I was looking for a fire door, they dont carry them.

Im not a customer yet, but my parents stopped by Surplus Warehouse back in October or November to purchase items for their master bath remodel. We were installing the granite sink top last week and noticed when we opened the box for the first time that the corner was cracked. My parents were worried that since the counter top had been purchased so long ago, they wouldnt be able to make the return. Surplus Warehouse had no issues making the return and switching the counter. The staff was friendly and even helped with unloading and reloading the old and new counter tops. I will definitely be checking out Surplus Warehouse for my up coming bathroom remodel.

Very bad service, sold me junk and broke item, then wont return my product for my contractor over the phone but they will take ur money over the phone.extremely rude and nasty. i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from them everything is fake here.

Friendly guys with good prices for various tiers of construction materials. I like these guys.

Low end products with higher than average prices. You can find better products for the same money at any Lowes, Home Depot, etc. We found nothing worth bringing home.

A lot of options alittle overwhelming but competent staff if you need help. Prices are reasonable they do not deliver or install thats why they can keep the prices down.
