Horrible customer experience with their service organization - after waiting almost 2 days for an update, then finding out they can’t make the recommended repair for another week (timing chain), picking up the car to find out the AC now doesn’t work … zero offer to help figure that out either - zero stars on ability to communicate or proactive follow up. It’s been 11 days and zero follow up either.Not that it matters … I’m getting everything fixed this week at a local repair professional.

Normally good. However, I recently took my 2019 Tiguan in Because I thought it was leaking oil. They claim there was no issue. It is still leaking fluid. I believe it is leaking transmission fluid and is still under warranty. It feels like either they don’t want to do the repair or their capability level has gone down

I was able to drop my car off, and the dealership gave me a rental to take home. I live 1.5 hours away from the nearest service center, so being able to leave my vehicle there and not have to arrange for someone to follow me up and back, was amazing. The center was knowledgeable, polite, quick, and responsive. I would highly recommend Beechmont, and will continue to go there for future services.

My husband and I bought two brand new vehicles from Kevin at Beechmont. Two months later we were in an accident and my husbands car was totaled. Thankfully we had gap insurance (GET GAP INSURANCE) and we returned to Kevin for our 3rd brand new vehicle in 3 month. Kevin and the people at Beechmont were great to work with, they didn’t pressure us at all, they matched prices offered by other dealers, and went out of their way to find the specific vehicle we wanted. It’s officially been one week since I bought my car and I can say it’s been the happiest week with my Tiguan. Recently I traded in a 3 year old Tiguan for a brand new Atlas Cross Sport. On the day this took place, I was just going into Beechmont VW to get an oil change for the Tiguan, but I came home with the Atlas! I was in need of a larger car, but I was not expecting this to take place on that day. It did because both Mr. Turner and Mr. Mercurio were fantastic in making this happen! The procedure was not overally time consuming or stressful, and I am very pleased that I made the decision to get the Atlas. However, without the professionalism and efficiency of both Mr. Turner and Mr. Mercurio, I dont think this sale would have happened.

I wish I could say our purchase experience was as seamless when my husband and I decided to lease our first Volkswagen with Beechmont VW. We were looking for a vehicle that offered great safety features, innovative technology, dependability, practicality, and versatility we have come to expect from VW. All our expectations were exceeded so naturally we had the same expectations when we decided to purchase when our lease ended.Initially a sales associate contacted us two months prior to the end of our lease and informed him of our intent to purchase. We were told it is no different than from purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and we could start the process at any time. My husband told him to follow up with us in a few weeks to initiate things, but we never received a call back.When the time came, we decided to secure our own financing and apply through the dealership to best weigh our options. Upon submitting, Jason the internet sale manager followed up and forwarded us to Jesse, a sales associate different from who initially reached out. He requested driver’s license information that, as a practical matter should have been obtained at the time of the initial application. Two days later Jesse informed us being approved but negated to disclose the details…and so it begins.My husband requested the terms and conditions on paper and asked to be emailed for our records. Ryan from finance department emailed us the breakdown of the purchase order of the vehicle. To start the purchase price amount was incorrect and did not include our down payment, nor the name of the financial institution. When asked Ryan informed my husband he was “unable” to include on the form, so he typed the name in the email.We wanted to complete the paperwork virtually so naturally we found it a bit odd to learn we had to make an appointment to sign documents via DocuSign, a service company in which all required documents are emailed and signed at the customer’s convenience; we would soon discover why an appointment is required.Tim called at the agreed upon time the entirety of which lasted seven minutes and was an opportunity to up-sell extended warranty and gap insurance. It was not until the call concluded that Tim emailed me the documents to sign.The next day my husband emailed Tim and Jesse to requested copies of the paperwork for our records. After two days of no response, we finally received the paperwork.Finally, we were required to stop by the dealership to turn in our license plates and receive our temporary tag. Jesse removed the plates and affixed the temporary tag to the rear.I was relieved this headache was over and vowed to never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Too many individuals involved in a process that should have been stress free, no-hassle experience. While we love Volkswagen products and intend to purchase another vehicle this year, our experience with Beechmont VW validates car dealerships continue to struggle with creating a customer-centric environment and why more and more customers are going virtual.

This was my third experience with the Body Shop. My third due to the excellent results of the previous two. I am very particular about my automobiles and there was nothing to pick on about the most recent repair. The estimate was accurate and cost was kept up to date by Dan Meyers, estimator, as needed. A bit of a price discrepancy arose over the cost of a needed part and it was handled quickly and to my satisfaction by Wade in parts or service. The topper was at the pick up, my spouse could not believe that was her car. Not only was the rear bumper beautifully repaired and painted but the vehicle was detailed to the point of looking better than the new ones on the lot; mind you, this is a five year old vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend the Body Shop to anyone in need of a VW body repair. Again, thank you for a great result.

Beechmont Volkswagen has served me well. Not only are they learned in servicing my Passat Turbo Diesel, but they go over what my vehicle will need at the time of the scheduling of the appointment. There are no surprises of servicing needs or price. When I cannot wait while service is completed, they drive me to and from locations nearby. I was able to workout at the gym while they serviced my car.

I went in on the 10th for a recall on my Jetta. I live an hour or better away in any direction from a Volkswagen dealership, so aside from the drive, the experience itself was very nice. I was checked in fairly quickly, and after a quick walk through their side lot inventory, I decided to go back into the waiting area for the remainder of the visit.I decided to go ahead and order some parts that I thought may be beneficial to me during my transmission fluid change. I didnt catch the parts guys name, but he was very helpful in making sure that I was getting the correct part for my car.Somehow our conversation had wandered off on its own and we had managed to start talking about the different types of ATF Fluid that I should and shouldnt use, the $24.00 bottle VS the $9.99 bottle the many different transmission applications that Volkswagen decided to use mine being coded MAM or better known as the 09G. I had no Idea that trying to change the transmission fluid would ever be this difficult, but hey, I learned a little that day.Overall I had a great experience with Beechmont Volkswagen and as long as Im able, Ill continue to do business (When needed) with them.

Even more I loved the safety features of the car. We were so happy that this month we leased another Jetta for our son and another one for me. Jesse Storm helped us last time we leased our sons Jetta, so we contacted him and he made himself available to help us with the transition from our sons previous Jetta to a new one. We told Jesse what we were looking for and he found exactly what we wanted in one of their lots offsite. My son is thrilled with his new Jetta . I scheduled a maintenance visit to get ready for a road trip and also had a check engine light come on which needed to be checked. When I arrived at my appointment I was greeted by Danielle who processed me quickly and went over what the diagnostic check and PM covered together with costs. Because the process would likely take several hours, Danielle arranged to have one of their staff bring me home while they worked on my car and pick me up once the car was finished.The engine light issue turned out to be a bit of a gremlin but the VW techs were able to find the source, correct it and drive the car for a good distance to ensure that they chased off the gremlins.In all, this was a pleasant and painless experience. Ill also note that for many years I owned *other* expensive German cars and some of those service departments could learn simple courtesy and communication skills from folks at Beechmont VW.Many thanks to Danielle, the VW technicians and drivers who shuttled me back and forth,Jim H.

The customer service was great as usual. I do have one complaint which is a big one. I would have been out of $489 dollars if I left it up to the first advisor that handled my warranty claim. I decided to call the warranty company and give them some more information and they said the service advisor did not give them that same information. So because I double checked the issue with my vehicle, it save me $320 dollars. The warranty company did in fact cover almost 85% of the cost. It definitely seemed like an honest mistake but this would have cost me $489 compared to $169. Otherwise this place is great and I will go back again. I’m glad I didn’t just listen to them when they said the warranty company wouldn’t cover the cost and say “yes” go ahead and fix my car for the full amount.

Horrible place. Jessie Storm was my sales person. Him along with other employees were complaining about how they wanted to get out of there on time when I was in the process of purchasing a car. I came in there 4 whole hours before closing time, just for reference. When we test drove the car I was not allowed to go on the highway, but could only drive it around the block and no where else. That doesn’t really allow someone to get a good feel for how the car runs. I purchased the car and then was held hostage in the finance office or wherever they try to bully you into buying unnecessary insurance for over a half hour. After repeatedly telling them “No”, the finance office employee tried to resort to insulting me to get me to buy fake insurance. Less than a year later I am out 13 grand and stuck with a car that has a whole laundry list of issues. Took it to a trustworthy mechanic and they told me oil was never changed regularly by the previous owner(s) or properly taken care of, the car burns oil, has a ton of engine issues. Don’t ever buy any used vehicles from this dealership! I’m never returning here.

I had a Service Required notice pop up on my dash so I took it to these guys. They got me in at 8, as soon as they opened, and had all the paperwork finished up in like 5 min. They even shuttled me to work while my car was being worked on. They picked me back up at 12 and got everything figured out including a software update. So it was super easy, really good service, awesome shuttle service, and they had Doritos in the waiting room so thats gotta be worth like 3 stars. I definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.
I had a wheel/tire that were damaged by a pothole. After talking to Ben in the Service Dept I was able to easily drop off the wheel and tire. Ben was able to replace the tire and get the wheel repaired without me being without a car. Once the repairs were done I was able to stop by the Service Dept without needing to schedule an appointment and the service technicians were able to install the repaired wheel immediately.
I just leased with them and it was a wonderful experience. Kevin Turner and Dan Mercurio were extremely helpful and respectful. They were not pushy at all even though they knew I was looking at other dealers as well. When I did decide to go with them, they made the process easy and pleasant. Great experience!
Im not big on posting but when you have a great experience with a dealership (Beechmont Volkswagen) you want to express it to others. I had a problem with my right front suspension and called in for a service appointment. They got me in quickly and as soon as I delivered my car for service, my service advisor, Tom went for a ride with me and his team immediately worked on it. I was in and out in an hour. I love this dealership. They gave me a great deal on my new Passat and have great service to support me. Check them out.
