This group is absolutely fantastic!They came to our home within the week and did a very thorough evaluation and design process at our house. We proceeded Witt installation which happened within a few weeks, was beautiful quick and seamless.Every person involved was professional and great. The install was also quick.We love the final result and are thrilled with this whole team.It is definitely worth the money especially with any discounts running.

I am so excited to move into my new home because of the closets. Due to the awesome sale we were able to do the entire house. Sally helped me design them all. Adam and install team did a great job with making it come to life. Great people to work with. Everything is made in Blue Ash and everyone is local which I love.

Great job done by all! From Erica figuring out the best way to redesign the closet to Aaron doing the install I was impressed. This was a Christmas present to my wife. She is very much an organizer and this turned out perfect! We are both very happy with the design, quality, and look of our new closet. We highly recommend and will probably come back for our garage or home office.

Worked with Design Consultant Karen who was awesome and very personable. My husband has a shoe collection that we desperately needed storage for. Karen was not only able to design a closet in our slanted attic but she found a way to give us more space to house his collection along with our clothes. Even with COVID-19 going on, we were always kept up to date about our appointments being rescheduled and the installation team arrived promptly with face mask and worked diligently. We are more than excited to have our closet! Thank you Karen and Tim - Jamal and I cant wait to use your services in the future for other projects. :D

Excellent service. Great installers Anthony & Tyler. Love the cabinets. Karen was in constant touch with and made sure everything was on time and correct. The price was a little daunting, but we got great cabinets and installation & service.

Good design service. Took a little longer to get it installed than what I would have expected but the installation was great. Clean job, sharp looking closet.----Subsequent order of 2 shelves and an additional hanging bar that was quoted to me available 1 day per sales has taken 4 days already. Better communication when missing deadlines or more accurate time estimates from sales would be appreciated, I understand delays in manufacturing - just let me know so I can plan around delays is my suggestion.

I had changes, additions made to my master bedroom closet system which was 20+ years old. The sales rep and installer both were professional and friendly. I am very happy with the results. My closet now functions better for my needs.

Cant say enough about my experience! My designer Britt was terrific & really listened to what my needs were. Came up with a great design that incorporated the functionally I needed & great space for my shoes! My installers, Tim & Tim were excellent. Very good at what they do. Everything was outstanding the only thing a customer should know is, to get 2 years same as cash you have to pay 25% of the bill.

Ive had three closets installed by this company. Each time, it was a great end product. On one job, we had a few issues, but we were able to work through the problems. I would recommend them to anyone whos looking to upgrade their wire closets.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Closets by Design. My impression is they cares until I signed on the dotted line. I will never use them again!! Everyone should be aware of how they handle their customers.My master bedroom closet wire rack fell down in November. We decided on Closets by Design because the customer service was exceptional even though their pricing was a bit higher than the others.Closets by Design confirmed my appointment for my March installation date on the Friday prior to installation on that Monday. The installers installed only part of my closet. Then told me that they don’t have the rest to install because it was on back order. He was unable to tell me when they would have it. The installer told me I would have to call the project manager.My husband and I called multiple times for three or four days before we could get a straight answer from Closets by Design. This didn’t happen until my husband was was finally able to call & talk to the manager. At this point, we were extremely frustrated.We paid top dollar for our closet. And no one at Closets by Design cared enough to give us a heads up that they only had a portion of our closet prior to installing it. And we ordered our closet back in December with a March installation date. Closets by Design had plenty of time in my opinion to give us a heads up.Our final installation date was for 10 days later. My husband and I told Closets by Design numerous times that they would have to come back out sometime after 1pm. I worked night shift the night before. They didn’t call us prior to this installation day. My husband had to call them in the morning.To make a long story a little shorter, I only got 3:30 hours of sleep due to them not calling me prior to coming back out again. I had to work again that night. I’m a nurse at a local hospital. So needless to say, I was extremely frustrated with them.Closets by Design has done absolutely nothing to fix their multiple mistakes. This leads me to believe that they don’t care about my customer satisfaction. I will not be using them again** The manager from Closets by Design called me shortly after posting this review. He apologized for the mistakes the company made and provided me with compensation for my time. I appreciate the apology and the compensation. The manager was very professional.

Loved working with the professional staff and value their opinion on what best suits my needs. Not much downtime and it provided me the opportunity to purge my old, tired, unused clothing items. Teasia is awesome. I tried another company and wasnt impressed with their level of communication and Teasia helped right away. They go about 1.5 hours outside of Cincinnati so I was able to use them in Dayton. Thanks for the organization!!!

Their saleswoman was so personable, supportive yet professional and detailed. She explained everything before she came back a second time to have the company’s drawings approved by us. The date to install was right after that. Two polite young men came and installed quickly and so neatly. Not a bit of dust anywhere. They did check with me once to make sure the bar where I would hang clothes was at the proper height for me. They were quiet and since it is the time of the precautions for the pandemic, without requesting, they had their clothes covered and masks on the entire visit as did the saleswoman. I can’t think of enough of positive things to say of the people who came to represent this company. I am looking forward to using them for further work, and would confidently refer them to others!

A very satisfying experience, from beginning to end. The designer came to the home and very quickly answered our questions and drew up a design for each closet. She was able to change the design when we requested changes and sent updated plans within 24 hours.Installation was superb. They came promptly the day of the install and did a great job. The shoe molding was carefully placed and mitered, the vent and switch openings were cut out, and all pieces fit without any issue.The installers were able to fix a design error that was not recognized prior to the day of installation. An overnight correction allowed the installation to be completed without a hitch.The end result was excellent.

I had a desk installed by Adam and Aaron and they did a wonderful job. They were professional. Finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up before leaving. I love my new set up for working from home.

We had a great all around experience with this company. Our designer (Britt), our installers (Tim and Tim Jr), and coordinator (Christina) were all very professional with lots of experience. We got 3 reach-in closets installed in about 4 hours. We love what they did and would highly recommend them.

I just had a master bedroom closet done by Closets by Design. Their workmanship was super. The design consultant did a great job putting together a layout that maximized the space. The installation team was very professional. They were on time, gave me an alert call before arriving, were careful to protect my floors. The installation was perfect and they fully cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

My project was a closet shelving unit and a craft desk that went from one wall to the other and floor to nearly the ceiling. I worked with a great designer, Erica. She listened to what I needed and really helped bring my vision to a reality. The installers were great as well. They were professional and friendly. They had everything taken care of even faster than I could have thought possible. They even showed me how to work everything and made sure that I was happy with their work and didnt have any questions.

Closets by Design were exceptional, from design specialist to installers. I could not be happier. The closets themselves are terrific, gives me the needed space to store all of our items, combining two houses into one. The installers were unbelievable. The install was actually scheduled over two days. They showed up at the time they had specified, walked through, put down tarps everywhere to protect my new carpeting and then went to work. Mid-afternoon they began to pack up and I commented on their returning the next day. They smiled, said they wanted to do a walkthrough with me to check everything to see if it was what I expected, as they were finished and did not need to return the next day. They were fast efficient and quiet. Loved everything about the experience.

THE INSTALLERS WERE NEAT, PROFESSIONAL, QUIET AND VACUUMED EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT, ALTHOUGH THERE WASNT MUCH CLEAN UP TO DO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Everything was good until our designer quit and didnt let anyone know about the email i sent him. No one in the company even contacted me when he was gone. I had sent an email to him and 15 days later I called him and he said he was no longer with the company.

I absolutely LOVE my closets now!! They created a great design for me, and the installer did a fantastic job putting it together. I actually have *too* much space in my closet now!! They will be the only ones I call when I need closets in my next house.

Absolutely love the transformation from an extra room to walk in closet! The two existing closet spaces were changed into shelving!, enough to hold all of my shoes (I have a lot shoes!!!).
