Some of the finest in Belgian chocolate. Surprising variety. Great for gifts, like chocolate covered strawberries, like on Mothers Day. They even have ice cream! If you find yourself at the mall why not treat yourself or someone you really like.

Very sad to see one of the nicer shops close. what happened to the good old days when you go to a nice candy shop and get candy?Somehow going to a Walmart or a Kohls goodbye good candy just isnt the same experience.

Great place to grab a gift for chocolate

I tried the hot chocolate drink for the 1st time and it was very very rich in flavor like over the top rich like drinking the chocolate candy bar from the factory. I couldnt finish my drink because it was just way to rich could had added milk to it to calm down the chocolate.

The Kenwood Towne Center store has lost their up-scale touch. Despite few customers to serve, service assistants were brusque and had loose mask protocols -- often their noses were uncovered. Displays were messy, including the trays of fresh chocolates. Wet smears of hand sanitizer -- I hope -- were on the counter. Unfortunate. Ive shopped there for 20 years but no longer will.

I love the brick and mortar Godiva Chocolate stores...rather sad that I have to drive 45 minutes to Kenwood (Ohio) to find one to shop in....Chocolate is still fantastic but the selection of available items to purchase was dreadful...sigh

Great service here for sure - very friendly and helpful! They helped me select a box of eight truffles (size small box). While each truffle is a slightly different price based on weight, this 8 piece box cost about $17.50.I’m so glad Godiva brought back their large sized chocolate bars! But I will say that they only offer them in a limited amount of flavors.This place can get pricey, so sign up for their rewards club! As long as spend at least $10 every year you qualify for a free truffle every month! Also, check out their clearance section where they are trying to get rid of seasonal flavors. For instance, by November they’ve completely slashed the price on their Pumpkin truffles.I enjoy just about anything here. But my favorite chocolate bar is definitely Dark Chocolate Orange. The truffle I ever had was Cookie Butter - a seasonal truffle I’ve never gotten again. Sad day. But just about anything here is Rich and delicious!

This was my first visit to Godiva. Tyler was fantastic. He helped me to pick the perfect purchase for my boyfriend and built a wonderful rapport. It’s employees like him that make a company successful. Treat him to a trip to Vegas! Sign up for the reward card to get a free truffle per month (including one the day you sign up)- check out the chocolate chip cookie dough truffles..omg, yum!

It is Godiva. Where you can buy chocolate by the 1/4 lb. They freshly dip strawberries. And they have ice cream. Dark chocolate ice cream or vanilla. Or a swirl of course. It tasted so rich and decadent. I got the Godiva chocolate ice cream of course.

This place is so good, strike that, this place is Heavenly. They have all kinds of chocolate and just about any combination of chocolate you could want. They also have drinks like Im milkshake but its not actually a milkshake its more like a chocolate blend with ice and milk and I have to say it is to die for. I highly recommend this place although it is pricey.

I liked the chocolates. Bought a small box of chocolates. Bought some chocolate covered strawberries, and 2 parfaits. All the chocolates were good.

Love that I am able to buy just 1 or 2 pieces, so I am not tempted to go through a whole box, which you could buy as well. They have really dreamy chocolate frozen drinks if you were thinking of getting a mocha you may want to try instead.

Literally the best customer service I have ever got absolutely my favorite place to go . When ever I get down and out I run over to Godiva because lets face it this chocolate could probably cure cancer . And I always leave feeling like I just got a great deal keep it up the good work it has been noticed ☺️

This place serves best choclate but the customer service is horrible. I bought a big truffle pack and I asked few questions to the assistant manager named sarah she was so bothered by that. It happened to me before few days by the same girl. Her attitude is worse. I think she dont like her job. None of the customers were satisfied by her act.

Theres a reason these expensive and thats because its just good.

The Kenwood store is usually a favorite. The store and the service has gone down tremendously. For a late Friday morning the case of individual pieces was only a quarter full. The young woman working had little interest in assisting as we requested service three times, during which she contiously checked her phone.
