I came in for a nail in my tire. I was given an estimate of 40 minutes maybe less. I let them know that I had a charity dinner to attend at 5:30pm and I had no problem scheduling an appointment for a different time if they didnt think Id make it. They assured me it would be no problem. Twice, Austin came to me and said hell check on it and 10 more minutes. Over and hour and a half later, I looked into the parking lot and saw my car so I went to the check out station. My paperwork wasnt there and she had to track it down. I ended up making it to the dinner, with no shower, stressed and frustrated that I allowed the appointment to get so out of hand. Never have I received such disappointing service from McCluskey. My husband is starting the search for a new vehicle and stated, upon leaving, hed never buy a car here.

That was the fastest service I have ever experienced. The customer service was absolutely excellent and so friendly. Everyone was so nice to my kids, made me feel so comfortable even though I had a one year old running around they didn’t mind at all. I will never go anywhere else for service or a car.

I came to McCluskey Chevrolet on Colerain Ave to look at some cars and possibly trade in my truck. I worked with Rodney Napier. We discussed my budget and looked at cars that fit into my budget. Not only did he find cars that fit into my budget but cars that I told him I really like! Rodney was so patient during this process and answered any question that I had. I test drove what seemed like 20 cars but he continues to remain patient and was willing to go back to the drawing board after each car. He made this process so stress free and wasn’t a pushy salesman at all which made me want to buy a car from him! I am so happy with my purchase and will refer him to anyone who is in the market for a new car! We will definitely be back in the future!
In September of 2018, I inquired about leasing a Chevy Cruze from McCluskey and did. On the surface, everything was awesome…the woman on the phone was incredibly polite and sold me on their dealership, the values they stand by, the incredible free lifetime mechanical warranty, and many other factors as to why I should lease/buy from them. Things got rough throughout the leasing process and they’re even tougher now trying to buy out my lease. I had a bad experience with a salesman named Steven when I was working out my lease, but I was able to make a last minute deal with his boss or the sales manager at the time. Mind you, I live in Michigan and they are in Ohio, so this deal was done over the phone and via text and email. After a call with the manager of the organization/dealership, we were able to come to an agreement, contingent on me not leaving a bad review. Fast forward 3 years later to me wanting to purchase my leased vehicle from them with the signed contract in hand. They are changing the numbers, playing phone tag with me during my work day, and completely trying to change the deal they wrote up back in 2018. They’ve been adding a thousand dollars here and there and pumping up the numbers. I’ve been dealing with Mitchell and, although he is cordial, has communicated well, and seems to be doing what he is told; I feel like he is taking orders from above him. I sent them their own contract with a purchase price after they sent me a buyout price far above what the contract states. They are spinning everything and the calls keep coming from different people with different explanations that don’t add up. I would avoid this place despite how awesome it comes across on the surface. Hopefully they can remedy the matter and I can buy the car for what was agreed upon.
I purchased a used Tahoe from the McCluskey group first of March. I was having an issue with the reverse camera, as well as the AC shortly after purchase, and after a bit of negotiating, I am happy to say the dealer rectified the issue with both the rear camera and the AC. I am happy to report, a month after the service, both camera and AC are working as expected. I can say the service department was very professional and polite, and the amenities of the waiting area are fantastic, especially if you have to work while your service work is being performed.

Brad Pope was my product specialist. I came in looking for a vehicle that was good on gas. Brad showed me the Chevrolet Bolt and showed me the savings of going ALL ELECTRIC.I never even thought of that but Brad is not your typical product specialist. He thinks outside the box. When it came to the negotiation process his partner Robert Cross came out. Very Jolly, happy, positive guy. Robert listened to my budget and immediately got to the payment I wanted. I met with Austin today for an oil change. He gave great customer service. When I got my truck back they left their trash (plastic on the seat and steering wheel and paper on the floors) and oil stains in my 2018 Jeep. I had to literally take the trash out and dump it in their trash can and I had to wipe the inside of my truck out. I feel like they should have given me my truck the same way I gave it to them. I want to give them a two and half score because I only got half of their customer service. Hopefully when I go back for my next oil change they will do better.
They guys working on my car told me the Throttlebody and cabin air filter needed changed “based on the last oil change/inspection” they didn’t even look to see if it was done. I recommend you don’t go based on the last inspection. I recommend you look and see if it got done cause it did.
We have bought quite a few cars over the years, but my family has bought 3 new Chevrolet’s from Mccluskey this year. Josh Mullins has been an excellent salesman in making sure we felt like we got a fair deal and a fair trade in value. You don’t find upfront salesmen very often, Josh has definitely earned repeated business from us. We are currently waiting the delivery of my wife’s new Traverse, and I will continue to recommend him and Mccluskey Chevrolet.

I was leaving on a vacation in a few days when the check engine light came on. I was able to schedule service online quick and easy. The Service Advisor Erich Volande who checked my car in was very helpful when diagnostic was performed and work was recommended he explained everything needed. But when my car still needed more attention he helped me get a courtesy vehicle so I could safety travel and leave the car for longer to make sure those issues would not come up later and be taken care of now. He made me feel like a valued customer.
The service tech was very helpful and polite. The complimentary car wash left a lot to be desired. It looked like the only thing done was a water hose being sprayed. My husband ran his hand along the door and black came off, so definitely no wash was given. My driver side car mat is now black also even though we saw them insert temporary mats over top of them.For service would recommend, for a car wash would definitely not!
They advertise 99$ down, guaranteed financing. this is not true. I realize I dont have good credit. Im still they say they can Finance no problem. Until you actually reply then they change the deal. Seems like false advertisement. Then bait and switch.

You fixed my new Chevy Trailblazer (which I LOVE - thanks to Will R) within an hour - tire change and a clip for my fender that had broken - and even washed it. Charles (sorry if that’s not right) was very friendly. Even the cashier process was quick! After working with Will, I quickly recommended his salesmanship to my best friend who came in and also bought a car from you! She loved driving my trailblazer so much she had to have one for herself. I have provided constant flow of data for 2 years of annoyance from this issue.I bought several vehicles from them and was always satisfied. That is until there was an issue with the latest one. The sales staff is excellent. The service department is at best incompetent and at worst unforgivingly dishonest. I will never do business with them again, and I will diligently advise all others to do the same.
I had an appointment they took my car right in. It took 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Now mind you no damage was do e toy car. After leaving I noticed that the right front bumper was damaged and no one there at mccluskey told me that it had been damaged. I hope that mccluskey has enough integrity to repair my car at no cost to me
Dropped the Tahoe off in the morning for routine service and AC work. I was greeted by Jake, he got me processed into the system quickly. I left not expecting to have the vehicle back for a day or 2, my original appointment was for 2pm. At 12:45 the same day I received notification that my vehicle was ready to go!! Great service, wont go anywhere else 👌👍
I called the salesman I worked with on my last car I bought from you, never returned my call. I called the main number and the person that was working with me did nothing but aggravate me and then try to argue. Honestly was going to another dealership but had to come back to your dealership to pick up floor mats. Prior to coming I got the stock numbers of a few cars and as soon as I walked in was greeted by Josh Mullins. He found the car and got it done for me. Very happy that I ran into him that afternoon.

The oil change and services to my truck were great. The sale of the truck was ok. Tax and title was supposed to be paid for and it wasnt. They shorted me $300 so I had to pay that out of my pocket. I called the dealership and they said they only guess the price for taxes and title. How difficult is it to add 6%? But, service has been outstanding!
After McCluskey was unable to secure a loaner vehicle and found that this was the only vehicle I have and I needed something to drive this weekend, they were able to squeeze me in to get my car diagnosed and repaired. Additionally, they sent someone out with my car to my place with the agreement to drive the person back. Thank you, Andy for driving the car back for me and thank you Jake for helping get this taken care of and agreeing to/with Andy to have him drive the car back to me. You guys rock!

I appreciate the flexibility of appointments. I scheduled my appointment in the evening after work. The dealership was more quiet, relaxed and stress-free. The associates were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I willing definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership.
We were sold the vehicle with a defective AM/FM radio and they told us it worked by playing Sirius XM instead and saying the radio worked. We called them within the same hour we drove off the lot and were given instructions to make an appointment for another week. They booked the appointment (THEY DID, not us) for Labor Day and then on the day of the appointment werent available so we had to wait another two weeks. Then they told us it would take a week to fix and that we would have to pay everyday for a rental. After a month of ridiculousness we got it fixed and then 3 days later it stopped working again. What are you guys even doing over here? Absolutely terrible.
Had some work done on my car, about 2 weeks ago.was not satisfied. with the service.my car,was jerking and tire felt as it was ready to fall off. took it back that following friday. the associate that helped me (mike) was very efficient. and thought i should leave my car there for the weekend .i got my car back today. it drives like new money. thanks so much mike for suggesting leaving my car, there for a couple of days .the service done on my car by Mccluskey chevrolet at kings auto mall was top notch .and the associate mike was off the charts awesome i give him a five star job performance *****.👏

If I could give zero stars I would. I was financed a car that they do not have a title to. On top of the nasty customer service I’ve received, no one has resolved my issue. I’ve had this car since April. They haven’t offered me a new car with a title they actually own. The women in the title department are the ABSOLUTE WORSE! The title department manager has told me she would “hang up” on me because she didn’t like my tone as if I’m the one who’s made the error. I don’t disrespect them when I talk to them nor use foul language. They expect me to have a “cupcake and rainbows” tone when I’ve been in a car with no title for MONTHS. Another woman in the title department not only spoke over me while I was talking but she hung up on me. She’s the same woman who suggested that I drive on expired temporary tags. I leave voicemails and no one returns them. This has been a terrible, terrible experience. No one seems to care or can answer my questions as to why I was sold a car without a title to begin with. I’ve been more than patient and I’m fed up & displeased. I would not refer anyone to buy a car from here. I’m being treated as if I’m the one at fault here & I have not been shown any empathy.

Our windshield had a crack in it that we noticed after the purchase on way home. The brakes starting squeaking not even a week after bringing it home. Took it to her fixed at dealership. They still squeak. Very hard to get ahold of anyone after you sign the papers to buy vehicle. I do not think we will purchase another vehicle here. I’ve never had such poor service at a dealership.

The people were friendly but the service I received was less than stellar. I was there to get an oil change and fluids check. I had to inquire whether or not my truck was ready. Never got the text. Incomplete job too. My oil life display needs to be reset. Totally dissatisfied.
The staff was nice and friendly. I had to go go back to the dealership because they did not reset my oil censor it was still on 29% not 100%. And they had oil spattered all on my car and oil smudge marks. Under the hood the ledge where the hook to open it had a puddle of oil. It looks like they just took on just flung it out on the car and in the inside.

The experience was great. There was an initial mix up about a small part on the interior of my Trak being repaired. It could have been my fault for missing the notice that my part was in. The follow up was very prompt, and the techs were very courteous and very fast with the repair.
We were on our way from Texas to New York for college. Somewhere between Kentucky and Ohio my Chevy Trax broke down for whatever reason. It was four o’clock in the morning, semis thundering past us as we’re pulled over on the side of some highway. Once the sun came up we were able to limp my car to Cincinnati and wound up randomly coming into McCluskeys Chevrolet for repairs on my car. We were on a time crunch to get me to New York in time for classes to start. We told them our situation and they immediately took us in and within two hours they repaired my car. They were the friendliest, most personable, and efficient staff. This was, by far, the smoothest experience ever. Would recommend this place a thousand times over. My experience was that I didn’t receive firm updates on the service and when I went to pick up my vehicle, it now had alternator issues? When I asked the guy who called me back (Jake was busy with someone else), he became defensive when I ask questions on how my vehicle now I need an alternator and it never had an issue, passed all inspections prior and the issue didn’t start until it was in the dealers hand. He told me it wasn’t their fault and it is what it is if I wanted my vehicle fixed I needed to pay the money due. Jake then took over and stated things in a much better way.

Let me first say that I hated buying cars. I think I used the phrase I would rather drive nails through my eyes than sit at a dealership and buy a car.Until yesterday!!! We went to McCluskey Chevrolet with the intent of buying a 2021 Camaro that had been on order . I have to say this was the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Our salesman, Mike Schworer, was amazing so easy to deal with as was every single person we came in contact with. From the Chuck, the General Manager all the way to the girl who helped us set up the OnStar in my new car. Every person we met in the processes of purchasing the car not only got done what needed to be done but built rapport with us and that is what people remember. They offer a great warranty and I have now found a dealership that I will buy my next car and every car there after. I highly recommend McCluskey Chevrolet in the Kings Auto Mall - ask for Mike - you will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike - I LOVE my new car!!!!
10/10 would recommend!!! Donte was absolutely amazing with his customer service and everyone was extremely helpful and fair. Unlike any other dealer I’ve been to. Will be back for any purchase I make in the future.

Awesome, awesome. Pat Cavanaugh awesome, Chris hacker awesome. (I think they deserve a raise). Both were very helpful and made the deal very quick. Considering they were extremely busy. Pat showed every detail about our new blazer and cared about us. Chris hacker helped us with the financial portion and was very informative.
The associate I worked with was great. Check in went fine and the wait was reasonable. The problem occurred on leaving. I was told my car was parked outside. I had to use my door lock alarm to find it. When I did, I was completely blocked in. My car had clearly been there for a few minutes and someone had parked directly behind me. I was surrounded. I went back inside and a friendly gentlemen went outside with me to try and help. He couldnt move any of the cars. Most were customers including someone parking in the aisle directly behind me. The employee got in my car and we worked back and forth for some time to get my car out of lot. There were cars everywhere so even when out of the spot, it was still difficult. All in, it took about 20 minutes to leave. I was trying to get back to work. Everything else about the experience was great. The people were all friendly and helpful.
As always, everyone was very helpful and kind. My work was completed quickly (and inexpensively); I appreciate the service video, too
Poor service at point of sale and during first service. They schedule service to install a trim package that should have been installed at point of sale. Took off work, sat at dealership for over an hour just to find out they didnt have the parts after all. Could have bought vechile at any dealership in town for same price more or less and regret buying here. Wont make that mistake again in the future. This is the most inept dealership I have ever encountered in over 35 years of buying new vehicles.
I purchased a vehicle in February 2021 and was told to refer people and there would be some kind of incentive. I referred my sister and she purchased a car and was asked for my information for a referral incentive. I then submitted a request and was told not at this time. This is not what was said before. If I would haven known this company operated like this I would have never referred anyone.
I left the dealership after my tire rotation, and my key fob immediately stopped working. I was not able to unlock my car, or start my car. I called the dealership to explain the problem and the service department tried to tell me my keys probably just died. This was not a coincidence, I have had my car for less than a year and have never had any problems until I left the dealership that day. I had to get my car towed, which was extremely inconvenient and caused me to miss an entire day of work. I called the service department asking for a supervisor and the woman who answered the phone had an attitude and was moaning and groaning before finally transferring me. When my car was towed to the dealership the key just randomly started working. I was offered no reason why my car was having the issue, and the solution I was offered was to “carry around both keys for a few weeks to make sure this doesn’t happen again”. That explanation was unacceptable, and not a real solution. I am extremely frustrated that the staff tried to act as if I did something wrong to my car, instead of taking accountability and taking care of the customer immediately I had to jump through hoops to get my car fixed. This is my first and last time purchasing a car from McCluskey Chevrolet. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and would like to speak to the GM personally to let them know about how bad my experience was.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience getting my car serviced at McCluskey Chevrolet. I was assisted by Jake M, who welcomed me with such a positive attitude and an even more charming smile.He was extremely attentive, explained everything that was getting done to my car, and even walked me inside offered me coffee/water and showed me where I could sit and wait until my car was ready.You can tell Jake really cares about his customers and wants to provide them with the best service and experience!If I could rate McCluskey Chevrolet and their team higher than a 5, I would!!
Best service i’ve experienced ever, everyone is very friendly to my family and dogs. Always feel like family when i’m there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Your commercials brag about your amenities. however, two times in a row now the wifi didnt work, the hot chocolate was not hot chocolate, and the ladies in the front say that happens sometimes.At 805am - i dont think the wifi wasnt working because too many people were on it. its frustrating when i come there, with my work laptop, thinking i can work there only to find out I cant.
In my 52 years Ive bought well over a dozen cars. I typically love the fight. This time, there was no fight. McCluskey Chevrolet has a customer for life now. Mike Schrorer and Chuck just did an outstanding job. I bought my wife a Camaro for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. My wife just hates Dealerships in General. I have never in our 25 years seen her smile when we were leaving. Regardless of her car, she agrees we are McCluskey for life.Thank you Mike and Chuck.......you got us the deal we wanted, the car she wanted and made my gift to her so much more special.Thank you !!!
