Too high for my blood went somewhere else and it was cheaper and faster!!!!!

I had got my iPhone X Max fixed here I am they had not completely sealed my screen properly in a couple months Leylor the screen separated from the phone and hanging on to thin wires and when I asked him to fix it he told me I have to pay him extra 150 for repairs recommend going somewhere else

Went to location, said it opened at 11am arrived at 1115, nobody was there. Waited till 1130 for someone to arrive. Then they didnt have part I had called about the previous day and when I tried to get service done, their system kept messing up and wouldnt work. Was a complete waste of my time

My boyfriends camera glass was broken, apple wanted to charge me $550 to repair, I paid $45. Exception work for literally a fraction of the cost. Tyler did an amazing job, he was so friendly and seemed like a super cool guy. I would definitely go back to him for repairs with my screen or camera!

Called to get an estimate of replacing the back glass on my phone. Let them know I already have the part. He said we dont do that. Huh? Isnt that phone repair?They didnt mention it was because I already had a part, they just bluntly said we dont do that.

I am typically an Apple Genius person for my repairs. I decided to take a chance today on fast I repair and the experience was outstanding. No waiting in lines, my phone was repaired in about the third of the time and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have their phone repaired. .

Great and quick repair phones place!!

Called once at 10am and once at 2pm no answer. Went there next-day 1-8-19 in the evening to an empty Kiosk with nobody there....... Went to UbreakIfix down the street and phone was fixed within an hour.

I had problem with my fingerprint sensor and microphone after changing my screen with them. They did not assume it, and wanted to make me to pay for another service and product to fix it. Disappointed.. fixed one thing and got two broken.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MY PHONE! I took my iPhone 5c to the kiosk to have them repair the screen. The screen was repaired, but two days later the phone stopped working. It wouldnt turn on at all. I took it back, the guy at the counter had some major personal issues going on and was very upset about whatever was going on. He should have been sent home in my opinion. Anyway, they concluded the battery needed to be replaced. He opened my phone to remove the battery. Then he informed me that they didnt have batteries in stock and they didnt know when they would receive a new stock. I took my phone and called them often to check if the battery was in, NO ONE CALLED ME - it was a part of their warranty. So a week and a half passed, I called them back and they finally had batteries. I took my phone back. I different guy check my phone, put in a new battery but discovered the previous guy had torn my power wires and messed up the camera. He couldnt repair it there, it had to be shipped out to somewhere else. I got the number to their management/ owner, called them, they never answered or returned my call. So three weeks passed, NO ONE CALLED ME, I called to see if my phone was back, it was there. I went to pick the phone up, the guy gave me my phone. He didnt apologize for the inconvenience or anything. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I was in the mall and stopped by the kiosk. Resul was very courteous and gave me good customer service! My phone was fixed in ten minutes! I recommend everyone to come here! Great prices as well!

Two stars: one star because they did replace my cracked screen with a new one, and one star because they did it in half an hour while I conveniently walked around the mall. Not five stars because when I got my phone back the screen had a blue sheen to it, everything looks washed out, the color is completely different than it was originally. So beware, they are not using Apple certified screens and I found out the hard way why it is not good to do so. I now have to take my phone somewhere else to get it fixed again because this blue tint is really bothering me. I could have gone to it’s competitor across the street and paid the same price for a non-washed out screen

I took a Samsung S4 to have the screen replaced, after the repair the screen wasnt flat against the phone but was told it was ok and would settle. A week later the screen was still lifted a bit. The day before I was going to bring it back to get fixed, it flexed a bit and cracked from not being fully attached to the phone. They told me that there was nothing they could do. When I took it to a reputable repair shop, they told me the only thing holding the screen on was a piece of double stick tape in the middle if the screen and that it wasnt supposed to be there, instead its supposed to have adhesive around the edge of the screen, which it did not.0/10 do not ever recommend

I went in to get my moderately cracked IPhone 7. The guy didn’t tell me the screen he was going to put on wasn’t genuine. When I told him to put it back like it was he gave me back an nonfunctional phone. He seems like a nice guy but he ruined my phone and my day.

Let me start off by saying this is not hyperbole, dealing with these individuals has easily been the worst customer service experience of my life. TL;DR - these individuals are incredible bad at both their jobs and customer service. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to uBreakiFix, they are cheaper, more skilled, and, most importantly, care about their customers.Roughly a month or so ago I had them repair my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen as it was broken. This morning I noticed the screen wouldnt turn on and the screen was literally falling off the rest of the phone. I took my phone back to them, and the individual I first dealt with, who refused to give me his name (he claimed later it was Bobby), could not find me in their system. He asked me the same question when did you get this repaired with us between 5-7 times and each time I told him I dont remember my receipt is saved on my phone. I even went as far as giving him my drivers license so he could search me, found nothing. He told me I was past warranty and there was nothing he could do for me. I told him that was fine, I wanted to speak to his higher up. He told me his manager was out until Monday I would have to call back then. I told him that wasnt good enough I would like to speak to someone now. After a bit of back and forth he made a phone call, and lo and behold, his manager, who also initially refused to give me his name, was downstairs at their other kiosk the whole time. I asked him why he lied to me to which he had no answer.At this point I had no intention of ever getting my phone fixed by them, but I did want some questions answered. I asked the manager, Nayeem, how he could know if I wasnt still under warranty if he couldnt find me in their system, to which he had no answer. Nayeem was also incredibly rude and condescending, laughing and smiling while conversing with me. I still wanted answers, so I asked Nayeem to give me his bosss contact information, which he refused to give me. I said thats fine I will take your Corporate HR Directors information instead. He told me his boss and their Corporate HR Director were the same person. Little hard to believe but ok. I asked for a name so I could reach out. He finally told me this individuals name was Alex Jainj, but still would not give me any contact information. He said I could get this on their website, problem is they have no website. Finally, I see Bobby making a phone call and mall security shows up. The security guard I spoke with was very level headed and did a tremendous job of explain to me how I could file a formal complaint with the mall. I just found it funny they had no answers so resorted to calling mall security. I have been in upper management in a customer service related industry for quite some time, I know how to handle difficult situations/people. I didnt even raise my voice to Bobby and Nayeem, and they felt their best option was to call security. The last thing I asked Nayeem was, just out of curiosity as the Manager here isnt it your responsibility to make sure your customer have a good experience at your store? Not shocked when he said no.As soon as I figure out whom I need to speak with to get my questions answered I will follow up with another post. Bottom line, their horrible technical skills were only outdone by their unthinkably terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to uBreakiFix, they cheaper, more skilled, and, most importantly, care about their customers.

I had my wifes phone repaired after a drop. They were lower priced than the Apple store so we got it fixed at Fast iRepair. A year later (not a long term fix as far as I am concerned) and the screen is splitting, making the screen unresponsive near the top. I went to see if anything could be done and the guy working was very cold and said, after 30 days we cant help you. I cant reliably make phone calls with my phone now, so I cant rely on their repair. The Apple Store confirmed that it was the screen replacement that was at fault. So I dont recommend getting your phone fixed here if you want it working a year later. Its just too expensive to be only a 1 year repair. Go elsewhere.
