Had the best experience ever buying a truck from Mike Mccready. He was up front and shot me straight the entire time. I got a great trade in value and a solid deal on an awesome truck. The General Sales Manager Scott was great as well. He helped seal the deal. The entire staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

We brought our Sierra 2500 in because our drivers side mirror was not operating correctly and the turn signal housing was holding water. They looked at the truck and informed me that they would have to order a new mirror and that they would let me know when it came in. When the part arrived they scheduled my appointment to bring the truck back in. The service technician Case, greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service lane. He checked in my truck and walked me into the service department and let the service advisor know what I was in for. They pulled up my information and let me know that the part was in stock and that I would have my truck back the same day. Not only was the truck ready the same day but the mirror was working correctly and they even offered to wash it for me. Their Service department has excellent customer service!!

Do not trust anything they say about their loyalty warranty program. Their employees from sales to service will tell you different things that will void the warranty. Borcherding will not stand behind what their employees say, they simply pull out the contract, that they do not understand and expect you to become a subject matter expert. This is simply a way for them to get you to use their service department for oil changes when they themselves cant tell you what and when service needs to be done to keep your warranty in compliance. If they dont know, how do they expect customers to know? Bad customer service.

Horrible!!!! They have amateurs working in their service department. My window wouldnt roll up so I took it in. They said that it was my switch that went bad and it would be 1.5hrs to fix. 2.5hrs later they were like we are going to have to put you in a rental because we cant get your door to open now. But no worries it should be fixed by tomorrow meaning Thursday 12/19. I called them on Thursday and they said they had broken the latch on the door and it should be fixed Friday by lunchtime sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say Friday around 11:30am they called and said sorry its taking so long but they would call me when its fixed. Do you know they called me Thursday 12/27. I told them that I would be there 12/28 to pick up my car. I get there and had to ask for a discount. Gary went back pretending like he had asked his manager for a $50 discount (lies). The discount was from the complamentory car wash (totally not needed cause I have Mikes, and hell they may have saw that and used my pass). But anyway, I pay and inspect my car. The door wasnt put back on properly. So Gary takes my car back for them to fix what should have been completely done. Note: my ticket said I paid at 1pm. Waiting and waiting for them to fix the door. I finally asked to speak to the service manager Charles Back. The receptionist came back with his direct number because he was supposedly on a conference call. They finally bring my call back out after over an hour of waiting and its still not right. So at 2:20pm I decided to call Charles Back to talk about my experience before leaving the lot. Needless to say he sends me a generic email to rate my experience on the site and has yet to return my call nor any of my money. I drive an suv and was stuck in the smallest car on enterprise lot for over 1 week (it would have been no problem if it was for only 1 day). I was inconvenienced more than once with my time and again having to asked people to move large Christmas gifts that I could have moved myself had I had my car or a larger rental. Only to have to ask for a discount when the service should have been free. Im not one looking for anything free but in this case I feel its totally warranted. Refund my money!!! My door still isnt right and now I have to pay again for a real professional to fix it. Will never return to Borcherding Buick. And if your smart you shouldnt go either.

Stereotypical smarmy dealer. We negotiated a bottom line cash price on a used vehicle, and they tried to add a $250 document fee after all the negotiations are done. BEWARE such unethical practices.Sales manager Steve Camps response was good news! You dont have to buy the vehicle! Beyond terrible and exactly what car buying should NOT be. Dont fall for their Part of our family line... unless they mistreat their family, too! Also watch for the email from Scott Griffith the Genral Manager with an email address that looks like its real -- its not real, that email goes to everyone that gets numbers, and the responses are read by the salespeople. When I got the email from Scott, he wasnt working this week! Google needs a zero star option.Edit: in a follow up with Bill Adkins, he stood by Steve Camp and said hed rather not sell to me. Thats a funny way of doing business. To answer to Steve Camp, good news indeed! You saved me a trip to another rando terrible dealership. Dealership stereotypes of trying to wear you down and milk every last dollar out of you ring very true with Borcherding Buick GMC.
