2 weeks to replace a fuel pump! Towed in on Wednesday, was told it would be pulled in on Thursday. On Friday was informed the estimate wouldn’t be finished until Monday. No answer and no return call after multiple messages left on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday was told “we forgot to send the estimate!” Told it would be in on Friday and ready Monday. On Monday was told not even pulled in yet. No answer or return call Tuesday. Finally got an email that it was finished on Thursday. Took 7 hours to get the billing right because the forgot to put the fuel pump on the warranty claim. If your an independent owner, go somewhere else. Only the huge corporate accounts matter to rush these days!
Good customer care but the prices are very high
This location is terrible. The parts department never answers the phone. I ordered a new Legacy seat for one of my trucks and after repeated calls and the person answering the phone sending multiple emails wanting to know where it was atI finally gave up and decided to buy the seat somewhere else.I’m sure somehow someway it’s Covid‘s fault.
Decent prices and nice people
Had to take a truck to them had to wait for help because they were very busy look like they were short help but they could have been nicer its all good
They need a better parts service team every time I call I’m on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour a little absurd I think. I’m told my pats would be in the next day and they never are.
They fixed my truck but I thought it would be just warranty work from work diagnosed and about $10k done at Rush in Indy. So after another around $4600. spent on all new injectors (isnt that always the diagnosis?) etc., I waited for over a half hour (with a room full of others waiting) to just get an invoice. Then they made the invoice to the company I bought the truck from in Ill. I was worried about deduction for it on taxes and I have been run around the mill to just simply get the bill made to my company with no success at all. Think my next step will be Better Business Bur. Fed up. Mgt. sucks here.
Worst dealer ever. I took my time to go down to the store and put all three of my trucks in their system do when I needed parts the vins would be listed. I call wait 30 min on hold . Parts person cant find the vins waste of time. Now I buy freightliner. To help out. I just called the international dealer in richmond indiana. They answered on the third ring. No wait. Super nice and helpful.
Dropped off truck on Friday afternoon, they didn’t even run a diagnostic on it until Monday afternoon! Estimate was done at 1:30pm.This was warranty work and they were told on 3 separate occasions that it was. Asked them on Monday night when I finally got a hold of someone if the paperwork was submitted to warranty company and they said no it will be tomorrow. The estimate was done at 1:30, why would it take them until the next day to submit paperwork needed for approval??So next day called and spoke to mike, he assured me he would take care of it. Called warranty company at 3:45 on Tuesday afternoon and they still had yet to receive.. come to find out rush sent the estimate to the CEO of the warranty company instead of to the claims department! So I give them the correct email to send to and they sent an email with no attachments! I called and called, kept getting voicemail. So I drove 45 minutes to the shop at 7:30pm. The tech Kenny sent the estimate to warranty company while I was standing there, but they still need other paperwork in order to complete the claim for approval. I have to wait until the day shift comes in for that!So I have been losing approx 750-800 per day of revenue because of incompetent employees!I will not take my truck to this location again!
Great place to have your truck worked on
Love it. Robert Krazak is an awesome salesman
Shelby at the front counter is the best. She is always so helpful, friendly and most of all always greets you with a smile. They do need a second person so our wait is not so long
I have a skoolie project and the bus was limited to 55mph. They had the speed governor reflashed in the ecu in no time. The ride home was faster than that little bus has ever gone. Customer service was great too.
I wanted a factory CB antanna mount for my IHC truck. parts lady dug around on the computer till she found it. Now i got matching brackets for dual antannas.
Decent place.
Great Work, fixed all of my Trucking needs.
Nice people especially night service guy. Takes to long for service. 2.5 days to fix the doser valve on def system. I no didnt by my truck here but my money is just as green the people who did. And my down time cost just as much as theirs.
*** Someone has hacked my account***Here is the actual review.Anita in parts always takes care of my truck parts and makes sure they are delivered promptly. Shelby at the counter I have not had any real dealings with her, but I am sure we will be interacting in the future.
If paid by the hour its your number 1 go to place
Took far too long to fix a fairly simple headlight fix.
Nice lady at the counter. Quick and easy transaction. Will be using in the future.
Luv the staff🖤🖤🖤🤘🏾....and they hv veeeery nice bathrooms🤗
Rush Truck Service in Sharonville, Oh. top notch service and personnel. Ive had multiple visits to parts department and most excellent experience with Shelby Bryan. Thanks for everything.
As we all know, finding a good mechanic is becoming nearly impossible. I really cant speak for the abilities of their service department, as they didnt fix anything in the 3 days they kept my truck. We were told the truck would be looked at that day each and every day it sat there, and each and every day it stayed in the same place, until the day I arranged to have it towed to another shop.Within 15 minutes of informing Rush to not service the truck, they had a service technician call me to tell me the truck was done and being test driven. They apparently found a breaker tripped. So, not only did they NOT work on my truck when I asked them to, they DID work on it after I expressly told them to leave it alone, displaying a complete inability to follow simple requests from the customer. They also were unable to diagnose what caused the failure in the first place, showing they lack the comprehensive understanding required to service my equipment, although Im sure they are great at swapping out parts until they get to the one thats broken. All in all, I discovered two important things about Rush Truck Center. One: there are many shops less than 3 miles away that will service you quickly and professionally. Two: they think charging me $250.00 to flip a breaker after costing me 3 days of layover pay for a driver, 3 days of hotel rooms, and 3 days of lost income on the truck and trailer is, in the words of their technician, giving you a good rate for being so patientOh, the 2 star rating, well having been to service centers across the country, it seems this is just par for the course anymore. They build trucks that break down often due to the systems needed to meet the regulations, shops are unable to keep up with the demand of customers needing service, and therefore can do pretty much anything they want, as they know I cant fix it from almost 700 miles away. They got an extra star for being just as bad as every other International shop out there.
The best place to get your bus or truck back on the road. Parts or service
I was recommended to go there for Ford Parts. It was a waste of time ford was last on their list.
Went to pick up truck after advised it was ready. Check Engine Light lit back up as soon as i went to leave. They had to put in back in shop and add another new part. They were apologetic.
Arrived at 9:00am to get a seat belt installed in my 05 International. Long story short i had to bring them out on multiple occasions to repair it correctly and was not able to leave until 3:00pm. Lost basically a whole day worth of work waiting to have a seat belt installed. Would not recommend this place.
I ordered parts after 3 weeks of waiting went to pick up parts and I believe her name was shelby told me my parts had been there 3 weeks and continued with an attitude that they send parts back after 7 days I called every other day asking if my parts was in and was always told no. She finally locates my parts and informed me 3 parts still havent shown up yet but she give me the 3rd degree that I left parts there when technically all the parts havent shown up. After my experience I will find somewhere else to get my parts explained to her why they were sitting there so long never one apology for her attitude or explanation of why all my parts didnt show up or why I was given the runaround for so long. Definitely not good customer service.
We are a trucking company based out of St. Louis, MO. One of my trucks was stuck on the side of the highway due to a busted coolant hose. I (operations manager) called and spoke with Kyle (service manager) and explained to him our situation. Kyle was very helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure our truck was fixed in time to pickup our scheduled load. Everything that was said / promised to us happened and our once stressful situation was resolved with Rush great technicians and Kyle hard work. Thanks again Kyle, were glad to have found a dependable shop to take care of us. Highly recommend !!!!-Sham Transportation LLCOperations Manager
Man! Looks are really deceitful sometimes. I dropped my truck off at 1pm 2/12/19 with a brake and ABS light on. I was told I’d get a call as soon as they had a diagnostic done and that I should go ahead and get a hotel for the night. I made the manager aware that the truck was under warranty, and they told me they’d have it done right away. I called them at 7AM on 2/13/19 and to my dismay, they’d yet to run a diagnostic on my truck. It had sat there for 11hours with no tests being done. Fine, it got missed, the lady on the phone ensured me she was sorry and they’d get right on it. I call back at 4:30PM, and get a voicemail 3 times in a row. Finally at 6:36PM a guy in the service department tells me it should be done tomorrow. You know what the problem is? A sensor. Such a simple fix that they are trying to drag out over 48 hours to charge isubu for under warranty. They’ve been the worst communicating company I’ve ever worked with, and at this point I’m slated to pick my truck up at 8AM in the morning with no repairs done. I’ve lost 2 days of work for this, thanks Rush!!
This places sucks a big one! I literally spent 3 hours there having a secondary air line put on. My company doesnt want me to touch the truck but if I could have I could have changed my own line in 15 minutes or less with tools in hand. They charged the leasing company $160 for that air line.Good thing I get paid by the hour!
Brought my truck in Fri they did diagnostic waited all day and all Mon to get an estimation, most of that time where waiting for an email replay from a dealer located behind them, issue could be solved by15 min phone callAfter estimation was ready they asked me to down pay half of it?so weird, could be stereotyping people??After few month broke down again for same reasonStay away they are only good to steal your money
Staff was friendly! Mechanics took pride in what they were doing. Definitely would bring my truck back here.
If you want your truck back in a timely fashion youre better off fix it yourself. They are very incompetent on their work. They have my truck for a total of three times and the first time they had it for 3 Days 4 days. And they still could not fix it. They prefer to move on to cash paying jobs in warranty work. So save yourself the headache do not go to Rush Trucking they are the worst dealership in Cincinnati.
I purchased an Izuzu box truck from Rush truck center Cincinnati, Eric Juengling was my sales person, I was thoroughly impressed by the enthusiasm and effort he put forth to get us the right truck and delivered it promptly..Overall his customer service and knowledge of his trucks are top notch!I would with out a doubt go back to him for any truck I need in the future..
Great customer service at parts counter and they are always on top of follow ups. They will research what you need and take the time to help you and guide you in the right direction even if they dont stock it.
First time using them for service so fingers crossed. The counter guy was nice so hope all goes accordingly and the warranty is truly that
Purchased a used truck from Greg and Jeff. I got a great deal on a 2012 International 7600. Having bought dozens of trucks, I believe Rush Truck is a reliable and affordable truck dealership.
We took our truck in and was told we would be called with an estimate before services performed. This was not the case. We called back multiple times to get an idea of how much it would cost. They would not offer an estimate. We could not get a straight answer. Dropped on Monday, picked up on Friday. Took them five days to fix a low coolant sensor. Called multiple times in between to obtain information on what it would cost...still could not get a straight answer. Very little or no communication. Extremely poor customer service. All in all slow and very expensive. Will not be returning.
Helpful parts guys behind the counter nice n friendly & will get ya taken care of all your heavy duty truck needs.. they do sell more than jus International truck parts also
Well hate to say it, but customer service with Rush werent perfect. Had a bad experience with a worker name Billy who avoided great satisfaction with customer service. Althogh they do have a great towing service. I usually never complain, but had to point this out quick because I surely almost nearly wanted to leave.
DO NOT USE this place no matter what! You will pay out the you know what for faulty information and they do not stand behind anything. Buyer beware!! Go anywhere else but here! It wouldn’t let me give it zero stars and had to give it one to post my review but trust me it doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
Good service nice people
Forgot our truck was even there. Said AC fixed quit the next week. Said they would order the part to fix the engine and call when it came in. A month later I called and knew nothing about it. Not bad $750.00 for zero results.....
Cincinnati Rush Truck Center location, if you don’t have warranty work or time to be down find somewhere else. They are not staffed or properly organized to handle small quick in and out repairs. My repair was only an air compressor change out, estimated 2-6hrs. to do work based on mechanic skill level. By the time I get my truck fixed it will be 3-5 working days possibly more already 3 days in, very unacceptable time frame for such a large facility. They will not even give you a exact time to have it done just the standard run around. Very sad, had to contact corporate just to get a diagnostic of what I already knew and that was after almost 24hrs. Rush guarantees 2hr diagnosis and within 4hrs for solution, if you aren’t aware of that.
Great selection of parts.
Friendly, but slow.
Once I have my business in line, i will get a dump truck from these great people!
Slow, no communication. Had my truck for 6 weeks handed me a $2500 bill for diagnostics truck is still not fixed . Will never step foot in that shop ever again!!! Ill just take it to my regular mechanic and let them guess highly disappointed with the lack of service.
Horrible service... left multiple messages for parts department. No return calls. Cant buy parts when they never answer. Will buy my fleet parts somewhere else. Would have given zero stars if possible. BOOOOO
This place should be sued for false advertising, There is nothing or no one in that place that Rushs on anything. Had our truck for over 5 weeks. Everytime we called and asked we were given the run around. Ordered a bunch of parts express overnight but never worked on the truck the next day. Just kept padding the bill. Absolutely the slowest service department, no communication at all!!! The bill took over 5 hours to get ready for us. When we went to pick our truck up, it wouldnt start. Had towait 20 minutes for a tech to come out. Wouldnt let these JOs work on a soap box derby car. DO NOT use them unless you have plenty of time money and an extra vehicle.
Great staff, fast service, low price
Great place and the service writer is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
It’s a joke there can’t get a straight answer when truck will be done . When I do get a answer on what day it’s not done . Took truck there multiple times cause my company has no choice . Avoid this place like the plague
Beautiful facility. Very nice and receptive staff.
I waited at the parts counter for 15 minutes with 3 people behind the parts counter all looking at their computer screens. Never even said we’ll be with you shortly or any acknowledgement of me even being there. No other customers at the counter. I won’t go back there.
Bought a truck from them dec 21st. It’s been in the shop 2 times since then. And most recently a few days ago had to get the fuel sensor changed. I was quoted 2200 to fix a harness and I took it to another shop close by and they quoted me 850 to fix the harness. If you buy make sure the truck is checked out because I have more issues with this truck that needs to be taken care of. And to follow up I just got a call saying I didn’t need a scr harness. They just forgot to reset the codes when they fixed the nox sensors.
Pretty good service except the key my key wrong and had to go back. Found out he had put the key code in backwards the first time.p
Nice group of mechanics and service people. Commercial trucks are never easy to fix, service, and repair. Rush trucking is a big shop. Getting parts is tough on just once brand. Try tracking 50 plus. I think Mitsubishi dropped the ball as well as rush.
A visit with the hubby on business..clean grounds..busy place
TOO SLOW !!! Took them 8 days to fix a driveshaft. I had to call them every day, they did not call me even 1 time for an update... Paperwork also takes 1hr to prepare(not to mention how expensive everything is). HORRIBLE !!!
Very nice place. Glad to see Geddy Lee behind the counter selling doughnuts and stuff.
Great service. And great pricing
Nice people to deal with, their place is a little hard to find but call them and they will help.
Knowlegable people on the parts counter and they work very hard - Unfortunately there are dozens of other employees buzzing around but only the 2 on the counter care that you are there. Everyone else ignore you the customer.
Rush Truck, over charges everyone, and the service department is very poor. They know that they are the only International truck service center and they price gouge you.Its to bad, when they were owned by Miami Valley Truck Center they were fair and the service was great.Everyone misses them.
Horrible experience getting the oil changed/fuel filters/PM. I made an appointment to have the PM service done on my Motorhome, first after being there for 2 hours the tech asked me if I had the manual for my engine because they cant find out where my oil filter is located. This is a International/Maxxforce Dealer and they didnt even know where to find my oil filter. I had to show them where it was, that should have been my 1st warning to leave with my coach. Absolutely no updates on the progress of my coach during the day even after asking the service advisor to check on it, apparently the service advisor went to lunch and never came back to the customer lounge to update me. No updates at all until I asked for the Asst Mgr, he admitted that they totally dropped the ball and I should have never had to wait 8 hours for a simple oil change/PM service. I will NEVER return to RUSH for service.
The place seem to be OK, but the service department is not up to their word, i asked to make a key for my 2012 International BOX truck and he said it is 12 or 13 dollars including the cut, end up paying more.... I should have used a different service...
The service is the worst I have ever had, I paid $50.00 to have part over nighted and was supposed to have my truck out of the shop today on Monday. Than was told it would be Tuesday than when I asked why I payed to have the part over nighted I was told my truck would be pulled in the shop when the tech got back from a road test that was at 1:30pm and here it is 3:30pm and my truck has not moved from the fence. I have found out rush truck center is a bunch of liers and they milk the clock to make more money. They have you buy things that is supposed to have my truck out faster but that is not how it works. Was lied to buy shop supervisor. So here I am Monday evening on my way to the motel because they have to completely change my a/c out since the person Friday could not do their job right. Well here it is Wednesday evening still waiting on my truck all I have been getting is it will be ready in 2hrs all day, obviously the people are trained to say 2 hrs all the time. I will never use this international truck shop again nor will I use anything with the name Rush on it again.
Great customer service!!! They got me in the Tech fixed the problem right away and back out on the road within a few hours! !
We have had nothing but great customer service for kelly trucking. Much appreciated
Trk has been in shop for 3 weeks. Nobody will call and give you status updates, no matter go many times you request it. Find out today that they did work on the trk and are trying to bill me for stuff I didnt authorize. The sad part is that they didnt even bother to address the problem it came in there for. Poor communication and slow as all get out.
So glad Rush bought this dealership. Service is awesome, and prices dropped dramatically from previous owners.
Would be nice if I could get the right parts. 9 out of 10 times there wrong.
Jamie Crabtree does a great job.
Dnt go here if you dnt have to. These ppl slow
Ok. They need to ramp up customer service. The guy just stands therr on his cell....
This is the worst place ever to send a truck... They cannot fix sh×t... Do yourself a favor never take a truck here
Nice place to stop
Part of work canceled without telling me
Great experience very helpful
There service is poor at best.
This place is the slowest service center i have ever seen. No communication on whats going on with your vehicle. I wouldnt go back.
They should move this place to California with all the other dumbasses....thay will fit in well there
Kind of hidden . Not easy to spot
Big and knowledgeable staff.
Guys are polite
Service and communication is meh. They at least fixed the truck.
Turttle service and they dont have parts, and they have poor communication, they have to order parts from china or who knows where. If i ever have to come to this place, I wont.
To slow to high but does a good job
Worst dealership ever takes an hour or more every time to pick up parts if you get lucky and they can find your part hate that place I give it a minus 5 rating
Great customer service!
Very bad service if you told him problem in head they checking foot
They used to be good to deal with now on parts it takes 1hr to more to get parts that have been called in earlier parts, only one person on counter makes for long waits also no so much her fault since shes the only one
They need more people to answer the phones, Hold times are way to long!!
Do good work
Piss poor, unable to get simple parts in timely matter nor do they keep common parts on stock. No driver services.
Alot of the stuff for Road trip
