I just recently switched to straight talk from total wireless and I wish I wouldnt have.

Sam at the Withamsville store was very helpful. I had called a couple times about needing a new tracfone. I ended up ordering one from tracfones website, but I didnt trust myself to activate it properly. I was glad to pay the small fee for Total Wireless to take care of it. I enjoyed a nice conversation with Sam while he activated my phone, transferred contents from my old phone, put in my sd card, added a new tracfone plan, helped me with some settings on the new phone, and answered a lot of questions! I hope I dont have any problems with the phone, but I know where to go if I do!

The sales guy helped me get the phone I really wanted without pushing a more expensive one on me and he put a cute case on as well as let me switch plain white ear buds for purple ones😆 Super friendly too!!
