The finished kitchen says more about why Restoraid receives a 5-star review from me than anything I can write. However, Ill still share a few key points.--- People ---Weve had many different contractors in our house over the years. The range of contractors Ive had work at my house over the years goes from staying-in-the-room-worried to Restoraid on the far positive side, leave-for-vacation-and-ask-them-to-lock-up-when-their-done, safe. Ken who was the lead craftsman on the kitchen is a great guy. My 2 year old would wake up each morning wanting to say hi to Mr Ken.Keith Desserich the company owner somehow managed to stop by rather frequently to check in on the project. I was able to trust Keith to steer us towards great decisions in our kitchen, balancing both our lifestyle with the desire to add to the resale value of our house. A true expert and wealth of knowledge and remodeling experience.--- Quality ---The finished product is great. However, what Id really like to note on quality is the fact that corners werent cut. When our house having personality caused measurements to be inaccurate Ken and Keith did not settle for the easy road. They managed to do what they thought would get us the best finished product. It was nice to know that even when several days were lost, quality was more important than just completing. Something I very much appreciated.--- Price ---I prefer to think of it as value. We got good value for our money. You can do kitchen remodels cheaper, but I dont believe for a second the value would be as good as my experience with Restoraid. The advice in what materials to use for resale value and what cabinets to include in the space was extremely valuable. The invoice is for materials and labor. Not shown is the expertise which does not appear on the invoice.--- Summary ---The most important part of any business transaction.... Yes, we will use them again. Yes, we have and will refer friends and family to them. Thanks Keith, Ken and all the many others who helped along the way. Thank you Restoraid.
I had the pleasure of working with Brian Drinnen in fixing some of our siding. From top to bottom, Brian and his team were true professionals and it was fantastic to work with him. Kudos, Brian!
Restoraid did a fantastic job restoring our wooden sunroom after a terrible roof leak. They even went above and beyond and painted a large portion of the exterior just to help me out. The employees were nice and trustworthy, I felt comfortable with my wife and young child being home with them.
Restoraid came to the rescue to fix a hole in the roof that was leaking into the attic and causing the plaster in the bedroom ceiling to come down. In a matter of two hours the roof was fixed, insulation replaced and the bedroom ceiling repaired. Amazing fast service that was very appreciated.
We really like our remodel of our master bath. RestorAid was easy to work with, stayed on budget and their work was first rate. We would recommend RestorAid to anyone looking to do a bathroom, kitchen, or other remodel project.
We had a very large tree fall on our garage during a wind storm. It was pancaked. Keith at Restoraid came quickly and helped us coordinate with insurance while having his crew work on clearing the site. He made sure we had the proper city inspections and kept everyone on track where code upgrades were necessary. He coordinated with the architect and us to assure the garage rebuild was in keeping with the era of our home as well as helping us to make great material choices.Once construction began his crew was always on time, always professional and always considerate. Jay was the lead on the build and we are grateful to him for his knowledge and craftsmanship. Because of his efforts we now have a beautiful garage that will last another 100 years! Thanks also to Lenny, Holly and Greg for their hard work. I would recommend Restoraid to anyone and they will be the first call I make on another project.
RestorAid was a great company to work with! Our front porch floor board (wood) was in very bad shape and they replaced it with Azec flooring. They also replaced, fixed and painted parts of the frame and railing that were rotted out. The porch now looks great and adds to the curb appeal of our house. I would definitely rehire them again based on attention to detail, construction knowledge and their friendly staff.
Very slow to schedule work, does not communicate with customer. Asked for warranty work to be done kept getting the run around and excuses. Two weeks later they called day of and said someone would be there that day.
Never in a million years if you told me that my Aquarium store was going to have a flood would I have guessed it to be from something totally unrelated to aquariums. Sometime in the middle of the night a water supply line on a toilet busted and flooded my store and the store next to mine. This was a 1/2 waterline that ran wide open for what we suspect was approximately 12 hours before we discovered the flooded store around noon today. I took one look at the store today and knew this wasnt a job for a shop vac!!I was aware of Restoraid through a friend that knows the owner Keith. I called the 24 hour hotline and was surprised to have the owner pick up on the other end. After describing the problem and challenges it posed for my business, Keith showed up within 2 hours and immediately got us on our way to a resolution. He and his team worked tirelessly to remove our entire floor, clean, treat and begin to dry the store. The mere sight of all the flooding and damage was overwhelming and exhausting, We wouldnt have known where to start on our own.I cant thank Keith and his team enough for their rapid response time, quick work and professionalism, especially on a Sunday! I highly recommend Restoraid!
