines, just to have the manager and some young goober act as if I was trying to defraud them out of exchanging a $40.00 hat.

Better selection on line

Told me I could not come in if I didnt have a mask meanwhile there were multiple people not wearing mask shopping in the store. Also the store looks dirty.

Worst shoe store I have been to have no shoes that I like in my size all the did was curse and yell at my mom. The employees did not speak once my son and I entered the store. He had money and questions and the employees stood around the cash register cussing loudly and talking to one another. We received assistance once I said he obviously has questions. The young lady was still too busy talking on the phone about ordering Mexican food. We left!
