A common chain among more proper malls, Williams-Sonoma is well known for two things: high quality, and accordingly high price. This location does not stay from the chain formula.Located inside the Kenwood Towne Center, almost exactly half way down one wing, it presents a lovely storefront fill of wondrous items! None of which I will ever realistically be able to afford.Ive strolled into this store plenty of times, but never actually made any purchases. Eh, still, maybe one day.Tl;dr, high quality, high price.

The staff was phenomenal. The product is on the higher end but you get what you pay for. Love my new slow cooker. The store is extremely clean and organized. Very easy to find what you are looking for. Love this store. I will be back. Thank you.

Wonderful products, although the staff (specifically management) leaves a LOT to be desired. Rude, rude, rude and unprofessional. Never been treated so badly. Kenwood Town Center location staff is awful! And dont even consider paying with cash, it is not gladly accepted.

Williams-Sonoma is one of those places that you go to, for people who loves the idea of cooking with the overpriced items that they have inside of their store. There are some things that are unique to them that makes it worth it but most of the time I just like looking at them.

Liz who does all of the coffee and espresso demonstrations is amazing. One of the best customer service people they are. Other than lives and the other people on the right side of the store I have very few good things to say. You have to go out of your way to get your attention of any of the employees. They are always mingling around the central cab service desk and very hesitant to help anybody. You have to go out of your way to get the smallest little bit of help. once you do receive help no one follows up on you and hes like a chore or a burden to have to check out. If it wasnt for Liz I would never walk in the store again.

Bought an onion chopper that lasted just under 30 days, and I was not able to get a replacement or refund even though I still had the receipt. My best onion chopper was bought from Walgreens and it lasted a few years, so being that I paid 3x as much for their version, I expected it to last me for quite some time. I am an avid cook and love quality kitchen equipment, but after this experience I will not purchase anything at all from this company.

Tracy was exceptionally helpful. Each time I have ordered a product over the phone, it has been a nightmare - total mess..taken so long and my order was always screwed up. I had ordered the cutting board weeks ago and when I called to ask where it was - Tracy could not find my order. Of course not. Tracey had some in, held it for me and while she apologized profusely - it was Tracey who took my orders but I appreciated her professionalism.

Ordered a smokeless grill and it was delivered without one of the parts. Called customer service and said that they could not send just the part and that I would have to return the whole thing. Unsatisfied with the answer I told them I would return the entire grill for a refund. They indicated that the refund would be issued within 3 to 5 business days after they received the return. Nearly 2 weeks after I had confirmation that they received the return I still had no refund. I called and they indicated that the refund had been issued 1 day ago and it would take up to a week to show in my account due to their processing time which means that it will have taken nearly 3 weeks to get a refund.Horrible customer service in providing an incomplete product and providing inaccurate / false information on the return and refund. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

Went for a Thanksgiving side dishes class, the instructor was friendly and shared tips. Everyone got a nice size serving of all she made, and the recipes were made available as well as additional ones that were discussed but not served.

Took 30 minutes to get a gift card for a wedding!! Staff is not trained. 2 workers did not know how to do it. No respect for the customer’s time. Long wait with only two customers (including me) in the store! Poior person on hold on the phone.

I went to this store to purchase a very specific Champagne KitchenAid Mixer with a Glass Bowl. Ann, a member of their team, was so helpful in ordering the exact one I wanted as it is not sold in stores. Additionally, I purchased an All-Clad Copper Slow Cooker that Ann took time out of a busy Saturday evening to show me all the feataures and tips for this product. Love this store, love the product, love the staff!

The staff is really rude every time I go to kenwood mall I make a stop at William Sonoma because I love cooking but every time I come to this location I’m ignored and watched as if I’m going to steal I’m not greeted not asked if I need help people have came in behind me and were greeted its frustrating because I love William Sonoma and would love to take cooking classes but I don’t feel welcome and it’s sad because this location is the closest to me I drive all the way the jeffersonville Location when I need something

Walked around the mall for a while and went into Williams Sonoma. No one bothered us. Go back after thinking about a gift idea and the lady was very rude. We only made it to the Harry Potter stuff that I grabbed to the knifes. She was watching us like a hawk and made the whole day a bad experience for me. She asked to put the apron I grabbed at the counter, which is fine but then rushed us to the counter. We were not able to even grab or look she just kept standing right next to us making it feel like we were stealing or something. I am a manager at a childrens place and I can just tell you this was one extremely bad customer service problem and I will not be back and they are lucky I got the Harry Potter apron.

Love shopping here, but today, the clerk with blond hair wouldnt leave us alone. We usually spend close to an hour here, picking up cool new things, but after this clerk came up to us and asked us if we needed help 4 times in 10 minutes, I looked at my husband and said, Lets go.
