One of the worst customer services in the mall. Take a screen in to get fixed abs the screen falls off 2 weeks later and they tell me there is nothing they can do bc it was physical damage I take it to apple . They go yeah whoever did this screwed it up bad and shouldn’t be doing screen repairs.

Excellent work repairing my iPhone 8 broken screen while I was in the Kenwood Town Centre mall! They said they were also willing to match the prices of any competitors. I highly recommend them if you are near the mall or in Cincinnati!

These guys did a great job at repairing my iPhone 6 Plus here at the Kenwood Mall. Great place to get your phone repair here in the area. It only took about 25 minutes to go from broken and completely shattered to screen to good as new!
