Found a used Suburban of interest and Cody was quick to call and accommodate a late visit. The purchase process was probably fastest ever for me. This is the most professional dealership I’ve ever been too in my life. As soon as I pulled onto the lot I was greeted with friendly smiles. The car I was looking at was sitting up by the doors and have been washed and detailed. My salesman, Jim P was great. I had my wife and 2 young kids with me and he made us feel like family and took the time to be patient and work with us without getting frustrated with the kids. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. We got top dollar for our trade in and drove off with our dream car. This is the only Cadillac dealer I’ll do business with again. Excellent experience from the first email to driving off the lot! Usually car shopping is a horrible experience that causes major anxiety. Not with this dealership! We drove 2 states away with good faith that the deal presented to us would take place. It was exactly what we discussed. The salesman, Brandon Ozier, was so patient, professional, and courteous! He corresponded with me for days, answering all of my questions, and working hard to get the vehicle we were looking at in our budget. Once there, he took excellent care of us. We then moved on to the finance manager, Cody Frye. Again, in past experiences, things change, they pressure you, and it is just an unpleasant experience. Cody took time to explain everything we were signing, it was exactly as discussed, and he was extremely kind and courteous. This dealership went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! If I could leave a zero star review I would. Ive purchased alot of cars and this dealership/saleperson Brandon takes the cake! Im looking a truck that has been on their lot since June. The carfax is saying one thing and Brandon the saleperson is saying carfax is wrong. Not to mention the miles were over nearly 5,000 more than their website posting. Maybe its just a dozzy of a saleperson, but I can tell you this. This was most certainly a was of time, a titanic waste of time!

Not sure why this Cadillac dealership even has a 4.6 rating. Terrible service and bad attitudes. My husband and I purchased our Cadillac there a few years ago. Within a year after, we noticed how defensive they were when asked about service work and specifics on the warranty. They were beyond rude when confronted. In fact, they sat us in a corner during the last go around and then preceded to verbally attack and challenge us on what we were questioning. All that FINE PRINT THAT EVERYONE SHOULD READ. At the end of the day dealing with them was a awkward experience to say the least. Most of them lacked people skills and were Socially Challenged on the minimum. I would go up the road to Camargo where they will treat you top notch. To add to it- husband made an oil change appointment today and even though they made the appointment for him on the phone, when he showed up he was turned away and told he had no appointment and that his car was noted in their raggedy system that he can not service it there. Why didnt they just call and say that on the phone that they had put notes in there since 2018 to boycott any service requests on the vehicle. Just Garbage service.I was very happy they didnt service the vehicle because I always sensed that they padded fabricated service needs everytime it went there for something simple. Such a bizarre business.Spend your Cadillac Dollars elsewhere.

He knew the details and the car and had a low-pressure, conversational approach that was refreshing. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience at this dealership. Only feedback Id give is the financing portion took quite some time (due to it being a Saturday and issues outside of the dealerships control), so a few more waiting room amenities would have been appreciated, considering how much money was being spent on a car there (snacks, soft drinks, etc.). Every employee is consistently happy, extremely helpful, and seems to love their job and helping the customer have the best experience possible. I took my car in this time for body work due to hitting a deer. Tony was extremely helpful! He walked me through the process for what was to come step by step. Dan in the service area was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, and ensuring me that they would have my car looking brand new again. I had an amazing buying experience at Thompson MacConnell Cadillac, and it was 100% due to my interactions with the used car sales manager Brandon. If you want to be treated fairly, be given all the data you need to make a sound decision, and not feel pressured to buy, then Brandon is your guy. I’ve wanted a Cadillac Escalade for some time now, but timing was never right to get serious about buying one. Well, the timing was right, so I started looking for used Escalades on the internet. I am someone who hates showing up on a car lot to buy a car, mainly due to my abhorrence for pushy salespeople. I contacted two Cadillac dealerships online. Both got back to me initially, but Brandon was the only one to stay in contact with me throughout. I never heard from the 2nd dealership after being promised by the sales manager he would have someone contact me the next day. I informed Brandon that I preferred to communicate through email and text initially and he respected my wishes. He promptly provided me the Carfax report when I requested it. He promptly worked a couple different financing options when I requested. In all, I took a little over a week to make my decision to buy and never once did I feel pressured by Brandon. The degree of professionalism that Brandon displayed was unparalleled. I can only hope that Thompson MacConnell have plans to make Brandon their General Sales Manager, so that he can instill his level of skill and competence in other salesmen and saleswomen. If I were giving a rating out of 5 stars, I would give my experience 6 stars. Then, the cherry on top was when we were closing out everything, the finance manager (Greg Hunter) found a tax rate mistake in my paperwork which saved me almost $1000. From start to finish, never have I had a better car buying experience. The reason I chose Thompson MacConnell Cadillac was due to their 4.7 out of 5 stars google rating. I now see why they have the highest (that I could find) google rating in the tri-state area. I live for great customer service, and because of Brandon and Greg I will only deal with Thompson MacConnell moving forward.

I found Thomson-MacConnell when online shopping for used cars. I sent an email inquiry and within a few hours I had a text from the used car sales guy, Brandon Ozier. He was extremely helpful in scheduling a test drive and gave me all the information I needed. The buying process was super simple and transparent, no surprise fees or attempts to up-sell me. As I was picking up the car, a tire in my dad’s car had gotten low and Brandon pumped all his tires up, free of charge. I have never been to a place better. In the last month I have had multiple issues with my car. Everyone remembers who I am when Ive called. They have beautifully dealt with insurance companies and issues regarding that. They fixed my car in a timely manner. I traveled from New York State to make this purchase and I was not disappointed. The only hiccup was a change in price after we had already agreed on a previous price. Drove down all the way from Akron to check out an XTS, one of the only blue ones around. After talking to Brandon he said I wouldn’t be disappointed if I came down to look at it and he was right. He worked with me to get the deal that was right for me and my fiancé. Very professional and no pressure.
