I was very happy with everyone at Western Cabinet, especially Melissa Kehayes and her assistant Alyssa. They were both very professional and easy to work with. Melissa is an expert in design and makes it look easy. Our custom cabinets arrived on time and were beautifully crafted. Our contractors commented they were the nicest cabinets they had ever installed. I am very glad I spent the extra money for the custom look!

Im really glad I found Western Custom Cabinetry. They worked really quickly to get my custom kitchen and master bathroom vanity done exactly how I wanted them for a really competitive price. There were a couple of things that werent totally perfect that they fixed in record timing. I would suggest making sure they have their own person come measure, or working with someone that can draw exact measurements. Our drawings were off which caused issues - not their fault, but still a giant pain.

We are loving our new kitchen this holiday season. We researched for a very long time. Couldnt be happier with all the details and custom cabinets. They have great customer service. Our kitchen designer was Melissa she was beyond words and terrific to work with. I called her for any advice with our kitchen design from windows, lighting, appliances and details. She was very helpful for any decision aspect to customize our beautiful kitchen. We had our own contractor who had installed our cabinets. And afterwards had a few questions to add little details and Western customer service was quick to respond and help with our concerns. Thank you for all you guys have done for our kitchen. We love it!

I have order cabinets for my small kitchenette in the basement. This company made everything possible in the wrong way: measurement (we have to open dry wall and redo the pluming), instead of 3 top cabinet, theymade one wide cabinet, and instead of wood used veneer for the top cabinets. One of he door came scratched and they would like us to pay the second part of the contract in order to replace it. They also forced you to sign of all measurements, in order if they made them inaccurate, the client would be in charge.
